This cottage and also the complex in which it stands were beautiful. We as a group of 11 people ( including 5 children) plus dog had a great time there. The house is really thoughtful and offers everything you need. There are a lot of things to do in the area. Contact with Airbnb is difficult or not available ( but not bad, since there is a service office in the holiday park that is really great) We would book it again at any time.

The house was very well equipped and very quietly located right on the sea.

Everything worked out great, for the money I would like that you don't necessarily have to bring everyone to this place, like salt/pepper/toilet paper. Of course, an Edeka is not far away but I would expect something like that in terms of price/performance. Even though we only used the jacuzzi and sauna once, something came together in the end with the electricity. Nevertheless, all in all, I was now in Kappeln for the third time, if you have no problem organizing and planning for food then I can only recommend it.

A nice accommodation in a fantastic location. Due to the construction as a wooden house, it is a bit noisy but a pleasant indoor climate. We had a lovely weekend in Gelting!

Everything tip-top and clean. Only the coffee maker could be a little brighter for 10 people;)!

We stayed with four adults and two infants for a week. The house is very spacious. The large terrace and lawn invite you to eat, relax and play when you don't want to lie on the beach. In the house there was everything we needed. However, I have to complain about one point, not all windows can be opened in the lower bedroom. Since we were lucky that the weather was just great in our week of stay, we particularly noticed that. The path to the beach is less than fifty meters away. You can also wear an umbrella, lounger and toys for the children without breaking up on the way. The water is very shallow, perfect for small children ! All in all, we felt very comfortable, and will certainly spend one or the other vacation there again.

Completely unproblematic communication, flexible arrival and departure was possible. Unfortunately, there are still many houses in the shell or almost finished condition. Therefore, the area looks very much like construction site. The way to the house was in not such a good condition, but it is currently the case and will definitely change soon. We would gladly go there again. No comparison to the similarly large houses of a competitor. These are consistently in a significantly worse condition. Especially the kitchen is excellent for larger groups of people. Two ovens, a huge fridge and an just as large freezer allow for an extensive supply!

We were in the house with many people and felt very comfortable. The layout of the house and amenities were ideal!

You get exactly what you promised. Electricity bill in the end but significantly higher than expected - I don't know if this has to be the case.

Very nice house for large groups. We stayed in this house on a weekend with 22 people, we enjoyed it very much. Very good equipment, enough dishes for everyone, great kitchen with huge fridge and freezer, as well as 2 dishwashers. Pool table, ping pong table, darts and pool area in very good condition. Highly recommend. There is another construction site opposite the house, but she didn't bother us on the weekends.

The house is great for large groups and you can do a lot. For the price, we would only have wanted soap and toilet paper in the bathrooms, as well as dish soap in the kitchen.

Everything is great so far. It is being built a lot in the area right now, so you don't have to expect much. But the accommodation itself was as described.

Clean and well-equipped accommodation. Only the 4 sleeping options under the roof are not necessarily recommended for tall people. There are various leisure activities in and around the property. The beach is within walking distance through the cottage settlement (about 15-20 minutes walk). An Edeka is also right around the corner. We had a very very very nice stay! :)

We enjoyed the holiday in Olpenitz very much. We stayed there with 8 adults and a small dog for 7 days. The house looks exactly like the pictures. Pool & sauna was used by us daily and there was always something to be done through all the play offers. (NK was just over 520€). In addition, anyone can avoid themselves to have their peace and quiet. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, we were even able to bake cakes! The sea was within walking distance of 10-15 and even in winter temperatures we liked every walk to the quiet Baltic Sea. There is an Edeka right at the entrance of the settlement. For communication: You can inquire about everything you need from the service team of the settlement. There is always someone there and helpful. Contact is NOT via AirB&B. We did not receive any answers.
