Excellent location to visit Madrid. Apartment in Manuela's house very clean and tidy, as it comes in the description.!! We liked the coffee detail😍 We had a great time at Manuela's home these days. With the cold these days it is appreciated that when we arrived it was the heating set. If I had something more ventilation and brightness it would be top🔝,(it's a suggestion not to be bad)but overall very good!. Thank you very much Manuela for spending these days in your home!

It has been a very comfortable stay, it deserves very much to be able to book said accommodation, kindness, availability, Amalia's attention, the facilities are very good , everything is in perfect condition, everything is perfect, we would stay in it again.

We stayed the whole family in the finca la cuadra and we couldn't find a better place to share Christmas. There are three independent spaces all very complete and comfortable with a beautiful view of the River. I recommend them for several families wishing to occupy the entire site. Our host was Juan Carlos who welcomed us and indicated how everything works and super friendly. We would definitely repeat it.

The apartment was clean and comfortable and in a well-located neighborhood. Despite being in a busy area, it was quiet inside the apartment at night. Highly recommended.

Our stay at this Airbnb in Madrid was excellent. The apartment is super comfortable, perfectly equipped and is located in an ideal area to enjoy the city. My family and I felt at home as it comes with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Also the cleanliness was impeccable and the hosts were very helpful at all times. A very cozy very warm accommodation with an expectation, clean and tidy the location was great, you have 5 min walking restaurants but it is at the top of the village and it is very quiet the hot water worked super well had many utensils for cooking, the bed and pillow were very comfortable and the blinds closed completely, which for me is at least an important detail

The environment is amazing and the house is very quiet. Spacious in the common areas on the ground floor ideal for cooking and sharing good time with your friends or family. Direct communication with the garden where you can enjoy the barbecue or the fun trampoline. We had a problem that Javier tried to solve at all times, behaving like a great host. Without a doubt a very recommended stay so much for the place, the house and the kindness of Javier.

The accommodation is perfect, clean, pleasant and has everything you need to spend a few days, we just thought it would be nice if there was a washing machine since if the stay is something long it can come well. We were very comfortable, the place is quiet and perfect for resting. If you are going with your dog bear in mind that there are cats in the area as at least in our garden they entered and were around quietly.

We were very good, the house is as shown in the photos, very nice and close to the Puy du fou park, very good choice. thank you for everything Joaquín.
