Good week in this house

The house is simply wonderful. You quickly feel at home and can simply relax quickly with the quiet location. Gabriella and her husband Mauro are incredibly friendly, warm and helpful. We are already looking forward to next time.

Antonio is a very nice host who always takes care of the house and his guests. The 4 apartments were very good and also convenient for our group vacation. Parking is more than enough on the property as cars are also mandatory to get to the house. Furthermore, the pool is very good and also very large. Enough space to have fun. Antonio came several times to clean the pool, which was very good. Other shade options such as umbrellas or another pavilion would be good, otherwise you have to take them with you beforehand.

We spent 12 fantastic days with five (2 adults, 3 children aged 2, 4 and 6) with Francesco and his family. The house, grounds, pool correspond to the pictures and descriptions - it is beautiful and very private. Amenities and cleanliness of the house are to a high standard and according to the price. The ventilation system of the house is completely sufficient and very pleasant even for the high temperatures in August. House and furnishings are very stylish, suitable for the area, sustainable and made of high quality materials. The nature pool is fantastic, clean and perfectly laid out. The entire outdoor area is in amazing condition and well maintained. Francesco, his sister and his parents are very accommodating people, always trying to give tips for the area, the beach and restaurants. They are very reserved and respect the privacy of their guests.

A truly magical experience and the perfect place to stay. We spent 5 nights in this special house with the most breathtaking views. A wonderful place to stay and explore the local area. The house is equipped with everything you need and more. The personalised meet and greet was a lovely way to start our stay. You will not be disappointed if you choose to book this beautiful house. We hope to return again.

Absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay longer if I ever return. Lovely host and a wonderful property with beautiful views and so many areas to relax in. Easy access to town for exploring and so much to see in the area.

Wonderful stay. Great layout for us (2A, 2C, 1I) and a fantastic swimming pool. Roberta was lovely and we communicated via messaging app given language differences. Roberta and family were quiet in the ground floor apartment and the upstairs rental were equally nice. We barely had to share the pool. Great location for day trips to Florence, Sienna and Assisi.

The home is in a very nice place. The infinite pool is huge with amazing views. The house is very well maintained and the garden beautiful. We were welcomed by Stefania but spent the stay with Pia and Agno who are Stefania's parents. What happiness, a wonderful meeting, very touching and human. They were very attentive to us. We are really touched by our exchanges and if we come back to the area, we will be happy to see them again.

Everything is super good at Mara's place! Comfortable apartment and beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended!

We arrived at the house a little late, and there was Tiziana waiting for us with a smile, some cookies and an aperitif. The Halloween set house🎃, my kids were amazed. The house is of high quality and well cared for. Many royalties to enjoy, coffee, jam, milk, buns, in short, we didn't realize everything. We really would have liked to stay forever. Accommodation suitable for a relaxing vacation, equipped with all services (unfortunately internet takes little). Communication with Tiziana is very effective. Beautiful surroundings, less than an hour from Urbino and twenty minutes from San Leo.

We had an amazing stay at Laura & Francesco's place. the apartment was so quiet and comfortable. Communication was always very quick. We also got loads of recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. We would defiantly come back.

we stayed in Donatella's apartment on New Year's Eve, and unfortunately we stopped too little time. Fantastic welcome and beautiful apartment. Donatella was very welcoming and full of care.

Great stay, Ines is a nice and kind person, hospitable and discreet at the same time; it was nice to talk to her. You did not fail to provide me with specific directions and suggestions about the area. The room where I stayed is spacious and clean, the windows overlook the wonderful Marche countryside and a small garden with tables and umbrellas is reserved for guests. Great value for money, I recommend it

Perfect stay for big family reunion! Wonderful host including helpful friend&family, with excellent setup for big groups (six rooms with separate bathrooms and AC), well mantained pool with many sunbeds and additional amenities in the house (out kids loved the indoor table tennis and outdoor kicker table). Kitchen is fully equipped and has big terrasse facing north for great breakfast&lunch&dinner in the shade. Approx. 20min to the beaches and in walking distance to the lovely mountain village Monte San Giusto with playground, cafes for excellent Italian breakfast and more.

Lovely place a few steps from Perugia, ideal for visiting this corner of Umbria. House with all the comforts ideal for relaxing and spending pleasant moments even while staying at home! Very spacious and well-maintained outdoor space, even our dogs were happy! Michela is a super kind host, very communicative and super attentive to our needs! Highly recommended

Wow. Just wow. This is paradise on earth, and I wish I would never go home. The house and surroundings are just more stunning than any picture can show. Kids friendly, family friendly, stunning surroundings, near great restaurants, and supermarkets. The hosts are very responsive, and they have a maintenance person fixing everything you need. I will definitely come back with my family. Very, very, very recommendable.

We stayed 2 weeks at 5 (2 adults and 3 children) The setting is idyllic. The house is large as well as the swimming pool. Alex and Prya are hypers responsive and do everything to ensure that the stay goes smoothly. Highly recommendable host and listing. What a positive thing. For owners of an electric vehicle, the property has a Tesla domestic terminal. Recharge of about 7km per hour. Umbertide has fast chargers in front of the COOP supermarket.

This is a stunning location with most beautiful view across the valley to Assisi. the property is great and ideal for multiple families. The upstairs and downstairs sections are completely self-contained, with bedrooms , bathrooms and kitchens in both. The veranda had a wood pellet burner which keeps it cosy and warm when it turns a little chilly at night. The location super-quiet and well out of the way, perfect for those wanting a quiet place. The owner was lovely, bringing us a delicious cake on our 3rd day. I can definitely recommend this property.

Unforgettable experience in a dream farmhouse We spent a night in this farmhouse with my friends and I can say that it was a very special experience. The property is beautiful, surrounded by greenery and perfectly cared for in every detail. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, ideal for those looking for a break from the daily routine. Upon our arrival, we were greeted impeccably: the fireplace was already on, which made the entrance even warmer and more welcoming. We immediately felt a feeling of "home" and the courtesy of the owners helped make the stay even more enjoyable. Every room of the farmhouse, from the rooms to the living area, is perfect to spend moments of conviviality and relaxation. The location is ideal for those who love tranquility, but also for those looking for a starting point to explore the surroundings. We'll definitely be back soon to relive this magic. It was my second stay at "le farfalle". It is a wonderful place, waking up in the morning and have a coffee looking out at the beautiful surroundings is the best way to start your day.. Nicolien is a great host, discreet and resourceful, couteous and always available. I will always recommend this place !

Brand new apartment, cozy and well-maintained in every detail. The hosts are very nice, friendly and very hospitable people...we will be back again

The apartment was perfectly organized and clean, simple and tasteful furnishings that adapt well to the house. There was a barbecue that unfortunately we could not use but we appreciated that it was there, the garden is very nice and well cared for. Very comfortable bed and pillows, the residence is private and quiet. The house is close to the sea that can be reached on foot, as well as some beachfront restaurants. Elisa is always kind and her mom is available for any need. A crib was not available to add, so we had to bring one from home.

This is the third time we have returned to the coast of the conero and we are very happy with this choice. The house is very comfortable but we were almost always in the beautiful garden with sea views, cool and ventilated even on hot days thanks to the elevated location with respect to the sea. The comfortable beach of Marcelli is a few minutes away by car but if you want a little adventure there are many wildest beaches within walking distance.
