House vacation rentals in Elk Rapids

This was our third time staying at Tiffany’s, and we love it more every time. The house is clean and comfortable, the views and setting are beautiful, and the options for exploring nearby restaurants always make us wish we had more time!

Ramy’s place met our expectations based on the listing! Cozy home, great for a weekend getaway with my wife! The outdoor hot tub was the highlight for us. Kitchen was well stocked, comfortable bed, and good location near everything. Ramy was quick with communicating and let us check-in 30 minutes early without fee. It's an older home which could use some further renovation, but overall it's a nice stay for the price and we would book again!

Great place to stay, we went for a snowboarding trip at boyne mountain and it was only about 20 minutes away. Hot tub was awesome and the man cave was great! Will definitely try and book again next time!

This was a great stay. I worked with Taylor to get some local vendors who would deliver flowers to the AirBnB for Valentines Day. One of the better communicating hosts I’ve ever stayed with. The location was great, we rented snowmobiles for the day, from a store just a few minutes away. Some good bars/restaurants close. Could see this being a great summer place too. The space was perfect for what we were looking for. The hot tub was clean and operated great. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

We loved our stay at Katy’s place! Perfect for the winter relaxation during the holidays. The space is so cozy and had everything we needed to stay in all weekend and relax! Would 100% go back!!

Awesome place for any occasion

Turned out to be a perfect option for a quick ski trip at Crystal Mountain. Jake was a great host. Had a mix up with another guest who checked into the wrong cabin. Jake quickly ensured we were taken care of.

My girlfriend and I were already excited after seeing the pictures just to have a nice private Anniversary but they made it special. Not only was the place incredibly nice and clean but they went the extra mile. We went on a very snowy weekend and before we got there the driveway was completely clear and they preheated the hot tub so it would be ready for us whenever. To add to everything we were left some wine and glasses for Valentine’s Day. Overall everything was perfect and couldn’t have asked for a better weekend!

Great place to stay for a Ski trip. Hopefully we can book the same place for next trip.

Bob contacted me the day before and was great to communicate with. We even left something behind and he was gratuitous enough to send it to us. Great hosts !!!

Just back from a 3 night stay at Hall's Haven and it was a perfect spot for our two families of 4, ages 7 thru 50! The welcome treats were such a nice added touch and much appreciated. Lots of space for kids and adults to spread out and plenty of toys and games for everyone. Lots of space for ski gear too! We loved having fires and cooking big meals together in the kitchen, which had everything we could possibly need. There was SO much snow and every window had a beautiful view of the snowy woods. Quiet, lovely neighborhood near the Lakeview Inn and just 5 minutes to Schuss Village for skiing. The sauna was an added luxury after a day of skiing! We had the best weekend together! Thank you Clare and Trevor!

Chelsea was very welcoming and accommodating! We spent a few days at Shanty Creek for a conference and went skiing at Schuss Mountain. Great location for both activities! Highly recommend staying here- Chelsea was a wonderful host!

Fantastic location for our Thanksgiving getaway for 5 families! The 70’s theme, decor and details took us all back to our much younger days:). The facility is amazing. The huge room in the main house was large enough for everyone to enjoy numerous games, food, football games, etc at the same time. The large pole barn area, hot tub and cold plunge was a hit! The pictures give great detail on every area of the property. This location is a can’t miss!

Great place for the family. Plenty of things to do at the house. Also not too far from Traverse City or Boyne Mountain. Would definitely stay here again!!

Thank you Kristi for allowing us to stay at your home! We had a great time and loved everthing about Gaylord. We spent Christmas here with the family and have to say it really was a white christmas! The home was perfect for the family and had eveything we needed to feel like if we were at home. Once again thank you we will be back soon!

This is—by FAR—our favorite Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in Up North. Our family loves it so much, we call it “our farm”! We’ve stayed here in the summer, but this is the first winter we’ve been since they put in a hot tub, and even though we thought it couldn’t get better, now we NEVER want to leave!!!! We planned this weekend with our best friends at the cottage next door so we could all do the winter things together—skiing at the Homestead, putting together a puzzle in front of the wood stove and wine tasting across the street at French Valley (literally, we just walked!!!) We are already thinking about our next stay—can’t wait to get back to the cottage as soon as we can.

This house was the perfect winter getaway! Everything was sparkling clean when we arrived, which was much appreciated. The sauna and hot tub were absolutely amazing and made our snowy weekend even more special. The house itself is beautiful and very comfortable. The host was also fantastic, checking in with us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend for a relaxing and fun-filled vacation!

Beautiful lake home. Everything is very nice & comfortable. We enjoyed the getaway very much. Loved looking at the peaceful lake. The updates are very tastefully done. Looks like a lot of time invested into every detail. It’s well stocked-lots of games too. Restaurants, stores, ice cream all within 5 miles. Highly recommend for R&R on a big lake. Thank you!

The Big Drake is in on quiet lane right on the lake shore, the place is large while still feeling homey. The kitchen is well l equipped with modern appliances. The heating and AC are controlled by different Nest thermostats, and we were able to keep it at a good temperature. The three main bedrooms are very comfortable--two share an adjoining bathroom, and for one it is around the corner. The kids rooms with bunk beds were great as well. The rooms above the garage were a bit more rustic, but clean and comfortable. The furniture in the living room is very cozy leather and the other furniture is nice, often custom wood like in a fancy lodge. The check-in and check-out were super easy, with clear instructions and communications. The place is 10 minutes from a large grocery store (Meijer) and 20–30 minutes from Traverse city, which is a neat town to explore with excellent food. Overall, we highly recommend and hope we can come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Audrey's place! The location was super convenient to TC and the surrounding areas. We loved experiencing the changing of the leaves and the peacefulness of the locations. Lake Ann was charming and an added plus just down the road for pizza, brews and coffee. The house was cozy and comfortable and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Kitchen was well stocked and our group had fun with the dvd selection/board games. Would highly recommend and will likely come back.
