Loft in Aflenz spa town

We really enjoyed our 5 day stay in Andrés garden apartment. Communication with Andrés was straightforward and he always replied promptly. The place is very easy to find, has self check-in and ample off street parking. The apartment was clutter-free, spotlessly clean and toasty warm on arrival. It was our first visit to Aflenz and we loved the charm of the village and the rugged beauty of the surrounding mountains. Although there was not much snow this year we managed a short skitour by taking the chairlift up to the Aflenz Bergalm and then skinned up to Schönleitenhaus. We also had an enjoyable day skiing at Brunnalm and the nearby Turnau skifield (which probably had the best snow). Overall we are very happy that we chose to stay at Andrés place and would highly recommend it to others. We hope to be able to return later in the summer and explore a bit more of the beautiful Hochschwab region!

We spent three nights in Graz. The apartment complies with the listing information and was very clean. During the day you can hear the train, as the tracks run close to the apartment, otherwise it was quiet. It's about 20 minutes to the center, but you can stroll along the Mur. Overall, I would recommend the apartment!

Premium Apartment - City center

Really great location. Stayed here for the Austrian F1 GP, and was close to all the public transport, which made getting there and back easy. The house was really nice, clean, and had all the amenities we required (except for olive oil for cooking but can't expect it). The check-in process was really easy, and the host was very responsive. Only (minor) issue is the blinds do not block out all the light in the morning, making it fairly bright in the morning, so perhaps bring a sleeping mask. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Graz.

The apartment was very nice and cozy – you immediately felt comfortable and could rest well. The location is perfect: A supermarket is just around the corner, the city is not far, and the highway is within easy reach. Really great!

We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment! It really has everything you need to feel at home. The amenities were perfect – from the kitchen to the bathroom, everything was available. Especially the bed was super comfortable and ensured a good night's sleep. The apartment is also in a great location – not far from the city center, so we could easily explore Graz. We felt completely comfortable here and can only recommend it! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The apartment was perfect, well-organized, and clean. The location was excellent, just a pleasant 20-minute walk to the city center. Johanna was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always responding to our requests within minutes. The neighborhood was also quiet, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. The apartment is quite central yet quiet. The main square of Graz is only a few tram stations away and almost within walking distance. The apartment was very clean and as described. In the kitchen was everything you need. A very nice touch from Moritz was the supply of capsules for the Nespresso machine. Moritz was always available for questions and responded quickly with good tips. Overall a very nice stay and we would be happy to come back.

The accommodation is very well maintained and clean, the spaces are well furnished and the details are very well maintained. We had a small problem with the key at check-in but the host solved it in a very short time, a little far from the center if you walk, but we had the car and it was not a problem. Recommended

The forest house is an exceptionally beautiful place to relax! Our apartment was cozy and clean, the surroundings are wonderful, the deer graze right outside the door, so to speak. From there, many hiking trails and great views can be reached quickly by car. Ariane and her whole family are really friendly, accommodating and likeable. We'll come back 😊 sometime Thank you for the lovely stay!

Cristina was super friendly and offered her help without being pushy. I loved the spacious, warm and clean apartment a lot. Spotless and so well equipped. Even the knives were sharp. Dishwasher tabs and detergent were there, nothing was missing. I also liked the bed and matrace. I d stay there again.

Very quiet and comfortable place, with great heating and clean furniture, everything looks new and welcoming. The host is responsive and always available. Great stay for the price, in excellent part of town, close to the store and inviting for a walk in the afternoon. The building is old, Shakespearean like, never before seen blend of modernity and past, the kitchen table overlooks the city and the Alps, having breakfast with purple sunrise will certainly stay in my memory.

I can only give 5 stars but he deserves more. I can say that Florián has been one of the best hosts I have ever had. Everything he described was accurate. I had doubts about how to park and he clearly explained how it worked. I booked 7 months in advance and he answered every question I asked politely and quickly. The apartment is a silver cup, impeccable, super clean overlooking a leafy courtyard, half a block from a large supermarket, I slept 5 perfect nights and to close with great regret I asked if I could leave 2 hours later and immediately modified the cleaning staff to arrive later without problem. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at Martins place. There were pretty much everything we needed. Though kids missed having something to watch as there were no TV, they enjoyed the spacious rooms to play other games. Overall a nice and tidy place.

We had a wonderful stay at the Birken Suite! The 4 days of "relaxation " for us were perfect and the apartment really offers a lot of privacy. Fresh eggs were delivered to the door every morning – a lovely touch! Breakfast could also be booked. Surroundings is quiet, ideal for forgetting the stress of everyday life. The hot tub has enough privacy, which made the stay even more enjoyable. There was nothing missing in the apartment overall, everything was great! It is beautifully decorated and decorated. We had a great time, Andreas is a great host, the place was clean and tidy. It was everything we needed. The view from the terrace is amazing, I envy them to live in such a great place:) The shop (Billa) is within a short walking distance. The place was noted for us, we will try to go back sometime.
