We did an overnight with our granddaughter and it was a perfect place for a 10yo: animals for her to talk to; a loft for a cozy night's sleep; small enough for her to feel like she was in a story book, but large enough for us to not feel claustrophobic; it had everything we wanted as adults, but still was a fun cozy place to retreat. Carol herself was friendly and responsive and even braved a snow storm to greet us. "Grandma, this place is the best!" Couldn't say it better ourselves!

We had a great time! Was a great place for kids to stay big backyard and also great for pets! If you are wanting a fun weekend stay in Kearney this is the place to stay. The instructions were clear and easy. The home provided everything needed for a fun, relaxing stay.

This home is very cozy and clean. It was the perfect location for our visit with our daughter, who lives about 10 miles for the house. The fenced in back yard was great for our 2 dogs. We will definitely be staying again on our next visit. Thank you for offering a perfect little home away from home experience.

My family and I stayed here for a family wedding. The space was great. It was roomy so everyone could spread out and the bathroom was great to get ready in. The kitchen was big enough to make our reception meal in! The surrounding were beautiful and peaceful with a very short drive into town. It had a cute sea theme, and even had a very adorable fish tank in the living room!! We would definitely stay again!

This is our third time staying at this location and we are always very comfortable at the home. Very clean & lots of space. We appreciate a home that allows our dogs so much, and had a fenced in yard. FYI for those with smaller dogs, the fences panels on the paved part of the yard don’t go completely to ground level, so just be aware of this before letting them into the yard. We just made sure to always be in the yard with them, or on a leash. We’ve always stayed in the home around Christmas time so it would be nice to one day stay during the summer to be able to enjoy the pool! Thanks for the enjoyable stay once again.

Shad and Ceann are excellent hosts! Always take the time to make sure we have everything and are very communicative if something is missing. The house is great if you have groups or just a few people staying individually there - looks just like the pictures.

We felt right at home as soon as we walked in! The keyless entry made for easy access to the house when we arrived. It was easy to find everything we needed for the kitchen and the bathrooms. All the tv’s are smart tv’s. The front and back patios are beautiful and comfortable. The beds and couches are comfortable and the electric fireplace made the house nice and cozy. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a very nice place. It was just perfect for our family to have a gathering and some to stay overnight. There was plenty of seating for everyone and room for playing games. The kitchen was good for preparing meals and room around the table for eating. We appreciated Megan's quick answers to any questions we asked. We enjoyed our stay.
