Absolutely stunning location and amenities. The stay was like heaven — the only small issue was that check-in was a bit difficult at first because the door handle was slightly broken and required strong wrist force. Probably not a problem for most people, unless you have weak wrist strength like me 😅 Still highly recommend regardless!

A hidden gem. The owner is very responsive. She even paid a visit and passed a big delicious mango !. The unit is super clean. Better than what is actually shown in the picture. Big swimming pool. It's easy to get a BOLT ride. 7 Eleven is at ground level. I would definitely come here again for my next trip.

Great unit in a highly rated complex. close to anything you might need, shopping, restaurants and nightlifeb are all in walking distance. the unit look like was described and showed in the pictures..Jonathan was a great host, very friendly and amicable and very responsive when asked questions. after multiple trips to Thailand I can say he is one of the best hosts I've stayed with and would definitely come back if the unit is available on my travel dates.

A sofa bed was provided and I was able to relax.The host was very calm, kind, and polite, and I was very relieved.They also said they couldn't do it, but they kept it.There was a washing machine in 0.1 seconds from the room, and it was always clean.There was noise from outside on weekends in the middle of the night, but otherwise it was perfect!The security guard was also a kind person.I'd like to stay again.

This is a very good flat in a very good condo. There are good places around and also the center is near as well.

Sunny got me in last minute booking within 5 minutes! And I mean, made contact and had me in the condo in 5 minutes. The place is clean and organized. Air conditioning worked great, water pressure and temperature was great, wifi connection was great and washing machine worked great. It is located on 31st floor and the pool and gym are one floor above, which is super convenient. Only a few minor issues I noticed.... there is a shortage of utensils ie: no bottle opener, no can opener and only 1 fork, 1 butter knife and 2 sharp knives that were dull and 1 small pot and no pans. Couch needs to be replaced, I think at one time a really really really heavy person sat in the middle and blew out the springs, so the is a large deep dip in the middle. had a great stay.

Fantastic place to stay at, everything is as described in the description perfectly. Host is superb, very helpful and easy to communicate with. Only thing I could wish for, is a more comfortable and softer sofa, but at this price I can't complain at all. Even has a work desk for me to work on my laptop 😊

Toto and Katy were lovely hosts. This place is a very peaceful step away from the rest of the island. Toto has done a great job renovating the buildings using reclaimed timber. The vibe is very relaxed. 👍🏻

I stayed here for a week and I would highly recommend this place, very spacious house and a quit neighborhood, but also not very far from everything you would want to do. if you plan to go to pattaya I'd recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at Phillipe's house. There was plenty of room for us and our 4 children. Cleaned every day. Lovely shared pool, which was mostly just us using during our stay. Easy to get to Koh Samet for day trips. Some lovely beach restaurants in walking distance.

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. A great place to stay in Pattaya, a short distance on foot to Walking Street and other prominent areas. Easy check-in. Fantastic view of the city from the rooftop with a great pool. Elevator area can get busy and crowded during peak season, but this is not unmanageable. If getting picked up by taxi / mini bus (e.g. for transfer or a tour), confirm with the driver or travel agency if they will pick you up out the front (prior to security gate) or if they will drive in and pick you up from the base of the buildings - the two are separated by some distance and are out of sight of each other.

Nick’s place was a great spot for a single guy, I stayed in this area last year and lots of eating options, food court in the mall and supermarket also. Getting around was easy and the bolt motorbike service was awesome if you couldn’t be bothered walking😁

The appartment is very nice with good location, and good facilities. The owner was very friendly and helpul. I would always recomend this appartment.

Was a great stay, much more than I imagined. Spectacular view of the sea from unit. Walk to the beach was short, sweet and interesting. There were many fresh produce stands and places to eat along the way. Can't wait to visit again!

Hey! Just wanted to share how awesome the house is. It's super central, only 11 minutes to the walking street! Plus, there's a 7-11 just 300 meters away, which is super handy. The place is really clean and matches the description perfectly. The toilet is in great shape too! Overall, I'm really happy with it. 😊🏡
