Excellent hospitality! We had a wonderful Christmas stay!

The dazzling view in the morning is impressive. I'm so happy to drink the green tea you prepared while looking out the window. Don't hesitate to come here!! I hope the boss is always healthy and happy. I had a good rest. ^ ^

Although I stayed only a couple nights, I felt lucky to peek into Gioi and his family's life amongst the cinnamon trees. The sound of a breeze passing through the leaves is truly special. Dinners (with the family and/or with other travelers) were a generous spread of dishes, with vegetables from the garden. It seems ideal to stay a bit longer to really experience the depth of the nature and local culture through Gioi's tours, but I still enjoyed wandering through the village and forest. Gioi helped me arrange a xe ôm to my next destination, which was greatly appreciated!

Wonderful little sea view balcony, great value for money, no kitchen, but various restaurants nearby. I really enjoyed my time and hope to come back.

The place was cozy, but my favorite part was their Bar it was impressive. The bed rooms are clean, the staff are very attentive to our needs and queries. They also make sure they are helpful to us. Once back in Sapa will for sure stay here.

The location was great ~ ~ ~ Quiet and quiet ~ Parking is convenient ~ I haven't used the kitchen for a while It was a little black when I wiped it with wipes ~ ~ I just didn't know about it. Other than that, I was completely satisfied. %!!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The traditional Japanese bath was our favourite part of the house. We were also very grateful for our brilliant host. The accommodation is as described - so make sure to read the description carefully. Two of the rooms are futon beds, and there is no sofa / ‘living’ space as such. This was fine for us, but it is just worth mentioning.

The surrounding environment is quiet, I rented two buildings, so I was able to have a relaxing time in a private space without worrying about the surroundings! I would like to stay with Coconut again if I have the chance to come to Yakushima!

It was a much prettier place than the photos. It was a shame that I couldn't enjoy the outside balcony because it was winter, but it was thanks to the cold season that the warm sunlight coming in through the bedroom window after sunrise was better. I had a really good rest.

The location of apartment is very good . There is cafe , grocery shop and bus stop in walking distance. Everything listed is there in apartment. Now talking about host , he is very responsive and helpful throughout. Even lets us early checking at 3 am in morning . Al combined its a must recommend place .

This was our second stay at Island Breeze! Well equipped and organized, very spacious, beautiful, warm and cozy. Offers a home-like feeling. Beach equipment and towels are also provided. What a great place! Perfect for a family vacation. We had a wonderful vacation, relaxed and refreshed. Tom was very welcoming and helpful. We look forward to seeing you again next year!

My dad was on a trip, so my big family moved, and we had a comfortable stay~^^ If the hot water was a bit stronger, everyone would be satisfied!

So happy to have found Umang's place. I won't think twice to book here again. The standout thing may be the terrace according to many reviewers, but what stood out for me was Umang's 100% correctness/ honesty, that rarest of traits. This is so reassuring for any stay. Both hosts were so kind! It was so nice to put my child to sleep because of the low mattress. I was disappointed that I didn't have much time to come in the evening and enjoy the accommodation at ease~ If my child is a little older, I'll stop by again to lengthen the bracelet^^

I felt like I was in Hong Kong or Singapore.It was a smart city landscape where the skyscrapers around didn't interfere, and it felt like I was immersed in the night view. A family of four stayed comfortably for two days. I was very satisfied with my trip because I was able to stay quietly and privately. The commercial area in the complex was well-organized, and I was really satisfied with using Daiso, Starbucks, and convenience stores. I was able to park comfortably. It has a different comfort than a hotel. I highly recommend it as a family vacation home.

Great spacious room, good location close to gangnam station.

I could not rate this place highly enough!!!!! Location 10/10. View 20/10 and the place was extremely modern! Lucky enough to experience full on snow out the lounge windows & then a full fuji view on day 2. Would highly recommend anyone coming to Kawaguchicko stay here. I wish to be able to come here again one day. Thank you guys

I was able to check in a little early, and it was a trip with my parents, but everyone was so satisfied that I had a pleasant trip. Due to its location, you can walk to the sea, and the view of Yeongrang Lake in front is very nice. It's also good for a walk, and I'll use it again next time. Thank you!!

I visited for a family reunion, and it was spacious and cozy for group living. Each room had a bathroom, so it was efficient, and it was nice to have a water purifier. The kids and parents were also very satisfied. We had a good rest!

With a one-year reservation, I was finally able to stay on Saturdays and Sundays.I had already watched the room many times on YouTube, and I knew about the contraption, but the children were still very happy and explored the room with a fresh look.The room was also very beautiful, and everything was so wonderful that it had almost everything we needed, such as dishes, detergent, and cooking utensils. They are children who can't live without YouTube every day, but during their stay, they never put their hands on YouTube, etc., and they were focused on playing with it, and it was a very good environment. I received a request to come back again, so I want to do my best to book again in a year!! Lol

You were so kind, the accommodation was clean, and the atmosphere was so nice. I just wanted to go again! The kimchi is so good!
