Condo vacation rentals in El Medano Beach

We had a fantastic stay at Ronald's place in Cabo! The location is perfect—an easy walk along the beach into town, or just hop in an Uber. Highly recommend chatting with Gavin from Big Brothers for any water activities—we went fishing and landed a massive marlin! Another bonus: the kids' club at the resort next door is free to use (open 10am–1pm and 2–4pm), which was great for our little ones. The gym is well-equipped with dumbbells up to 80 lbs, plus a sauna, steam room, and spa facilities. No Olympic bars, but everything else you’d need for a solid workout. Overall, a great spot with everything you need for a fun and relaxing trip!

I'd would highly recommend this place, and we will definitely stay here the next time we go to Cabo! As others have said, the pictures don't do it justice. The unit is very spacious, and it has an awesome patio with stacker sliding doors, making the space feel even larger. There is a good view, and you can see the marina if you look off to the right. There are adjacent patios (separated by a partial height wall), but that didn't bother us, since we didn't see a neighbor the entire time we were there. We also found the unit to be very modern and clean. The location is perfect -- there's lots to do just steps away, yet the unit is secure and quiet. We would recommend the transport option, as it was cheaper than other options we looked into, and was very smooth as the driver knew exactly where to go. The grocery store, although a little challenging to find, was also a big plus! Finally, the host was very responsive and friendly. We've stayed at many Airbnbs, and this was one of the best!

When we arrived there was construction at a unit near ours and the noise was bad. They quickly placed us in a new bigger unit at no extra costs and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend this place to stay. And we loved the pool!!

This was a beautiful place and we enjoyed the amenities of the whole resort. The Co-Host Andrea was outstanding and provided me with a lot of information I request prior to getting there. Once there, she responded to a few inquiries I had and was gracious, accommodating, and responsive in every way. I definitely would recommend booking this Neil's place.

The unit is located in Tezal, just a 10-minute drive from Downtown Cabo. It’s a gated community with 24/7 security, making it feel very private, secure, and quiet. I highly recommend this place, especially for families traveling with children or babies. Costco and Soriana market are within walking distance, which was extremely convenient. The host was very responsive and flexible with check-in times. The unit itself was clean and quiet, equipped with everything you might need. You can also request a baby crib, high chair, and bath if needed. Plus, the beautiful ocean view of El Arco is a wonderful bonus!

This place is absolutely stunning and ideally located near the beach and many other attractions. It’s tastefully furnished and spotless throughout. The bed was incredibly comfortable—one of the best I’ve ever slept on! I would absolutely book this place again without hesitation.

If you are looking for a wonderful place, off the beaten path, while in Cabo, look no further! This place is awesome. While not quite walkable, Ubers to Downtown or the Marina were $5. We really enjoyed watching the sunrises in the morning from the living room area or deck. Everything was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. We have been to Cabo many times, and I would come back to Bob’s place again and again. No complaints at all!!

This place is MAGICAL! We stayed here for 12 nights and did not want to leave. My wife and I along with our 2 kids enjoyed the beautiful views all day long. Everything was just as advertised and the hosts went out of their way to make us enjoy a stress free stay. The condo is in a perfect location and we spent several days over at PB Sunset Beach as well which is just a short shuttle ride over. We will definitely be coming back. Thanks again for sharing your amazing place with us!

Great place, it’s great to have washer/dryer when traveling with family. Uber is always 2min away and very cheap to get to the city centre or beaches around.

We just finished up a wonderful one month stay at Lauren’s place. The space is open, airy and clean. Modern well appointed kitchen and comfortable furniture. The location and building are outstanding, giving quick access to Centro, while maintaining enough distance for peace and quiet. The condo was very clean and spacious. The hosts were very responsive to any questions. It has a water filtration system which is a huge bonus. We did not have to buy bottled water. The pool in the courtyard was nice also. We did laps in it even though its small. There is a nice lookout across the road if you are willing to hike uphill for a bit. We enjoyed our stay here away from the bustle of the marina area. We would definitely return if we vacation in Cabo again.

This is place to stay in Cabo! Our experience was great before we even arrived. Jennifer went out of her way to have birthday balloons set up in the room to surprise my gf. This place was exceptionally clean, close to all the great attractions, but isolated enough where it was peaceful and quiet. Jennifer was great at communicating throughout the entire trip and was always available for recommendations or help around the facility. I definitely will be booking this spot next time I visit.
