The apartment is located in an area with high-end neighborhoods. It is not located near the beach, but the important thing is that it has security. The apartment is small but with all the amenities, very equipped in every way, just as a recommendation I would improve the heating system since it is insufficient and I would improve aesthetic details such as the condition of the curtains and the sofa bed!

A really nice stay, the apartment was very well equipped, the area and the view were amazing, beaches nearby (both walking and bus). I went with my partner and had an amazing time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars, recommended. Looking forward to returning...

Amazing place in an incredible location with a breathtaking view. Pictures don’t do it justice. Juan was extremely responsive and helpful, including accommodating our need for early arrival and communicating in English instead of Spanish. We hope to come back someday!

Very good apartment and spectacular terrace (spacious and with great views). Everything was clean and comfortable. Maria Jose always answered all my questions quickly and kindly.

Magdalena's house is just like the photos, it is a cozy, beautiful, bright place and has an exquisite gazebo for outdoor living. She's always available to resolve issues and is super quick to reply to messages. It is a highly recommended place, which we will probably return to in the future.

Excellent location, everything was impeccable. We felt comfortable, just like at home. There was plenty to do near the accommodation area. Would we go back? Of course! Best of all, the privacy.

Dept. very good location and in a private and closed enclosure, but the best, the view and the garden. Being able to open the curtains from the room and seeing the sea a few meters away is relaxing, added to, the possibility of making an asado in the garden next to my lady and our pet was why we select this depto.

We spent 3 months in the apartment. The host was very responsive and instantly helped with all our questions. The apartment had everything we needed, including cleaning supplies, a vacuum cleaner, towels. The Internet is fast enough for work, the sofa in the living room is suitable for children or a short person to sleep on, but for others it is short. The bed in the bedroom is comfortable. The washing machine is on the ground floor of the building and is paid for on site. The building itself is new, pleasant, with a good guarded area, children's and adults' pool ( without heating). The balcony of our apartment overlooked the highway, but the view was not bad. Sleeping at night with an open balcony can be a little noisy. A supermarket, dune, park are within walking distance of the house. The beach is a 15-minute walk away, but the descent is quite steep. In the summer, there was always a breeze near the house and it saved us from the stuffiness. Thank you, we will be happy to return.

Recommended accommodation. Clean place, very friendly hosts, 24-hour security, ocean view, quiet place, I'm 1.9 and the armchair was very comfortable to sleep in. 100% recommended accommodation. Regards!!

The apartment met all expectations. The area is very good. Exclusive exit to the beach. Private parking. Comfortable and clean. We had a nice family vacation.
