Although all rooms do not have Frida Kahlo's paintings, it is a clean, very practical and quiet place. And if there is luck there are apartments with good sea and rock views.

Built in the New Town of Monemvasia at a high point offers a view of the rock. Peaceful location, thoughtful, and helpful hosts. The room is clean with the amenities described. Value for money.

Everything was nice, the girl which met us was super friendly and kind, gave advices which places should to visit or which food or drink should to taste. Apartment was clean, there is a balcony with a nice view. Recommend it

Being perched up on the third floor, one sees an extraordinary view of the water. Furthermore, Dmitris hospitality is extraordinary. I felt like I was in a five star hotel. I asked him for something and before I knew it he responded. The other thing I really appreciated was how he arranged for his assistant to meet us at the designated time. We even arrived a little early, and his assistant showed us how to find our place. For those of us who are blessed to travel we know how wonderful it is to have someone take the time to show you a new place rather than just having to use a lock box. It’s important to note that there is not a full kitchen. Also the bedroom is also the same room as the kitchen/living room. When the weather is beautiful, this is fine because there are two porches that are furnished with a desk and chairs. If you are afraid of heights or have difficulty walking the stairs from the second level up to the third level this might be a concern. Overall, definitely 5 stars.

Our distribution in Dimitris' apartment completed our very beautiful excursion to Monemvasia. The room he gave us was very spacious, clean and tidy, with all the comforts. Everything we needed extra was provided right away. If we go to those places again, we'll definitely be in touch for the same place! Besides, there is a large balcony overlooking the island, a quiet area two steps from the center and parking below.

Perfect place for holidays

Our week was paradise. While the appliances and kitchenware were definitely not US high end standard, we’ve been living in Europe so we know how to make it work. The location is rural agricultural and provided a peace and quiet not available pretty much anywhere else we could have stayed. The house was immaculately clean on arrival and the linens fresh. The A/C worked in every room and we stayed cool at night after a day on the beautiful semi-private beach. The beach is sandy pebbles, with the most amazing rock formations for snorkeling. I’ve been scuba diving for 30 years and have never seen beach snorkeling at this level. Absolute bliss is available at Finisia House.

We had an amazing time at Villa Faros. Everything was as described and in the photos. We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and the kids loved the pool. The area is walkable to the best bakery and two excellent restaurants. We felt like royalty on the beautiful grounds. The facilities were clean, posh and easy to master. Dara was extremely responsive, friendly and gave excellent recommendations for our party. We feel like we really know the island after following her suggestions. We cannot wait to return!
