Vacation rentals with a pool in Eastleigh District

We had a wonderful stay with all our family to celebrate a special birthday - we loved the house, all able to eat together around the table was wonderful, enjoying chatting and drinking in the beautiful lounge and the younger ones loved the hot tub and braver ones the swimming pool. Great position for all the lovely New Forest areas and walks

This is really a lovely home. Great for big groups with lots of seating options and space. The grounds are very big and it’s nice that the house has privacy. The games room and gym was great and we spent a lot of time in there. Gemma the host was really responsive and lovely to deal with. I would highly recommend this place we had a great stay

The cabin is cosy and has everything you need to cater for a family trip away. The location is very dog-friendly and heaps for the kids to do too. If you like walking, there are loads of routes available. The New Forest countryside is stunning! It is a little haven away from the busyness of 'real life'. Just returned from a weekend in the New Forest at Linda’s Lodge and had to leave a review. Both Linda and the accommodation were fantastic. We wanted a weekend getaway with plenty to do, and Sandyballs was perfect. Only 25 minutes from Burley and Lyndhurst, it offered everything we needed, especially if the weather wasn’t great. Linda’s communication was top-notch, from recommending local restaurants to sorting passes for the pool and gym. The lodge exceeded expectations—spacious, very clean, and well-stocked with an air fryer and coffee machine. Comfortable beds and the perfect location. Highly recommend! We will defiantly be back.... If you are looking to stay in the new forest but want more things to do with the kids then this is perfect as you have the best of both. Great walks plenty to see in the local areas. But you have all the amenities and entertainment at the site. Including indoor pool, Gym, Arcades, Entertainment, restaurants and more.....

My family and I have just returned from a 4 night stay at The Oaks and we all wished we could have stayed longer. The house is well equipped, clean and tidy. There was plenty of room for 7 adults and 1 infant. The bedrooms were comfortable with fresh linen. I particularly booked this accommodation for the outside pool and this didn't disappoint. A perfect size pool for us and we enjoyed sitting around the garden and pool area. Beautiful Sobo beach is walking distance from the house and there are many good places to eat and drink nearby. We enjoyed a birthday celebration lunch at The Captains club restaurant which we would highly recommend, great food and attentive staff. A big thank you to Maggie And Peter for a great airbnb property.

Lovely couple days stay at The Pool House. Everything you could have needed was there - from fresh bread, milk, butter and kitchen basics. Anna was brilliant for answering all queries and there were plenty from me. Great recommendations. Lovely accommodation, super clean and as expected. Would be amazing in the summer with the pool open.

We had 3 adults and 6 kids under 4 in the caravan and we had an amazing time. We didnt actually spend that much time in the air b and b as there is so much to do in the local area and the facilities are so good. This is especially good considering it is February! The hosts were so responsive and understanding. We are hoping to come again and recreate a magical stay. We had reservations about so many toddlers in such a small space but it was a great set up. Fiona was a great host - really helpful instructions to help us find the place and on hand during our stay for any issues. We had no issues in this beautiful location. Amazing garden and views of the river just beside the house - very easy to walk to. The annexe has been set up very well with everything you’d need. It’s very comfortable and particularly lovely to sit on the balcony and watch the sun come up over the river. Beds are comfy and both showers are good with plenty of hot water. Sofas are comfortable and plenty of room for 3 or 4 around the table. We visited Winchester - lots to do there for adults and a great city museum for kids. We also went to the science centre. Both about 10mins from the property.
