The place was exactly what we needed. Location was perfect to get to everything we needed and wanted to do. We were able to check in a little bit early, which was amazing and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at this clean, comfortable, convenient and cozy house. We were impressed by the attention to detail. Every time we needed something, it was there. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving meal. We were close to Annapolis And had an easy drive to the museums of DC. We took several walks to the nearby beach, and enjoyed both sunrises and sunsets. We would definitely come back! Thank you, Peggy!

Lovely home in the suburbs of Severn! This large home was ideal for the extended wedding family. Room for the mid age kids to run around outside and ample room for the group inside. The family room was the heart of the time both for visiting, games, larger family dinner, quiet dozing, baby play area and all in front of the cozy pellet stove! At first we were concerned our ‘older’ legs wouldn’t make the steps to the third floor but everyone had their own hidey hole. Highly recommend this home for weddings or even a quiet place to relax and unwind as a family! Thank you!

The house was amazing. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, utensils… anything needed. The bathrooms were all clean and well supplied. The bedrooms all had towels and washcloths set out for everyone. The garage was clear and usable, the extra fridge/freezer was really helpful. There was plenty of parking. The basement had a great pool table and a couple of video games that were fun. The whole house just made you feel at home, and it was clean and beautiful. The privacy was also great. The hostess was extremely responsive when contacted. And there is plenty of room and can sleep a ton of people. I recommend this place to everyone. Thanks for letting us use your home.

Jermaine’s place was absolutely beautiful, the pictures do no justice, the area is quiet, and neighbors are very friendly. The home was very clean . Anytime I visit Baltimore, I’m definitely checking to see if his place is available. My family and myself felt very safe during our stay.

This house was a in a great location in Fairfox with ease to restaurants and grocery stores for cooking in the well appointed kitchen. We were able to host 15 people for a Christmas gathering and the space the house afforded and community spots of the kitchen, living and dining room made this a great place to book.

Definitely was a great stay. only thing I wish is that i can book again for a pool party 🥳 but I book in the winter!

Wonderful place! Plenty of room to wander the farm. The accommodations are inviting and spotless. You can't go wrong here. Enjoyed every moment.

The house is charming and beautiful. Its on a magnificent tree lined street. We found parking without any issues and didn't have to move it all weekend. We walked everywhere. Our hosts Maggie and Scott were fabluous and always available. Looking forward to our next visit to DC.

Our stay was comfortable, cozy, and quiet. Everything met our expectations, and the home made for a great holiday spot when we were visiting family nearby.

Stuart's place was lovely & well appointed. He was a good communicator. It was perfect for our visit to DC. The Bear Cafe next door had delicious food & interesting architecture. Our dogs even loved the space & enjoyed sitting in the fully fenced in yard watching all the passersbys & cafe goers. We hope to stay in Stuart's place again.

Robert was a great host during our stay. He recommended some great local food options to us and was available to assist us during our stay. Very nice area.

This was the perfect place for us to spend some much needed time to relax and reconnect with nature. This house is absolutely amazing! Clean open contemporary design with walls of windows facing the water and the nature outside. Thoughtful touches throughout the house make it feel extra special. We were lucky enough to be there for a nice snow fall which made the place that much more magical. The storm would have impacted our departures, so Evan graciously offered us another night to avoid traveling in the snow. The house has everything you need for a luxurious escape with a beautiful view, and amazing hosts. We will definitely be returning.

I had a wonderful visit at Nicole’s Airbnb. The property was lovely and exactly as described in the listing. I found the Airbnb to be well stocked with everything a guest might need during their stay. The house is located in a peaceful neighborhood and is convenient to several stores and restaurants. Nicole was friendly, considerate, and responsive to all communications, and overall is an excellent host. She always provided prior notice whenever her maintenance person came to the house for routine exterior tasks (e.g., taking the recycle bin to the curb). I highly recommend her Airbnb.

Extremely convenient to the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club, where we were attending a wedding. Nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms. My family really appreciated the coffee and tea supplies left out by our host, as well as the variety of toiletries provided. We like our bedrooms very dark at night and in the early morning, so we thought all the bedrooms could benefit from light darkening shades and/or curtains, as the current blinds let more light into the bedrooms than we would have preferred, but we managed.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Claudia’s house. It’s one of the best AirBnB’s in which we’ve stayed. Ever. And Claudia is attentive, kind, and ready to make the stay a good one. This is this top of our list anytime we need an AirBnB in Woodbridge.

My children and I loved our stay!! It was very comfortable, clean, and had plenty of space. The host was very sweet and responsive, and it was nice to have our own little driveway and porch. We will definitely stay again!! Also, the location was great. Not too far from MANY shopping plazas and malls. Took my kids to the movies, Build a Bear, and bowling.... all in different locations, all less than a 25 miles (or way less) from this home!!

It's spacious and clean. Everything here is wonderful. Just one suggestion that restrooms should have locks as it was inconvenient for our separate families. Anyway, we enjoyed our stays and strongly recommend to this place. Chau was amazing. She was excellent in communication and responding. We were pleased with her great service. Thank you very much.

Great quiet place to stay! Really close to one of the best parks in the areas and just a short drive to local restaurants. The neighborhood is really nice and quiet. The house is right on the water with great views!

Very clean, nicely sized 3 bedroom guest house. Very easy access to the interstate and DC. Close to restaurants and groceries, etc. The host is very responsive and accommodated our early check in, which was a huge help. My only small complaints which did not impact our stay but were a little disappointing - the furnishings overall are outdated and could use a refresh. There are also no TVs in any of the bedrooms. We would have appreciated a TV in the master bedroom to watch the news in the morning, etc. The 1 TV is on the first level of the 2 level home. We would stay with Maryann again, overall a great rental for what we needed!

Had a group of graduate students stay during the AGU conference. We didn't get taken advantage of like all of the hotels in the area where prices where 2-3 times higher than normal. Our host was very helpful in the days leading up to check in and reponsive while there. Highly recommend for those looking for a nice place when visiting DC.

my family and I had an amazing time at Julia's place. She is an amazing host and the house was well furnished and we really enjoyed our 11 day stay there. look forward to coming back again.
