This is the perfect place to stay in Guatape. It was so peaceful and quiet looking out over the lake. It was very clean and relaxing decor

Lucas's apartment was a perfect place to spend 3 weeks for me and my friend. I was there to ride my bicycle, so the location was perfect to just hop on the bike and get moving. The amenities and comfort of the apartment were great. The kitchen was amazing, with all kinds of devices for prep, cooking and storage. There aren't enough superlatives to describe how happy I was with my stay at this apartment and in Rionegro in general.

Excellent lodging to stay in the Orient Antioqueño. Very good location near the airport, with options for restaurants places to visit. The apartment has a small laundry area, kitchen, and sofa. and very comfortable bed. Everything was very clean and in excellent condition. We are very grateful to Andrea for his hospitality, and attention to our requests, as well as his willingness to help us when we had any questions. I definitely recommend staying in this room when they come by Rionegro. Thank you for everything Andrea!!

It has didactic games, a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, a patio, super comfortable beds, and the cleanliness is impeccable. From the beginning, as soon as we made the reservation, they were very friendly and so on until the end. They always responded quickly and the place was spotless, very organized and just like the photos. The location is very good for getting to restaurants and nightclubs, we would definitely come back!

This place was amazing, with easy access, a great location pretty close to everything you need, the supermarket the downtown plaza. The house was amazing pretty spacious and just exactly as the pictures, the garden was amazing. I would highly recommend this place if you want to relax have a good time and enjoy some time off. Finca Colibrí was incredible. The property was stunning with beautiful flowers, stone pathways with mosaics, and potted plants, all of which are meticulously maintained. The house is equally beautiful, with a wonderful layout designed to maximize the views. There is a large dock on the private waterfront, which we fished and swam from. The outdoor deck and fireplace were also wonderful. The house comes equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and we loved the extra blankets provided for chilly mornings and evenings. The beds were comfortable, there was filtered water for drinking, and the water pressure in all showers was great. The hosts were very responsive and had great recommendations for restaurants, hikes, and other excursions. Kayak and boat rentals are available just a short walk from the house as well. We loved the privacy and tranquility of the property yet the proximity to the town of Guatape. Highly recommend and we hope to return soon!

My family and I had an amazing experience staying at Brandon’s finca in Guatapé! The location was perfect—just a short distance from the colorful town and breathtaking views of the lake. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything our party of four needed for a relaxing stay. Brandon and his staff were incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great recommendations for local activities and making sure we had everything we needed. The place was perfect for two couples. Waking up to the stunning scenery each morning, getting to take a dip in the jacuzzi and enjoying the sauna were all highlights. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Guatapé—whether you’re here to explore El Peñol, enjoy the water activities, or simply relax. I look forward to staying here again!

Fabian’s place was amazing! Had the most beautiful views, the apartment was very clean and spacious. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect for two couples. A plus is that it is adjacent to a hotel - was able to book a Guatape tours and use restaurant/bar. Apartment had everything needed - didn't have to buy water, as it also had a water filtered water dispenser. Didn't have a need to contact host often, but when we did, he responded right away. Close to main street and a quick cheap taxi to Provenza. A little over a mile to walk to metro station - there are two metro stations A line - Aguacatala and El Poblado. Apartment did look a little smaller than pictures, and we thought it had two balconies. There is only one. Plenty of hot water, however, you need to manipulate, the faucet, as it is either extremely hot or extremely cold - just prepare for it. Lastly, the apartment is situated on a hill, so if you plan on walking around, just know that you will have a steep hill to get back from main road - may want to take a cheap taxi back. Would definitely consider staying again.

Highly recommend. Place is beautiful and clean. Hosts were extremely nice and accommodating. They even put up balloons for my girlfriends birthday which looked amazing. Overall was one of the best places we’ve stayed at.

Excellent place, very comfortable, good location, it has everything you need for your stay. The only problem was a misunderstanding at check-in time since the reservation was not in the goal, and the guardian did not want to let us in; and when trying to communicate with the host did not respond, at the end after a wait the doorman allows us to enter for penalties for the delay giving us directions that he had no information and is understandable for his work.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Medellín. From the moment I arrived, the host was extremely friendly and attentive, providing me with recommendations on places to visit and local restaurants. The apartment was spotless and decorated in a modern style that made me feel at home. The location is perfect; it's in a safe and vibrant neighborhood, close to public transportation, which made exploring the city easy. Additionally, the view from the balcony was simply spectacular, especially at sunset. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing me to prepare some meals during my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic experience in Medellín. I hope to return soon!

Excellent location, great place, parking, balcony, washer & dryer. There was a miscommunication about the sofa bed, but they resolved it immediately even though it was after hours.

Property was as described. Amazing views security team was helpful and diligent. I would definitely book this place again.
