Our stay with friends went wonderfully in Clémence's house. The house is really beautiful and extremely clean. The kids loved the pool table, darts, ping pong table and swing. Everything has been thought out for a very nice stay! And Clémence is very kind in exchanges. In short, it's a great place and we'll gladly go back.

Beautifully decorated and comfortable apartment. The bedding is quality, and Florence takes special care in hosting. The jams, eggs and bread are very much appreciated. The apartment is quiet despite the fact that it is located on a major thoroughfare, but the door frames are effective. In short, no complaints, I'd love to come back.

A stylish, bright, cheerful apartment in the middle of Duclair, with a good view of the River Seine. The apartment has lots of style with bright colours and furniture that is fun to look at but also comfortable. It makes you feel happy and cheerful just to be there. It's also well equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine, lots of kitchen equipment, and good WiFi. The neighbours were quiet and although you can hear passing traffic and the nearby ferry they were never intrusive. There is no dedicated parking space, but there is lots of public parking close by and I never had any trouble finding a space within 100 metres of the apartment. I would be very happy to stay there again.

The space is pretty clean and secure. Excellent integrated parking! Responsive hosts, I recommend it 100%.

We had a wonderful stay in Sofia’s apartment! It was as described in the photos and the train station was an easy 10min walk. The buses and metro station were within a 5 minute walk. Churches, shops and restaurants all walkable! Sophia was wonderful, easy to reach and very responsive. I would highly recommend her rental.

Very nice accommodation, a small haven of peace in the middle of Rouen, it's really cozy and super convenient if you want to do everything on foot. Be careful if you're a light sleeper, the windows are not very thick, you can hear the street quite a bit. With a pair of earplugs it didn't bother me but it's worth knowing. Huge plus for the free breakfast! Thank you
