Mike and Katy's home was perfect. Plenty of space, completely and beautifully furnished ... kitchen had everything we needed and more! Rooms were comfortable! We cannot wait to go back in the warmer weather so we can sit on the porch. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great no frills place to stay. Perfect for my family and dogs. Close enough to attractions but far enough away to enjoy some silence.

Great location, very walkable to shops/restaurants in town and also right along the main route of the wine trail. The inside has been updated to look modern while still maintaining a lot of charm. We visited in November so didn’t get a chance to enjoy the outside, but noted the nice fenced yard with fire pit and a covered hangout area which would be lovely in warmer weather. We really appreciated how well stocked it was with options to make any guest happy (coffee and tea, popcorn and blankets for a movie night, all kinds of games, dog supplies, etc.). The hosts really thought of everything, and I would recommend a stay here to anyone. We traveled as two couples doing the wine trail for a weekend, and it worked perfectly for us.

house is absolutely gorgeous, even in the "off season" for this area. the previous guests had left beer cans and cigarette butts outside and in the fire pit. but otherwise the place was in great condition ans a pleasure to stay in

Lindsey’s space was perfect for our Christmas trip to Erie! The house was the perfect spot for us to celebrate the holiday and make last memories with family. The kitchen was stocked well, beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space to relax while the kids were having fun. We would definitely recommend this house, especially to families with kids. We will be back!

This was my second stay at Andrea's place. Check-in is easy. Linens and towels are provided. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with ample parking. It's a plus that the property is dog-friendly and it's easy to take walks around the neighborhood.

Beautiful cozy home. My kids had a blast with the toys. Beautiful kitchen and great indoor lighting. Cute playground out back that my kids loved. Joelle was kind and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!!

Being originally from Jamestown, this place was the perfect "home away from home" for the holidays. My partner and I loved our stay, and we'll definitely be staying here again the next time we're in town. Truly made my time and my partner's first time visiting an unforgettable one. We had a wonderful stay at Laurie's place. We were in town to visit our son who attends Fredonia. The location was perfect, close to the campus and the town. We will stay again!

Laura greeted us with a smile and was very friendly. The accommodations are located on the upper part of the home. We felt secure and right at home. Would definitely stay at Laura’s again if we are in the Erie area.

Leanne’s place was so cozy and a great stay for a weekend spent skiing at Peek n peak resort! She was so kind and always responded quickly to any questions we had. She was flexible for our check in and check out times which is really appreciated! Would definitely recommend staying here.

This place was the perfect size for a good sized group. We did a little weekend trip, and it was in walking distance to everything in town. It was the perfect, cozy get away. I loved the windy stairs, and the overall atmosphere. The trundle bed gives you more space during the day to hangout in the living room.

Perfect location for a ski vacation. Close to the lift and lodge. The downtown is cute and plenty of shops and dining. The condo is probably one of the most well equipped places I’ve ever stayed.

This is our second time staying at the condo. It’s Perfect for our family of 5. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. It’s very close to both mountains and to town. Joe is very responsive. Check in and check out were easy. We will definitely be back.

Any questions or concerns I had they addressed within minutes. place looked exactly like the photos. favorite part about it is that it's hidden from the hustle of the city but you're literally a couple minutes away from anything. she also gave me recommendations on places to check out with my kids. and their detailed instructions make it very clear on everything you will need to know to stay there. I'd stay there again.

Great place to stay, right next to the slopes at Holiday Valley. Great for a family of 4 with the awesome loft area!

Super nice location on the second floor of a beautiful brick building. Easy to find. Loved the fireplace and being close to the coffee shop and and restaurants. Very easy access to the mountains. Perfect holiday spot!
