It has everything you need for a comfortable and quiet stay, shops and places to eat very close , commercial squares 10 min by car. I didn't have any issues with parking , water , gas, internet, everything was excellent .

Best thing: You have a place to fill up a four-minute walk and a laundry that charges about 27 pesos x kg of clothes. You have a tent 2 min walk away, and a mini super approx 7 min walk. The depa is very nice and comfortable. The kitchen is very nice, there are many species for cooking and it has everything you need for comfortable cooking. It is quite spacious and comfortable for 2 people. The bad: it is not very ventilated (however it has several window doors that can be opened) only if you open, you are left without any privacy. This airbnb is in a garage, so early in the morning and at night people arrive and you can hear the gate a lot. The only thing I can say that I didn't like very much was the issue of privacy. I was staying almost 20 days and at the end of everything was a good experience. I would stay again without a doubt. Thank you for everything

The apartment is conveniently located and has quick access to main avenues. The photos shared in your post perfectly match the reality. The apartment has an incredible view of the city, has several amenities and its very respectful, very helpful and friendly surveillance staff. The host always responded to our questions and concerns quickly. The only two details so that they can improve the stay more, are that the drain of the showers had a very bad smell that was perceived as far as the living room and dining room. This is discussed directly to the host. The other detail was that the apartments were not completely clean on our arrival. In the main room were hairs and a couple of dead bugs. Overall, the place was very pleasant and we really liked the apartment and its location. We highly recommend this place and your host.

Excellent accommodation! We went with our baby and they provided us with a crib, the amenities were very much enjoyed and the response time to book them was super quick! The pool is very well sized and the temperature is excellent. We practically didn't find any children, so the games and the playroom were for our little one! The building staff were very friendly, willing to be able to help you. The gym is very complete. Nothing was missing to be able to cook, the pans and pots were of a lot of help and of good quality (nothing was sticking). The air conditioning for people who suffer from the heat, they will be great. It has all the streaming services which gives it a super plus. The space and chair for work were essential in our decision; however, the accommodation has boardroom and is extremely pleasant so that you can work comfortably. There's a bit of noise in the bedroom since it's close to the avenue.

It is as shown in the pictures and in the description. It is not centrally located but has access to avenues that easily take you to wherever you need. Pass public transport on the corner of the street where the apartment is located. If you have a vehicle the parking lot is no problem. It is a quiet and safe area, there is a plaza nearby, as well as banks and pharmacies within walking distance. The rooms are very spacious, the comfortable beds, both bedrooms have TV and we found what we needed for our stay (hand soap, clean towels, a couple of duvets, it has a microwave and refrigerator). Vicente was always attentive, if we had questions we could contact him at any time and he responded without delay. We were very comfortable and the game table it has was a plus that, for those of us with children, it was very useful and the little ones enjoyed it quite a lot. Highly recommended.
