The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures, very nice and clean, equipped with new products in excellent condition. The beds are extremely comfortable. The unit has cozy and well-designed common areas, including 4 pools and a spectacular slide, ideal for vacations and especially attractive for those traveling with young children. The host is very attentive and always available to help. It's definitely one of the best Airbnb's we've been to.

Clear entry instructions, Diana helped us get an additional parking space for a reasonable price, the place is safe and comfortable for guests and pets, it is close to exclusive areas of the city, when there was some kind of inconvenience Diana would send someone to fix it quickly. Additionally, he communicated with one of his colleagues so we could stay in a nearby village in another place. Overall good experience.

Excellent and comfortable accommodation. It is like the photos, it is a very quiet and focused place towards the places we decided to go, the hosts were too friendly and answered the concerns we had, they also gave some recommendations on what we could do. It is an apt in a new building, the photos correspond to the place, the host very attentive to arrival, with clear and precise instructions. It is a very well located area in Armenia with a great variety of restaurants and on one of the roads that lead to other places near the city, very beautiful to visit.

I’ve travel to so many places and so far Alejandro’s home is being the most complete, well equipped from the kitchen to the laundry room, in Colombia is rare to see a place offering laundry machine and dryer machine separately that actually works so that was a big plus. I was traveling with family and the house was comfortable for everyone there was 3 guest room and a master room and each one had their own bathroom . How amazing is that ! As well Alejandro was awesome we arrived late in the night and he was flexible and responsive when we needed him . If I could I would leave 10 Stars to this place! Highly recommended

Amazing stay. The installations are amazing, staff goes beyond to make sure everything is taken care off. Communication was great, easy to get to. Breakfast was made fresh every morning.

This place is ideal to stay if you are thinking of knowing the coffee axis, it is a quiet place, in an environment with several things to do, you have everything nearby, and it is very well equipped for long and short stays, the services offered by the condominium are great to relax after a long day of tourism, access is simple, it is a very safe place, and you have everything 2 minutes away: you have restaurants, super markets, liquors, whatever you need. It's a really recommended place. We will definitely return. By the way, it is close to the airport ( 2 minutes away) and leaving the property you will find the access to the highway that takes you to the café park, Salento etc…
