Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in East Hertfordshire

We had a lovely stay at Stefano’s apartment! The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The kitchen had sufficient utensils and a dishwasher, making it easy to cook. The bedroom was neat, and the apartment overall felt cozy and welcoming. The bathroom was clean, though it was not the best bathing experience due to the water pressure being slightly weak, but it was a minor issue. Had a slight hiccup at check-in, as we didn’t receive instructions from Stefano’s counterpart, Luigi. However, Stefano was very responsive when we called, and quickly resolved the issue, getting us checked in without much delay. Both Stefano and Luigi were prompt and helpful with any questions during our stay, ensuring a smooth check-out. Location was fantastic, with convenient groceries nearby, including a large Morrisons, a Sainsbury’s Local open late. Too bad we missed the opening of the new Lidl in Feb2025. General we enjoyed the area and appreciated how easy to get to Central London via Tube.

My Family and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Paula’s house! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and the attention to detail in the space. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect—convenient to the public transportations like tube (3-5 minutes) and bus (1-2minutes) by walk, restaurants (a lot of options of halal restaurants for muslim references) while still being peaceful and quiet. Paula went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, the communication was seamless, she sent the guideline video and it’s very detail, it felt like Paula genuinely cared about my experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting London. I will definitely be booking again on my next trip! Thank you Paula, for making my stay so memorable!

Firstly, Andy was a great host he communicated well about getting the keys and returning them. The location of the apartment is close to basic amenities such as supermarkets and restaurants and the great London Designer Outlet. I’d really vouch for this apartment.

We had a lovely stay at Georgia Jane’s flat! With the unexpected hot weather having the AC/fan available really made our time there great! Georgia was very flexible with check in and check out times which helped tremendously with our schedule! Would highly recommend this place and will stay again in the future!

It was expensive but we were in the heart of Covent Garden for New Year’s Eve. We had an amazing time - stunning apartment in the heart of London that was so beautiful, comfortable and clean - with an amazing host Sofia that was at then of the phone for any enquiries if we needed her. We had the best 3 day break away and would recommend this little gem of a 3 bed apartment to anyone for couples or a family x Thankyou Laura x

Mathew was one of a kind, he was supportive and provided multiple solutions for me when I had accomodation issues with other hosts. He communicated effectively and was always willing to help.

The accommodation was excellent, and the location was very convenient. The service provided by Paul was outstanding, as he was quick to respond and flexible in his dealings. All our needs were met promptly. It would be preferable if, for stays longer than 8 days, the price included room cleaning services. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and it is definitely worth trying again.

My second time staying at Johnny's place. That tells you plenty when there are so many options in that vicinity. It's easy to get to, you've quality connections, and there's epic coffee and eateries in both directions out of the building. The people serving you at those spots are all really cool and seem to know each other, it's a good vibe. The flat is exactly as the pictures and description suggests. It's free of clutter and has everything you need for your stay. The bed is comfy for me and the noise outside is minimal, so always decent sleeping when there. Johnny's a cool host too. It's very likely I'll be back a third time :)

Great apartment. Really spacious & quiet area, but still very easy to access central London. Apartment was really well equipped and had everything we needed. David was a great host, really responsive & very accommodating in allowing us to leave suitcases at the apartment. We had a great stay!

Emmanuel's place was just perfect. Very quiet, gated community and gated building. The steps had lots of set lights and more motion activated lights. There were several shops right by to get groceries and necessities. The Manor House tube station was literally a 1 minute walk to the apartment - which also was a direct line from Heathrow (took just over an hour to get there). Great places for coffee nearby and incredibly fast and easy to get into the city for whatever tours/activities you have planned for your visit. I appreciated that there is a fan in the apartment as there is no A/C, but the fan helped keep cool. Check-in and out was incredibly simple and Emmanuel responded quickly every time I had question.

We had a pleasant stay at Liam’s place. Such a nice thing to see the Daubeney fields every morning. Liam’s place has everything you need, and it’s within 10-minute walk to the nearest overground station and just a 1-minute walk to the bus stop that heads to London central. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Highly recommend this place, big spacious living area with two decent size bedrooms. Coffee machine was a gem and the sound system absolutely glorious! Chris was always so quick to respond and so accomodating.

Our stay at Clare's was excellent. The property is beautiful and ideally situated in an area I know well. Clare was a perfect host, demonstrating clear communication at all times and leaving clear, easy to find instructions for all aspects of our stay. I would definitely stay again and strongly recommend Clare as a host

It all starts with location with this rental. Both the Central (Queensway) and Circle (Bayswater) tube lines are within one block walk. The easy groceries and eateries on Queensway and around were so convenient. I recommend Gold Mine for Chinese, Pizza Pilgrims, and there is a Hot Pot restaurant we tried on the last evening that was yummy. All London locations are within a 30-45 tube ride and walk. We did a lot. The unit had private bedrooms for a 5 of us, and laundry you can do yourself, so next time I would definitely pack lighter. We were able to make breakfast at home, and get coffee at a number of locations within a 5 minute walk. Hyde Park is across the street, so made for great walking outings and seeing the beauty of the park. Although it was cold this time of year, the unit had great heating (we should have turned it down actually becuase we got too warm at night). I highly recommend this rental for anyone coming to London and want a convenient location with privacy

We had a great stay at Daniels place. We were a family of four and there was lots of space. We loved the pool table and the hot tub. Thank you for the fridge essentials provided. Great directions easy access and the village was really nice. Enjoyed a nice walk along the canal, also the local shops including a nice deli cafe and wine shop. We walked to the station and got the train in to London for the afternoon ( 27 mins in to Euston) We also visited nearby St Albans. Would recommend this place, the location and the host who was always quick to respond to messages.

The house is wonderful for its age, character and history. We really appreciated the library and all the quirks and general history of the house itself. Some of us went on a quick trip to All Saints Church cemetery in Edmonton to see Charles and Mary Lamb's graves ... because the house provoked an interest to see and know more. It has many quirks - but these are so well explained by the hosts - so you know about them before you come. The character and joy of the house totally made up for the quirks. Size was great - for our family group of 7 it was ideal - plenty of space to eat and hang out and individual nooks and crannies where people could do their own thing.

This is a really beautiful, well-equipped house with a spectacular garden. It was a really lovely place to stay and we were sorry to leave. We unexpectedly had to extend our stay at short notice, and Helen was incredibly helpful and responsive, for which we were very grateful. Highly recommended!

Suzy was a truly fantastic host. I stayed at Suzys home with new born twins for 2 months and before we even arrived Suzy was making changes to her home to make the place more baby friendly. Suzy was really helpful taking measurements of rooms to make sure the cribs could fit in one room and even arranged 2 months of parking permits for us! On the one occasion that some minor maintenance work was needed, Suzy was extremely pro-active in making sure it got resolved very quickly and when was convenient to us - the ideal host response. The house itself is fantastic and had all that we needed for our Hackney holiday.
