Very nicely located accommodation next to the historic Zandpoort. Despite the location very quiet. Everything is present and the apartment was very clean.

I could write an elaborate review listing all the virtues of this apartment and its hosts, but I prefer to be brief. Comfortable, clean, and conveniently located apartment, with everything you need" "Friendly, attentive, nice, decisive hosts" We spent two months as if we were in our own home, I will definitely be back.

Our stay at Arthur's was perfect! A simple and independent arrival with the key box, very well indicated, a nice welcome with local drinks on the table, a modern apartment, tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. All the necessary amenities were available in the accommodation. No complaints, I would recommend this apartment 100%.

A great vacation home. Great and very cozy decor. The view from the house over the fields is great. Marlene and Leon are very nice and warm hosts. We got lots of tips for beautiful hikes and excursions. The two put a lot of effort into making the stay as pleasant as possible. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back again.

Nice host responds quickly and is very friendly. Space is compact and practical. Amenities are very convenient (washing machine with drying function, induction plate, oven, dishwasher). The place was well cleaned prior to arriving. Finding front door was a little tricky but getting in very easy! Especially useful that you can take the keys and not always have to enter a code during your stay. Definitely recommended!

I had a fantastic stay! The house was super clean, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and always available to help. The energy of the place was very positive, making it a really enjoyable experience. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. The location was amazing, with beautiful views and a peaceful, green surrounding—such a lovely and refreshing spot. The house had everything I needed, fully equipped and comfortable. I was extremely satisfied with my stay, and if I ever visit this city again, I will definitely stay here again!

The host was very nice to let us have an earlier check, and answer to all our questions in a friendly way . The apartment was very clean. A little weird that there was no sink in the bathroom but it was in the bedroom instead . The place was easy to reach and the parking spot was nearby and for free. The only negative thing was the loud street.

Patrick is approachable and the accommodation is very comfortable to stay in.

Everything is fine, would come back anytime. The apartment was clean, corresponded to the pictures and is also only a 10-15 minute walk from downtown.

We as friends of Brigitte's daughter and Rob, really enjoyed staying with them. It was lovely and a beautiful area. The Apartment was great! Enjoyed a day at the pool and well closed with a cozy BBQ on the water! Brigitte & Rob are super friendly and cozy helpful people to stay with. We will definitely come back again!

Brigitte and Rob have it super well together! This quiet and beautiful stay was above expectations for us. We immediately felt welcome by the warm welcome we got and in this bnb you get incredibly worth your money. Everything is clean, tidy and in a super nice location with lots of nature. Communication is going great. This is an extraordinarily good airbnb! You can tell from everything that Brigitte is a host, a lot of passion and true love for the profession. I stayed for 5 months as part of a semester abroad in the region. Both hosts were extremely welcoming so I felt right at home. They took very good care of me and went above and beyond the call of duty in that regard. I would recommend the place to everybody and I will definitely come back if I am in the area.

Had a wonderful 3 days. You are in the shopping streets with nice terraces and the park and the Waal in no time. Nice space, good bed. Cleaning lady had been but it was a bit dusty. Would come into the property due to the renovation, but there is a difference between construction dust and dust😉 For us otherwise no problem. We had a good time and absolutely recommended in terms of location, bed, projector etc!
