In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which includes a double bed for two, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another lounger. The apartment has a separate entrance. You are welcome to provide the entire property for your recreation. Your big and small four-legged favorites are also welcome! There is still a horse box available in the stable. Otherwise, there is plenty of space in summer on the lush pastures. A riding area is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and microwave. Nearby bakery in the village Supermarkets - neighboring towns Großheide and Hage (approx. 3-4 km) Swimming pool - in Berum (ca. 3 km) Reitverein/-stall - in the village North Sea (beach) - Neßmersiel (8 km) Ferry to Baltrum - Neßmersiel (as well) Lütetsburg Palace - Hage (7 km) City of Norden - 14 km Norderney and Juist - from Norddeich (approx. 16 km) The connection with public transport is not very cheap, which is why it is recommended to travel by car. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a small house with quiet dead end location between the old village church, a Gulfhof and only 4 minutes walk to the harbor and the ferry to Ditzum. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

My place - apartment "Mina" - is close to the beach, family-friendly activities, bakeries, restaurants, ferries to Norderney and Juist, surf/kitesurfing school, Norddeich Mole train station. You'll love my place because of the light, relaxation by the sea, the coziness, location, sea views over the dike. My place is nice for couples, solo travelers and families with 1-2 children. You can expect beds and fresh towels - you don't have to bring anything but anticipation !

The apartment of about 155 sqm , is located on the ground floor of a 2 family house. The apartment offers a spacious living and dining area, 3 sheep rooms with 2 double beds each. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, the third bedroom is in the basement. 1 bathroom with tub and shower and a 2nd separate toilet. The apartment has a beautiful covered terrace. Our small, cozy apartment for 2 people is about 2.5 km or 15 minutes by bike from the North Sea coast. Prices are per night/apartment plus tourist tax €3.50 in high season and €1.80 in low season per person./day incl. bed linen, a towel package as well as 2 rental bikes. My place is close to Papenburg( Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left behind regarding the location. The property is BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park on the Emsdeich, where you can swim well in summer. My place is nice for couples and business travelers. Private staircase.
