Tom & Michele have a lovely apartment with fun snacks and drinks. The bed was comfortable and the place was very clean. The hosts were very responsive as well. I would definitely recommend staying here.

My wife and I have stayed at The Fish House several times. It is a wonderful respite from our urban home life. A great place to relax and appreciate the Northern Neck lifestyle. We love it here!

My sister and I had a very restful time here. The place was spacious, with beautiful outdoor views. We were provided with everything we might need and more. I wish we had had more people with us to enjoy the many options available here for relaxing; sitting outside, watching movies, and enjoying evenings by the fireplace. Anne was very gracious and informative. We certainly felt right at home. I would recommend this to anyone who was visiting the area and wanted a secluded and beautiful space to share.

Great place to stay for the night while visiting Virginia Beach! Great location very close to the boardwalk and lots of restaurants. Nataly provided lots of recommendations, it was easy to find and exactly as listed. Would definitely stay again!

This was our second stay! A most serene and beautiful spot. We love the little apartment, it has everything we need. Vickie and Scott are wonderful hosts! They even had a tiny Christmas tree in the apartment for us! We will be back for a longer stay in the summer.

Great spot! Right in the beach and super close to the boardwalk. It was clean but not super clean. We were really happy, the condo came with more than we expected. It also was bigger than we expected. We had a wonderful time! We would definitely stay here again. I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of kitchen items! I was expecting much less. 5/5 for a beachfront condo that is affordable!

This was the perfect place to stay for a long weekend. It was quiet, cozy, and so beautiful right on the water. The private pier and access to their canoe and kayaks (plus life jackets for the whole family) really put this place over the top! The binder included relevant and helpful recommendations for local eateries and fun things to do. The appliance and bathroom were all clean and we had no issues with the washer or dryer :). Highly recommend!

Samantha was wonderful and the house and location is really perfect. its setting is so nice and quiet, and the house is set up perfect for a family with a great game room upstairs and tons of games. We spent thanksgiving there with our family and the house had everything you could need for cooking for sure. It was perfect. We look forward to coming back in the summer to enjoy the outdoors more. Waking up every day and going out on the dock to feed the three swans was really cool. We'll be back.

The place was beautiful and very clean. My only concern was no blinds downstairs for privacy and the oven needs cleaning. I will rent again.

This house is perfect for large groups. It is very spacious, with plenty of room to spread out and get comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the dock taking in the serene natural beauty of the Creek and observing the local birdlife, including Kingfishers, Great Blue Herons, and Bald Eagles. The house is situated very near to the entrance of Lookout Point State Park which we greatly enjoyed exploring on bicycles. Seeing a large wedge of Tundra Swans fly overhead was a special moment. If you want to spend some time relaxing in a beautiful setting in a beautiful and very interesting area with a large group, this house will serve you well.

This home is a great place to stay! It is completely furnished with everything you need. The kitchen is completely stocked with any seasonings or coffee accessories you need. The home is wonderfully functional for larger families and kids, --lots of nooks and spaces to hang out and enjoy your vacation. My boys and I chose this rental for the kayaking, and we were not disappointed. The equipment was ready to go, and the home has it's own private slip into a beautiful calm river. This is a great home for families and friends to relax, get some time on the water, and spend time with each other. Great value.

This is our fourth? fifth? stay at Sundar's lovely spot. Private, gorgeous beach out back, great expansive views out front with ships in the distance. Home is very comfortable. We are always there in November so don't swim, or kayak, or fish. Just enjoy the comfortable home and the walks on the beach. Sundar is always very responsive and available. Kitchen has everything you need. Appliances are great. Beds are comfortable. No clutter of owner's cast-offs which many airbnb homes have. We will be back next year!!

Erin's beach house was a piece of paradise!! Erin was responsive! My kids loved the beach and relaxing in the sunroom! We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back in the warmer months!!

This is a great location if you have kids. I love the fact that there was baby gates for the porch and also there was kid friendly cups plates, and utensils. it’s very close to the beach and it’s a very quiet location on the bay. We would definitely stay here again. The house was gorgeous. The beds were very comfortable and very clean. I can’t say not one negative thing about our stay. We would definitely book here again.

Mike’s beach house is perfect for a family or group trip. More than enough space to fit everyone and the location is amazing. You’re less than a 5min walk to the beach but also return to a quiet dock rental. It was so calm sitting on the porch each morning looking at the water. Far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy the boardwalk and attractions when wanted. He’s super communicative as well. Would definitely stay again.

I have stayed with this host several times, she is always so kind and accommodating! The condo was beautiful and perfect for our short trip to participate in a local running event in Colonial Williamsburg. The condo was spotless and had plenty of amenities! Our host was flexible with our check in and out to accommodate our race plans!

Great view of the ocean and restaurants are within walking distance. All the things needed for cooking. Just remember to bring sheets and bath towels. Quiet during the off season, we were there end of March, so some restaurants are not open. Good location not too far from the boardwalk and quiet for those looking to disconnect!!! Looking forward to booking again!

We stayed at Julie’s place during Oceans Calling this year and have to say that it was a great location. Condo was beautiful and Julie took care of some of the dumb things you don’t think about like conveniently placed outlets and labeling things like switches for lights. There’s also a luggage cart and elevator to get your stuff to and from the condo which we weren’t expecting. Condo is spacious and didn’t feel cramped at all. All the three bathrooms can be accessed directly from a bedroom so that’s great too. View is fantastic and the location is very walkable to surrounding areas. We also found some street (non pay) parking around the adjacent streets near the oldest bar in OC which saved us some headaches for extra cars. Julie is a very responsive and thorough host. Overall very happy with this booking.
