Luis Gustavo was a helpful and communicative host- the place is large, safe, and had parking for our motorcycles (which we ended up not needing). He made us feel at home, and the location was great.

Excellent place. To start you have to emphasize the guide and help of Mrs. Susana and Mrs. Janeth. The house is very spacious, super large, clean, tidy, welcoming and with all the amenities to spend a pleasant stay. Highly recommended for families. Good place, good location, the only advice I could give is that check-in is a little earlier since we are complicated for people who do not know the city to make time, but from there everything is excellent, super attentive

We had a great time at Elena’s place - she and her whole family were so hospitable and kind. The dogs are the sweetest animals ever and she was so flexible with our large group.

Andrés was a great host and we really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Being able to use the washing machine and kitchen was great, and the big grocery store (Mega Maxi) in walking distance was a huge plus. He was very helpful and responsive to our requests. Thanks for a great stay!

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. It is spacious and comes with everything necessary for an extended stay. It is very well located, close to shops, public transport stops, in a good area of Quito. The only thing that seemed uncomfortable to me is the electric shower, which does not work stably. It is necessary to constantly adjust the flow of water to prevent it from turning into boiling water or, on the contrary, too cold water. Also, I would personally be more comfortable if there were thicker, darker curtains in the bedroom.
