Vacation rentals with a patio in El Centenario

Tom's place was great. It has a beautiful view that was wonderful to wake up to every day. The condo itself had everything I needed. You definitely need a car to get there, and have to go through 2 locked gates to get to the condo. The attendants are there 24/7 so access was not an issue. I wish it was closer to the restaurants, but the drive was fairly quick.

Really enjoyed staying here while on a solo trip to La Paz! The loft was the perfect size for one person and was set in a safe quiet commnuity.

Karem was extremely responsive and helpful, the place was just as the pictures shows, love the privacy of the house, love that it didn’t and any clutter it was just perfect amount of Furniture and no need to unnecessary stuff to try to make it look better, the place is perfect. You do need to rent a car since it’s not close from any store or restaurants walking distance, but with car is relatively close 10 min top drive from board walk and restaurants. Also you need to go grab drinking water and paper towels since non are provided. But other than that the place is amazing amazing, great outdoor space area to hangout.

EXCELLENT ATTENTION AND COMMUNICATION WITH THE HOST, WIDELY RECOMMENDED

Magdalena met us at the front gate as i told her we had no cell service. She showed us our unit, one of 4 Casitas, gave us the keys and asked if were in need of anything. She texted us, wifi in the unit, many places to eat on the Malecon. The unit had 2 tidy bedrooms with a common bathroom, a small kichenette, on demand hot water and a big fridge. Cooking was easy as we ate in for some meals. No microwave or oven but that is minor for us, we are on a vaca. The unit is located away from the hubub in a fairly quiet neighbourhood with a few barking dogs. But thats the Mexican vibe. Also, about 2.4 km from the Malecon which was perfect as we brought our bikes and once across the main road there is a dedicated bike path to the Malecon for great views, warm weather and tons of amazing foody places. Mariano was our man on the scene (24 horas) to help with whatever we needed and the 2 Casa Gatos did not seemed very concerned about our big fluffy Perro.

The place is just like and the photos , a super nice and cozy house, if it is winter it is not cold in the house and the subdivision is very safe, the communication with the host is super good and very attentive, the place is 20 min from the seawall by car but super easy to reach , 100%recommended

Natalia is the best. She responded quickly to any questions or needs that we had and made us feel right at home. The house is nice and cosy. The grocery right in front is very convenient. The kitchen was well equipped for an Airbnb. The WiFi was fast and strong! The area felt safe and the neighbors were very friendly. To improve, a bigger hot water thank would make living there more enjoyable. And we didn't find the main bed confortable, it was sagging in the middle.

Hilda was an amazing host and her place is so very nice!! I tend to get super cold at night and she brought me an extra extra blanket to make sure I was comfortable! The location is great and with the garage it made the stay feel right at home. Great restaurants a few kilometers away when you like to go to town for the beach and live music and bike rentals. Lots to eat and drink around La Paz and the beaches and sunset are fantastic! I highly recommend this place to spend a few days to however long is the vacation, it was a truly fabulous weekend for us!

Our experience at this Airbnb in La Paz was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The host was incredibly attentive, providing clear instructions for check-in and offering great recommendations for local area. The property itself was immaculate. The decor had a modern yet cozy touch, and the space was thoughtfully designed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and high-speed Wi-Fi. The outdoor balcony was perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. I will say there isn’t a dryer in condo as listed, but we were able to hang clothes on dry rack and they were dry by next day so no biggie. The location was ideal, close enough to downtown La Paz for easy access to shops and dining, yet tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood. This Airbnb exceeded all our expectations, and we can’t wait to return.

Beautiful roof top patio that feels like your own because you are the only suit upstairs, so close to the beach for sunsets and sunrise. High ceilings which keeps it nice and cool, GREAT water pressure and hot water which is hard to find. Having a washer and dryer accesible was so nice as well. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the malecón which we loved doing every day along the bike path. The only con is the kitchen is very small for someone that wants to cook but it has the essentials and is fine for a few days.

Amazing place to stay.

This was one of my favorite Airbnb 's. Everything was well laid out and well appointed. Alan was extremely helpful. The location was close to everything but still quiet and peaceful.

We had a nice stay in La Paz! The apartment was clean and convenient and Jesus was extremely responsive!
