James' listing was exactly what my family needed to gather together and celebrate Christmas. We all had our own separate living space and the openness of the kitchen and den area gave us plenty of room to gather together. The pool looked very inviting but the coolness of the season stopped us from plunging in. When we discovered a need for additional towels James was very quick to respond and had towels delivered in short order. Thanks James for a delightful stay.

This is a lovely home with a well stocked kitchen. It's close enough to the beach but is tucked away in a residential area so it is nice and quiet. A wonderful ending for our vacation.

My family of four stayed in this perfect home in March for Bike Week 2025 The hosts were gracious enough to let us park our 3 bikes in the lockable garage and our 14ft trailer on the front lawn. It was the perfect location, close to everything we wanted to do. We will happily stay here again.

Michelle’s place was solid. Clean and as described in the listing with reasonable checkin and checkout procedures. We’d stay there again if we were in the area.

We stayed here for the Daytona 500 race. It was a comfortable and peaceful stay. I loved how all the amenities we needed were provided. Each room was comfortable for my family. Loved relaxing on the back patio too. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

This worked out well for us, the convention we attended at Ocean Center was conveniently across the street. For our purposes it worked out great!

Melissa's place is in a great location, close to restaurants, bars, stores, and a few blocks from the beach. It's on a quiet street with private parking. The AC unit was a little tricky nut we figured it out. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The House is a great Airbnb. I spent almost two weeks there. Very warm and inviting. Safe neighborhood, walkable to beach, restaurants and shops. Corinne was very nice and responsive. Had a couple requests during my stay and they were taken care of very quickly. Was nice chatting with other guests. It is a historic building so there is some older things, but it just adds to the charm. Would definitely recommend.

The location was wonderful. Right on the beach, beautiful neighborhood, and could walk to so many places; including the start line of the half marathon I ran (so convenient). I also loved the turtles in the neighborhood and met some friendly residents in our short 2 days there.

Perfect location! As described. Next time we will book a longer stay. It’s a great Airbnb in a perfect area - walking distance to everything. Beautifully decorated too!

Easy access, friendly and quiet place 100% recommended

this was the 2nd time we stayed and would again anytime. love the privacy and it's still near stores ect. Marj is friendly and always makes us feel welcomed .the place is always spotless. one of our favorite places to stay.

Nadine maintained great communication with me prior to my arrival. The inside and outside were as lovely as pictured/described. This place is warmly decorated, was immaculately clean, included a comfortable bed and pillows and offered all amenities mentioned. This place is also tucked away nicely in a little off street nook while close to mostly everything you might want or need. Overall peaceful short stay. I will definitely stay again if welcome.

We had a wonderful experience at Sharon’s beach condo. It was as described and squeaky clean. Sharon thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. We felted spoiled by her attention to detail. When we had a question, Sharon responded within an hour. We will stay again!!

Amy’s place was very welcoming and cozy. It was exactly as she described it and the pictures don’t do it justice. View of the ocean, the beach is right there, place was immaculate, grounds were beautifully kept and the pool was always clean. Lots to do and see around the area. Many great restaurants, recommend Northwood Treehouse, so delicious. Lots of lounge chairs and shuffleboard available as well. Amy was amazing, responded quickly to messages, answered all our questions and had a nice welcome surprise for us. She provided everything, including chairs for the beach and beach towels. I would absolutely recommend Amy’s place to everyone and we will definitely be back. Thank you Amy for an amazing vacation, felt like home away from home. Mark and Shirley

We loved our stay at Peck Plaza! Carrie was very responsive and we had everything we needed to make it a comfortable visit. The place is very clean and you and can’t beat the view. The kids loved the heated pool and we loved the accessibility to the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here and would come back again!

A++++ I have never been happier with a stay than Jeff and Krista’s beautiful condo! It was extremely clean and well put together. Great location with beautiful views of the beach AND sunset. If you’re looking for the best, cleanest and most affordable spot in Daytona Beach this is it!

Beautiful view, great living space to hang out, watch TV or play games. The kitchen was well stocked and spacious with plenty of room to have multiple people prepping for meals. Loved the quick beach access and plenty of great restaurants that were close. I would encourage replacing the king mattress, it has seen it's better days along with the pillows which could be standard or queen but the towels were plentiful and the primary bathroom was very roomy along with private, thanks to the pocket door. We really enjoyed opening the sliding glass doors for the fresh air and soothing ocean waves. Thanks for helping our family make a wonderful holiday memory Marissa!

A beautiful 3 bedroom condo that has 2 pools and across the street from the beach. Very clean and a great value for the money. Danny was an excellent communicator and there is also a spa tub in the master bath! I would recommend to any and all!!

My family and I enjoy 603. Started our day with a cup of coffee on the deck watching the sunrise. Easy walk to Flagler street for shopping and places to eat. We enjoyed the beach and the pool. The condo was clean, very well done and up to date. Close by grocery store for shopping and the kitchen was very useful. Drove to Orlando one day to visit a park and easy drive to Kennedy Space Center. Note to bring your own beach towels (provided towels are for pool only) and there are daily chair rentals and umbrellas if needed. Hope this review helps to make this place be an easy pick to enjoy New Smyrna beach.
