The space itself was beautifully designed, combining comfort and style in the best way possible. It truly felt like a home away from home, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The location was absolutely perfect, offering the right balance of peace and accessibility to nearby attractions. Elsie was a fantastic host, making sure everything was just right as well as responding within minutes. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to come back! Alan was such a great host. He responded quickly and gave great suggestions for places in the area to go to. The house was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. The instructions to get in the building and for parking were clear and made the experience very easy and convenient. We will definitely be coming back for future stays.

Anelisse was a wonderful host! My plans suddenly changed and I was unable to go, but my daughter and her friends stayed. Anelisse was very understanding and accommodating. The place was great-clean and perfect size for the four of us. Close to bus and ferry to NYC. The only negative was there wasn’t much warm water so we did have a couple of chilly showers.

Since the property is in New Jersey, we enjoyed the bonus of a more spacious and affordable place compared to most spots in NYC. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone, especially tourists heading to NYC. It's the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and value!

We had a wonderful stay at Jamies place! Jamie was a fantastic host, very communicative and accommodating. The apartment was clean, well-located, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the activities and games that she had in the house, plus the kid toys which was great for entertaining our toddler. Highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting.

Super great. We are enjoy the staying in the apartment. The apartment has a beautiful view and is very convenient. The light rail is just downstairs. The host will reply super fast and try everything to help. This nice place is helping a lot in my trip.

We stayed at the property as it was close to the UBS ARENA which made it quite convenient for us and there’s also a take away spot in walking distance and the food was great!

The apartment was just perfect - spacious , well equipped , super comfortable and the most amazing location. It was great to have the big skies and calm of the ocean boardwalk to start and end busy Manhattan days. Being so close to the A train station was a real bonus and we loved getting the NYC ferry too. Stop and Shop handy and well stocked for groceries and Vino By The Sea has a great selection of wines including some local gems. Couldn’t have asked for a better family stay.

We were my husband and my 2 children, the house is excellent, a delight! Very clean, with all the necessary utensils, shower and delicious bed, plus there were plenty of clean towels! The location was great because it had a bus stop in front of the house! The warm-up was perfect! Would definitely come back! A 10! Joseph always attentive to questions! Positive points only!

Ready for an escape? Look no further! Dan’s place is a walk through history in a beautiful, scenic mix of beach and wilderness. I am a local and booked this stay over the week between Christmas and new years as a respite while we renovated our new home about 30 minutes away. Dan’s place is amazing, the scenery is surreal. The sunrise and sunsets are a do not miss. The lighthouse is your backyard and the bay with afternoon seal sightings are your front. 5 minute walk to the pub, easy access to all trails for bike riding and walking. Our kids and dogs had a blast. Lots of deer, foxes, birds. Truly felt like we were worlds away but only 30 minutes from our doorstep. Can only imagine the summertime here, but we soaked it up in the winter too. The house has preserved historic charm with modern updates, everything you need. We will be back!

This place is awesome for what it is - a large home that can accommodate many people with a ton of space. It also doesn't have the Airbnb special room of 4+ beds that sleeps 8 to pump up the amount that can sleep there. This listing is straightforward. The keyless entry is awesome, everything in the house works, and there is plenty of parking and amenities. It is older and dated, however, and lacks a few finish details but for what it is, this house is very, very worth it. Each room was separated enough to have privacy, the kitchen was functional, and the dining room, living room, and entry/sunroom all offered enough room for everybody in our party to feel comfortable. I would stay here again, especially with a large group. We were 7 adults and 6 children (all under 8) and this was 1000% better than a hotel or other living arrangement. Thank you Ashley! Beautiful spot for a winter getaway. The house was exactly what we were looking for. Clean, quiet and the view was beautiful. Kitchen and bathrooms were stocked. We would definitely go back again.

My girlfriend and I spent an amazing winter holiday in these apartments while visiting NYC. The location is very convenient: a bus stop is right outside the door, and it takes only about 20-25 minutes to get to Manhattan by bus. Estefany and her mother, Athia, are some of the kindest and most hospitable people we’ve ever met – always friendly and incredibly responsive. The apartments provided the perfect place to relax after long days of walking through the bustling city. Thanks to our wonderful hosts, our trip was truly memorable. Highly recommend!

The condo is spectacular and the host was very gracious and helpful! Note: there are alot of stairs to climb. We were unaware of this prior to checking in and my mother was unable to make it up the stairs due to her recent hip surgery. So please note there are stairs and it's not handicapped accessible. Otherwise great stay! Thanks!

The stay was great, and the bnb was exactly as depicted in the listing. it is situated in the right spot so you are close to a lot of activities and location you may want to visit. It is only 25 min drive to NYC and it is conveniently close to major highways for easy travel. I would recommend!
