Perfect for our needs for a quick weekend stay. Reliable internet and a comfortable living space with a yard to walk our dog.

We stayed here for a Sabres game and it was amazing. The location was great! a quick ride to restaurants and to the arena. The place is stunning! So much character. We were sad to only stay one night! We will definitely book again!

Our stay at Christine's place was fantastic! From the beginning, she was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing us an early check-in as per our request. The house looked exactly like the pictures—bright, colorful, and welcoming. It was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay for three people. The amenities were spot on, including a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, and coffee supplies, as well as essential washroom amenities and other thoughtful touches. Everything was perfectly in place, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. Plus, having Netflix already logged in for guests was a great touch, providing an excellent source of entertainment. Highly recommend!

Clean place close to the slopes and about a 10min walk to downtown!

We chose Matthew's apartment because it was close to SUNY Fredonia and we needed a full kitchen to cook an early Easter dinner for our daughter. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for a successful dinner. Beds were really comfortable. We enjoyed using the apartment as our home base while visiting our daughter. Our daughters enjoyed the game room upstairs especially the air hockey table. All in all, it is a great apartment and we would book it again. Thank you to all the hosts for a great apartment!

The house has lots of nice touches - snacks, drinks, and charging station. It’s easy to find and we could easily walk everywhere. We’d definitely stay here again.

Dan’s place is just as described. It is in the perfect location for visiting Buffalo… Close to everything but in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend booking this Airbnb.

My friends and I had a wonderful experience! The host was extremely responsive & answered any questions we had with ease and in a timely manner. The apartment was spotless, exactly as pictured, and had all the amenities that were listed—nothing was missing. Apartment is updated and well cared for. We really appreciated the attention to detail and how easy communication was. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend for anyone looking for a smooth and stress-free experience!

This was a great spot for a quiet girls’ weekend with a best friend. Dorothy’s home is inviting and clean. Well stocked and homey feeling. We loved cooking and baking as well as relaxing on the comfy sofa. The beds were comfortable and the pillows brought good rest. Dorothy was so responsive with a couple questions I had. I couldn’t have asked for anything else. We plan to make this a yearly tradition! Thank you so much, Dorothy, for opening your home !

Felt right at home. We had a longer stay (3 weeks) so having all the things; laundry, full kitchen, dishwasher.. was perfect. The half circle driveway is great for not only getting out on the busier street but also loading and unloading the car. The beds were so comfy I slept so well. Having everything accessible on the first floor (except laundry) is great for mobility issues and giving second floor and basement space is great for family members to space out. Super happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again. Thank you Sajjad and Jennifer for your hospitality!

Your house was so clean, hot tub was so nice, and the rooms were so big. Beds were very comfortable with really nice blankets and pillows. Thank you so much again. Kristin had the house stocked with everything we needed for a short weekend trip to Ellicottville. Great location to walk or take a short drive into town.

Shea’s place was a great place for a couple. The couch area to watch tv is very comfortable. The memory foam mattress is very comfortable as well. There’s 2 washrooms which is nice and the shower was super clean. We had a great stay and would definitely like to come back.

Perfect location for a ski vacation. Close to the lift and lodge. The downtown is cute and plenty of shops and dining. The condo is probably one of the most well equipped places I’ve ever stayed.

Maurizio was a gracious host and has a lovely spot. Well decorated with cool art, spacious, comfortable furniture, and even had some lovely plants to brighten everything up! Two desks for doing work if you need, and two tvs, both worked quickly and easily. Maurizio was a communicative and friendly host, and even took my call at 6:15 a.m. when I had an important question for him. Lastly, I mistakenly booked one less night than I needed, and when I requested an extra night, he obliged without complaint or judgment. (Luckily there was no one who'd booked it for the extra night!). Thanks Maurizio!

We had a lovely stay. Joes place was as described & looked like the photos. The surrounding area is beautiful with plenty to do. He was very friendly and always responsive. Would definitely recommend & stay again!
