Our group of four, including my father and his wife, who have mobility issues, recently stayed in this house, which proved to be an ideal choice. The ground-floor bedroom and bathroom were a huge convenience, allowing them to navigate the space easily. Additionally, the house is located in a quiet area, far from any mosques that might disturb our early morning sleep. This was a major plus for us. The house exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, with a standard that's rare in this region. The interior is well-maintained and has a certain charm, despite being a bit dated in some areas. It's interesting to note that, if this property were located in Europe, its value would likely be in the millions of euros, reflecting its enduring appeal and desirability.

Made siva's place is really comfortable and has a beautiful entrance. He is very helpful he helped us with our taxi and ferry bookings. The location is near to ubud market which makes accessibility easier. The home is very aesthetic and has all amenities.

The villa was absolutely stunning/clean. The staff were so helpful even to the fact of going to the shops for us when we needed something quickly. The breakfast every morning was a bonus. They continuesly were there if we needed anything. I would recommend this space for anyone

From the moment Ketut picked me up until I left, he treated me like family, always helpful, warm and friendly, villa was immaculately clean, super comfortable bed, beautiful decor, surrounded by native plants, river in the background, amazing home cooked breakfasts,.close to pyramids of chi, thanks so.micj for everything Ketut and family 🙏

The villa is beautiful, filled with greeneries and naturally cooling. Located the middle of local village and very near to waterfalls. Host is kind and responsive, can rent motorbike and taxi from host as well.

The place was beautiful. Lots of space. Private even though you are on the families compound. Family lots that live there are so kind and friendly. Lots of great instructions and info in their little booklet. fully cleaned everyday, even floors mopped. Just loved it!

Thank you so much to Mangku and his family for looking after us and making our week special. Loved the view from the villa, the pool, the outdoor bathroom and the quiet surrounding. Mangku is super responsive and very helpful organising lifts into town, to the airport and an in house massage (which was great and very recommended) at very competitive prices. He even organised a birthday cake for our daughter! The village feels friendly and welcoming. Laundry across the road, nice 4 km hike on narrow foot paths through rice fields into town (ask Mangku if not sure which path but its visible on google maps). Really enjoyed hanging out at Warung Dadong (even has a small pool and warm spa, very beautiful quiet setting) and our favourite Warung Pengkolan in the next village towards Ubud, great selection for breakfast and dinner). We had a great time!

This has been one of our best stay and we were amazed to see how beautiful the villa is. The staff members (Mera, Diyah, Puttu) were very friendly and made sure the villa is clean everyday. The host (Radhit) was very responsive, kind and helpful. Thank you for making us feel at home far away from home. :)

Villa Palmeira was an exceptional stay and I highly recommend it. Agus looked after our needs with a smile and organised daily massages, a snorkeling tour, shopping trips and more for our group. We will absolutely be coming back! Additional information that is not in the other reviews: 1. A 10L filtered water bottle is hooked up to a machine. It is safe to drink. 2. The staff know how to prepare fruits, vegetables and salad. We ate a LOT of fresh salads and did not get sick. 3. Expect to see animals around the villa including small snakes, crabs, lizards (which sound like they are quacking), dogs and cats. 4. Agus will book with local groups – meaning you will get the most bang for your buck AND experience the greatest hospitality Bali has to offer. 5. Alcohol is expensive. Customs allows 1L per person to be brought into Bali. 6. Treat the staff well and they will treat you well! Agus loves Baileys and Whiskey. We tipped $50000 - $100000 IDR ($5AUD - $10AUD) for various services.

We stayed at this Villa as a last minute booking due to getting horribly ill at a 5 star hotel in Seminyak.... and Wow did we pray it was going to end off our holiday well! This exceeded all our expectations by far and our holiday ended off with amazing memories made in a short time here. Thank you for accepting our booking last minute! Really really cool villa. It’s one of the more luxurious I’ve stayed in Ubud. Would book again!

The villa was beautiful, peaceful and private and had everything we needed, even a hot and cold drinking water dispenser which was amazing. We felt so relaxed here and shops are a short scooter ride away and there is a really nice resort restaurant down the road which was a regular for us. Alit and Kadek are very kind, friendly and helpful. Kadek picked us up from our previous accom and took us to our next one for a great price. They also had scooters available for hire which made it very easy for us to explore the beautiful area, even though Kadek kindly offered to drive us anywhere we wanted to visit which would be great for people not wanting to scooter. Ubud centre about 15min scooter ride away. We completely loved our stay and are thankful to the wonderful hosts for providing high quality accommodation and friendly helpful service.

Stunning million dollar breathtaking views that make one feel they are living like the gods above the clouds. Our favorite hidden gem we’ve ever found on AirBnB in over 14 years of using the app. The small thoughtful details in each room and clean creative architecture made the stay even more enjoyable. We will return to this peaceful retreat often.

The acommodation is even better than the photos. Staff is kind, the view is amazing, high quality furniture and the beds are comfy. Make sure to visit the waterfalls that are just 3 minutes away.

This beautiful tranquil place is exactly as it shows in the photos for nature lovers with family and friends or just by yourself. The staff will greet you always with a smile and a helping hand for anything you may desire. This is a place you would never want to leave. They will arrange transportation, which is the best. My driver was absolutely a safe driver, wonderful and informative. My massage was absolutely delightful. The food was absolutely delicious. The photographer (if you choose) was very professional. Iwould absolutely recommend this breathtaking bamboo curved villa. I cannot wait to experience it once again.

Worth every minute! This place is a goldmine. Waking up to this view left us speechless every morning. The food in the area was fantastic. Anything you would ask the host, would be sensitively handled. We didn’t find many issues regarding insects. However, we did get welcomed with mosquitoes. Keep in mind to spray bug spray on yourself.
