Lovely stay! Would happily come back again. Great bedding and mattresses and Natasha was a great host. Met us at the door with a friendly introduction to the house and answered all our questions about local walks and restaurants

A lovely little place in an easily accessible but quiet location. First thing to note is that this is all one space. The only door is to the bathroom, everything else is open plan. The kitchen is well appointed. No dishwasher, so factor in 5 minutes to wash up. A little milk and some breakfast items kindly provided. The bed is good, plenty wide enough and with ample bedding. The mattress is a little thin, but still very comfortable and not overly soft. The shower is an electric affair that gives enough power, but won't be comparable to a full power shower. It can be made very warm. Outdoor space is nice. The garden is quiet and there are security lights to help if you're there in the dark. The woods next door are a great place for walking the dog. There is plenty of room for parking, but the short driveway is steep and the visibility out onto the road isn't great, so recommend either backing in and driving out, or driving in and doing a multi-point turn.

We stayed at Grange Cart Barn for 2 weeks whilst working, and it met all our needs. We took our dog along too and the paddock was great for short exercise, with beautiful walks up onto Walderton down and surrounding areas without needing to get into the car. The Fox and Hounds pub ( 2 min walk along the road) is very welcoming with good food. The weather was very cold during our stay, and the accomodation remained warm and cosy. There is plenty of parking, (we had several vehicles). Anthony provided cereals, croissant, orange juice, milk and tea / coffee. We felt very comfortable and unrestricted during our stay, with Anthony answering very quickly to any questions that we had. I highly recommend 'The Cart Barn', thank you Anthony!

Had a lovely stay, was perfect, everything you needed, it was just like a home away from home! There was milk, bread and biscuits left for us which was very thoughtful and we really appreciated. Liz was very welcoming. Would definitely visit again.

Comfortable, cosy and conveniently located cottage for exploring the South Wight. Good parking and hosts are very generously offering dogs to use their large garden. Kitchen is very well equipped so cooking proper meals is very easy to do. Can definitely recommend and would return. Hosts accommodating, friendly and very welcoming. Note for dog owners- the cottage is carpeted, being plenty of towels and throws as dogs can easily get wet, sandy and muddy around the South Wight.

We stayed in the barn for 3 months, and it was a perfect home for us. Rebecca was very friendly and helpful with all the check-in details, and was always on hand if we had any queries. The barn was very cosy, and perfect in every way. It was well kept and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. We were regularly greeted by a lovely dog and made good friends with the cat! The surrounding areas were great for country walks and there’s a lovely local pub as a treat. We certainly would return back to the barn in future. Thanks to Rebecca for her amazing hosting!

We spent 2weeks in Amanda’s lovely cottage it was so cosy and clean and situated a short walk from shops, cafes and public transport links and also some country walks on the doorstep. Guildford, Godalming and Cranleigh are a few miles away for supermarkets and a few miles in either direction some great pubs with delicious menus. We would recommend Amanda’s cottage to anyone for a holiday

Brilliant place to stay, right near to the beach as well as New Forest. Would definitely recommend staying here. Mariska was amazing in communication and super helpful

A lovely little room and bathroom! Comfy bed and well equipped. Sweet assortment of quick breakfast items. Sharon was very accommodating and responsive.

Julia’s place was a gray pace for a mini break away from home and work !! A short walk from the city centre and specifically the Pallant Gallery which was the main purpose of my visit. Accommodation was clean and private with plenty of unexpected extras - Julia seems to have thought of everything ! Would stay again and certainly recommend ….

This was my second stay at Vanessa's and I loved it as much as the first. I was also really grateful to Vanessa as it was a very late booking (only about an hour ahead of my arrival time), and not only did she accommodate me, but she also turned up the heating to warm the annexe for me on what was a particularly cold day. The hot water bottles were also very cute and kept me cosy all night long. Thanks, Vanessa!

A beautiful barn in a beautiful spot completely tucked away. Linda and Mike are brilliant hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Just perfect in every respect. Can’t recommend highly enough. We will definitely be back.

The den was warm and cozy with everything we needed. It is a great location for visiting Salisbury and Stonehenge, or just relaxing indoors. We enjoyed using the fireplace and watching the ducks outside.

Beautiful peaceful place surrounded by nature. You can see how Marley’s family love their place and that they are enthusiastic about hosting guests. We loved seeing the red kites and the walks in the forest. The kids enjoyed the tree house. We might go back in spring or summer to use the pool.

we had the best time staying here. it was absolutely idyllic. Amanda was a fab host and really helpful with messages, being so accommodating. my son was desperate to use the tennis courts, my other son was desperate to see her dogs and my husband wanted to make use of the firepit, and I loved that we were close to Jane austens house for a visit. we didn't make use of the fire put purely because we jammed so much in, but it couldn't have gone any better. it was a wonderful place to stay and we had great fun.

A lovely little private space, well maintained and lots of thoughtful details. it is tucked away but we were given really clear instructions and found it without any issues. we arrived late so Janet even left lights on yo guide our way. A perfect little spot, just what we needed!

Warm, cosy and a lovely space away for a weekend. Location is great, beach is easily walkable in 15 minutes, and the The Witterings pub 5 mins away serves great cocktails! Recommended stay for sure! A++

A lovely place to stay and exactly what we needed! I booked this to stay with my Bridesmaids to get ready before my wedding and it was the perfect, relaxing place to get ready. Thank you for a great experience - would definitely recommend!

This is great place to stay. Very homely, well equipped, comfortable in lovely setting. Ideal for those with dogs and very warm which was perfect as we arrived in the middle of a storm! Anna is a great host, very responsive & proactive & flexible on times. Even better was the bread, milk, croissants, coffee and cereals that were all there!! Really nice touch. Shame we couldn’t stay longer! Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful couple of days at Pony Cottage, very clean, well stocked for tea, coffee, milk and biscuits! Virginia I felt had covered every aspect to make sure it’s a comfortable stay. Beautiful garden, 5 mins into the village, which has lovely coffee shops and restaurants, everything you need. Bonus also of having beautiful walks on your door step. I look forward to returning!
