Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Ellicottville

Cozy cabin only a few minutes away from Ellicottville ! It was perfect for our family, children and fur babe! The bunk beds were a huge hit. Sally also made the most cozy touches. Would 100% stay again!

Brad’s place was the perfect ski house for our daughter’s ski racing weekend at Holiday Valley! Just a couple of minutes to the mountain as well as to town. Neat, tidy, charming- and the well stocked coffee station was a bonus! We plan to come back!

Very nice place. Had a ton of room for each couple to have their own bedroom and bathroom. Nice location close to the ski slope but was out of town enough. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully return to ski again in the future.

Price is affordable. Everything was very clean. Instructions for the stay was straight to the point and easy. The house was very accommodating. If I had to give one suggestion it would be to have more comfortable beds.

This BNB is a good taste of the simple life. It is a cute old farm house. My husband and I used this house as a base camp to explore Ellicottville and it was perfect! Only about 15 minute drive to town, and it's quite a pretty drive. The Japanese Soaking tub was perfect to relax our muscles after a long day. Just don't be dumb and forget to bring soap to wash up before getting in like my husband and I since they did not have any available lol. This property has 3 full baths which would be very convenient for a family staying there, and or just nice for a couple to have multiple options. I would definitely go back!

Stayed at Tony & Steve’s place for a ski trip. It was perfect. Downtown restaurants were walkable. Ski slopes were a short drive. House was clean. Check out process is simple. Clear instructions were left. Would book again.

Kevin and team have a beautiful place. First, it isn’t listed as such, but it was very easy for my MIL (who broke her foot and has to get around on a scooter) to get in and move around. Second, the house had two of anything you might need in a kitchen (toasters, crock pots, sinks!). I could cook and not trip over others in the kitchen, which was great. The place was well laid out and comfortable. A true home away from home. I was in contact with Kevin and team for snow removal, which was done promptly even though it was quite a snowstorm. Great experience and fab hosts.

Great location, place matches description, and hosts were friendly and responsive with early check in and local recommendations. We had an issue with a water leak in the basement, but hosts were quick to answer the phone and sent a plumber the next morning. Would stay here again 👍

Great place to stay for a hunting weekend

Stayed here again after a great stay last year. It’s well suited for younger kids (4 total, ages 4-9) and great access to the slopes. Thanks again!

We’d definitely stay at Harry’s place again. The home was so cozy. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to make a nice meal upon our arrival. Harry even provided coffee, cream, butter and basic condiments. The house is in a quiet neighborhood but super close to all the fun downtown Ellicottville shops. Off-street parking.

We had a wonderful stay at 23 Jefferson St in Ellicottville! Visiting for the wine and beer festival at Holiday Valley, we loved being within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Jessica’s place was well-maintained, and she was quick to respond when I had a question about the WiFi. The two-bedroom setup was perfect—my teenage son was comfortable and appreciated not having to sleep on a sofa bed. Overall, a great choice for a family getaway in Ellicottville!

Julie is great - she was quick and responsive. We were able to check-in with ease and had such a great stay. The condo is close to a lift for an easy ski-in ski-out experience. Bed linens and towels were soft and clean. Kitchen had everything that we needed! We'd definitely stay here again!

Great place. Very clean. Nice hosts. Great for a quick stay. Though, Beds were extremely firm and uncomfortable. Overall it was still a great stay and I’d still give it 5 stars. I personally wouldn’t stay long term due to the beds, but it was a great spot and price for one night!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Daryl’s place! He was extremely responsive throughout our stay. The location was amazing, extremely close to Holiday Valley as well as downtown. Would recommend to anyone visiting Ellicottville!

We had such a great stay! The condo was beautiful, and tidy, just as described. The location is perfect to the mountain and you can be downtown in a matter of minutes. We will definitely stay here again next year!

Easy ski in ski out and that is what we were looking for. There were lots of stairs to navigate going in and out. The bed was excellent and the shower was nice. The kitchen has everything we needed and there was nice amenities like tea coffee and other nice touches. If you want to ski Holiday Valley this is a nice choice for a couple

Joe’s ski-in/ski-out was fantastic. Perfect and convenient location. The condo was updated, cozy, and had all the confidences of home. It was spotless and comfortable. We had no issues, but Joe checked on us to make sure all was good.

Natalie was incredibly communicative and friendly and the space was lovely and very clean. We will definitely stay there again in the future!

We were thrilled with the space! We definitely will book again! Perfect for a family that needs separate sleeping space and room to stretch out.

I can’t say enough about our host. From my initial first questions until our last day on site the team was very responsive to questions and inquires. I’m talking less than 30 minutes to respond on every inquiry. I had booked the location for a birthday ski trip and it fit the four of us quite well. Just a couple of call outs to other potential renters. There are stairs to get down to the unit. So don’t load up max capacity bags or coolers make your trips easier. Also if your going for skiing trip they do have an locked exterior ski locker that can easily fit i’d say 6 sets of skis, and you can also get your ski pass at the lift near the condo. Overall this was a great first stay with Airbnb. I’ll definitely look at Joes other properties for future trips up to the Valley.
