I honestly wished we lived here all the time! My partner and I stayed here for just under a week and we had an absolutely wonderful time. The host responded to all messages immediately, and finding the building and checking in was so easy. They also provided us with lots of information on restaurants and bakeries, as well as local things to do. The Eco Park area is incredible! There are so many amenities around you and lots of play spots for children. There are multiple supermarkets at the base of all the apartment buildings - it was so ideal. The apartment itself was beyond our expectations. After some iffy stays before here, we finally had consistently hot showers, fluffy towels and a very comfy bed!! There was heating and air con. Also a fast washing machine and dryer. Everything worked and the place was PRISTINE! So beautifully decorated also. We cannot sing the host’s praises enough. You will not find a better or more comfortable stay. It was a home away from home. 🥰

We had a lovely extended stay at Thuý Hoa’s French Quarter apartment. She is very professional. Very quick to respond to requests or inquiries. And she was always very friendly and pleasant with us the entire time.The apartment is spacious, gets good light, and is well furnished. The kitchen dishes needed a thorough wash when we first arrived and we needed to purchase some additional items for our extended stay. The weekly cleanings were thorough. The laundry machine needed a filter change that happened upon request. And the drying line on the balcony is very convenient. Be aware that there is a hot water switch outside the bathroom that will need to be switched on about 30 minutes before showering. Like some other older buildings in Hanoi the bathroom shower drain occasionally admitted bad odors, but simply keeping the side balcony door open helped to clear the air. As a family of 3 we can easily recommend this apartment. It has plenty of space and plenty of character.

Great host! Good place, great scenic location. Would be helpful if they provided very basics like salt, sugar and spare trash bags. Although the supporting staff was very prompt to provide us with trash bags and water bottles free of cost for the 1st day. Overall super clean and great apartment! Very helpful staff.

Great location by the lake over three floors, with the two balconies being a real treat. Couldn’t think of a better base for our trip to Hanoi. Check in was smooth & straightforward. Really appreciate the help in sorting out transfer from the airport. Would recommended in a heartbeat.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in Hanoi. The private onsen and sauna in the master bathroom were a delightful luxury, making it easy to relax and unwind. The surroundings are perfect for walking and exercise, providing a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. While the location is a bit further from the Old Quarter, the apartment's charm and amenities more than make up for it. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, always ready to assist with any queries we had. I highly recommend this place and give it a well-deserved 5 stars!

I wanted to stay close to the city and this was the perfect location. Since it’s located in an alleyway you really barely hear any noise from all the traffic. Check-in was super easy and Kim’s hospitality was excellent - very friendly, proactive and she always made sure everything was good. The apartment looked just like the pictures! Clean, comfortable and overall just perfect. Lots of stores, bars and cafes around and everything is just walking distance. If I ever need a place in Hanoi again I will 100% be coming back to this place. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience, Kim!

Phuong was a wonderul host. One of the best I had. The unit is in the great location. Make sure to stay there over the weekend. Lots of food, shopping, cafes. Strongly recommend.

Everything was really wonderful! Linh went to hand because we wanted to check in faster and offered us a larger apartment that he had available earlier. The only thing that didn't match was the price of the pool, we were told that one resident pool ticket was free, and the rest of the guests at 150,000 vnd per ticket. In fact, we all had to pay after 177,500 for the ticket, for the resident there was only a 15% discount. It's possible that the pool scammed us

Host was incredibly responsive, dealt with any issue we had in a prompt and efficient fashion and went over and above to provide recommendations for restaurants and local things to do in Hanoi. The location was ideal as in heart of the old quarter, walking distance to excellent restaurants and entertainment. The host provided excellent recommendations for local Vietnamese restaurants in particular, some of the best food I have ever had. The AirBnb was exactly as expected from the pictures and description on site. Host also arranged transportation from airport, which provided seamless transport to AirBnb.

It was nice to be able to walk to the main attractions. It was a little hard to open the door, but the rest was fine.

I had a wonderful stay during my trip back home. Despite booking during the Tet holiday, the host was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The apartment was spotless and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite things was the sunny balcony—it was a great spot to relax. The place is also very quiet, offering a peaceful environment. Its location near the Old Quarter is perfect for easy access to the city's attractions. The host also recommended several local eateries nearby, although, due to Tet, I didn't have the chance to try them all. Highly recommend this place for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay!

The Apartment is fine. The neighborhood is entertaining and includes some great restaurants (El Gaucho was outstanding and Happy hour at the Metropole was a blast). However, Hanoi is vastly over-rated. Crowded, loud, dirty, and very unhealthy air. Use Grab for Taxis.

I’ve been traveling around Vietnam now for 23 days. Decided to visit Hanoi. The city centre is as expected crazy busy. Ocean Park is the opposite. Though lots of other large apartments blocks, it’s surprisingly quiet. Only a mile away the big shopping mall is surrounded by cafes and restaurants. There is a beautiful man made lake surrounded by golden sand. An oasis in the middle of all the concrete. Very easy to move around with cheap Grab taxis. Can thoroughly recommend Meyong Gyun as a great host. Very helpful, very pleasant and extremely communative, a very easy 5 star host.

Seriously: This flat was definitely the highlight of our trip! As a small family, we finally found the peace and quiet we were looking for – far away from the noise and traffic that can often be stressful. The surroundings in Ecopark are green, idyllic, and perfect for families: playgrounds right outside the door, everything well-maintained, and simply a place to relax and unwind. The apartment itself is just as beautiful as in the pictures – amazing views, thoughtfully furnished and a damn sauna cabin that you can use for free. And then there’s the service: absolutely incredible! Any help we needed was provided within minutes – truly unparalleled. If you’re looking for a place to slow down and recharge, whether alone or with family, this is the perfect spot. We can only highly recommend it and will definitely be back.
