Family-friendly vacation rentals in El Carmen, Ciutat Vella

We had a wonderful stay, within walking distance of the beach and the restaurants overlooking the ocean. We particularly enjoyed Luz de Luna in Malvarrosa beach. Supermarkets are close and easy to access. Perfect setting to relax after visiting Valencia highlights and enjoying paella in El Rek over La Albufera. Thank you Diana for being a great host.

Rosana’s villa was wonderful. It’s nicely decorated and had everything we could possibly need. The books, toys, and the pool were a big hit with our 4 year old. I loved the movie theater room. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable. We also appreciated having access to a stroller and the garage.

The Department of Justo was love at first sight and not disappointed. In addition to all the comforts it offers has a piano in the room that for any fan (as is the case with our family) was a plus. Justo is very open and kind to her space, she shares her home and her assets as if her guests were family. He leaves you his music, his books, his drinks with total confidence. I greeted us with an aperitif upon arrival and was in touch prior to every moment. The apartment has air conditioning in each room, full ban̈os in each room. Washing machine, dishwasher. Leaves you beach items, space in their placars. It has filtered water on the faucet that looks like a paved but it greatly solves the daily logistics. It is within walking distance of the City of Science and Gulliver Park. In short, I definitely recommend it and would return (it is true that it has a theme of smell when operating the main ban? o but I'm afraid that a general theme of Valencia and not my own)

Great large and very bright apartment. The treatment with Luisa from the first moment was attentive and let us in a little earlier and easy to leave. We felt right at home at all times Good location of the oceanographic and the city of the arts 15min by foot. Y 5 from the mall Metro and bus stop, namas exit the apartment. With garage and swimming pool Definitely a great apartment that has everything and you feel safe in the complex If we come back to another day in Valencia, we will definitely repeat

We had a wonderful time, the location was great and the apartment perfect for a family gathering. The host was very helpful even when we set off the smoke alarm! We would highly recommend this apartment at any time of the year.

Excellently located for the conference centre with nice restaurants near by. Easy to follow the instructions to locate the apartment. Unfortunately the indoor pool was broken & it was raining too much to use the outdoor pool

Everything very correct and according to the description, central location and 3 min walk from the beach. With good air conditioning for summer, parking in the basement ideal for the summer season, in the warehouse it is usually difficult to park. Wifi great...! Enjoy your stay!!!!

We visited Valencia for a family reunion over the holidays and we were a group of 7. Ling & Alejandro's apartment worked great for us. It was just as described and as shown in the photos. It was comfortable for our large group, with a large and well equipped kitchen. All the appliances worked well, including the air conditioning/ heating units. We enjoyed the location on a tree-lined boulevard, near public transportation, Turia parks, the Old City, and with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Ling was very responsive when we had questions. A note: we found out that the bad smell that a visitor mentioned in a review is not a problem for this unit, or this building, but rather a city-wide issue due to an old sewer system which is more noticeable in the older parts of Valencia. Walking on the streets of the Old City, the smell is more, or less, present depending on the days. I would highly recommend this Airbnb apartment.

The apartment is really convenient located in the city. It is half way between the old town and the parks making it a great location. There are bars, restaurants, cafes everywhere in the neighborhood. The verdana is amazing at the apartment. And the place was exactly as described. Check-in and checkout was very easy.

It was a great time in Valencia. Alexandra is a great host, helpful and very friendly. Communication went smoothly. Accommodation has a great location and is well connected to public transport. We'd love to come back ☺️

Tastefully furnished apartment equipped with all the necessary amenities, which conveys the feeling of being in a real home, rather than in a simple accommodation for short-term rentals. The published images are accurate. The location is convenient, in a quiet residential area but close to the center and the metro. In the evening, after many kilometers on foot, we didn't want to walk or take the subway and with just over €7 we were home by taxi. The main applause, but it definitely goes to Edu who has allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in time and pick it up after the check-out time, which is very helpful for us. He was always immediate in his responses, kind and with lots of tips and useful information for the stay. Absolutely recommended!

It was my dream to take my friends and family to Spain to celebrate my wife's retirement and to immerse ourselves in local Spanish culture. We couldn't have done it without Angel and his apartment. We loved everything about our stay. We loved how the Metro station was just 400 steps away, but soon learned we could walk to the old city in about the same amount of time. Angel gave us many restaurant recommendations and even offered to show us around the city via bikes. We found our favorite restaurants and tiendas. The Sorolla Train Station was a 15-minute walk and we made several day and overnight trips from there. The Nord Station is just a few minute walk farther. We never needed a car. Having a cothes washer and drier was wonderful! Definitely recommend this place.

Vicente is a fantastic, very responsive and hospitable host. He provided us with all the information about the city, locations to visit etc. Me and my family were happy to stay at the apartment. Location is good, close to the beach, restaurants and nice commuting to the city center. We will definitely come back to Vicente and highly recommend his apartment to all travellers visiting Valencia

Great townhouse with ocean view. We had a great time 6 adults and 3 children. I add that it could be improved, especially for a stay in winter: that the heating could be regulated in each room individually, and being able to close the kitchen. Anyway, we'd love to come back!

My family really enjoyed a relaxing stay at Enrique's place! It is located steps away from the beach with stunning views, lots of rooms for everyone, clean, well-decorated, free parking, easy access to shopping and restaurants...Furthermore, Enrique is always quick to respond and very helpful. I will highly recommend!

Very nice apartment, clean and quiet. We left the car in the parking lot. The City of Arts and Science is at the end of the street, the city center 10 minutes by metro and the beach 20 minutes by bus. A large shopping mall is within a 10-minute walk. Reyes is very friendly, we enjoyed her welcome.

Lovely apartment, has everything you need and very comfortable for a longer stay. Felt very secure. Bring an HDMI cable if you want to watch streaming services on the TV. The location is absolutely wonderful - on the beach. Surf shop and cafe at the bottom of the building as well as other cafes and restaurants nearby. Big supermarket 10-15 mins walk. So many activities available on the beach - surf, sup, yoga, volleyball etc. Also great beach front for cycling and running. Bus 31 to the city centre is very useful, bus stops right outside the building and takes 30 mins.

It was an amazing experience staying!

Stay in a family place. Tennis court, paddle, pedestrian, pool. Beach a few meters away with private access. An apartment with everything you need for your stay in terms of utensils and linens and bathrooms. Outdoor indoor parking spot right there. Elevator and access to people with disabilities. Smart tv, internet, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, hob... You don't miss anything from home.

Roberto was very friendly and available at all times. Communication was great and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The place was clean, well equipped and in a convenient location. I would definitely recommend Roberto as a host and would certainly stay at his property again.
