Very helpful, I arrived and already had a few cans of beers in the fridge and a complimentary bottle of mineral water! Apto exactly the same as the listing photos!

Very, very nice apartment and super attentive hosts, excellent location, close to everything and right in the center, I would come back!!!

The house is impeccable, large, location is wonderful, a unique shade, foot in the sand, now calm and warm in front of the house... Very well equipped, tidy, all very organized and clean. Very helpful host and asked all our questions. I recommend it!

Local super well located, a few meters from the beach (3min walk). Many restaurants in the area. The apartment was spotless in terms of cleanliness and organization. Communication with Felipe was quick and assertive.

The location is excellent. Very close to the beach and all activities in central BC. André was very requested and the space is very pleasant. We will be back for sure!

My stay in this apartment was excellent! The space is well designed and decorated with very good taste, it is functional and extremely comfortable. The shower is great, providing relaxing baths, and both the sofa and the bed are super cozy. I did not miss any equipment or utensil. The natural lighting, allied to the LEDs, spots and luminaires create a very welcoming environment. The building offers several facilities that make the experience even better, like a rooftop with incredible sea and city views, a gym and two swimming pools. The location is another strong point: close to the sea and two of the main avenues of the city, which facilitates access to various services and businesses. Finally, the host was very attentive and helpful from the beginning to the end of the stay, always available to assist in what was needed, as well as the receptionists of the building. I strongly recommend this home and intend to return in future visits!
