Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Dutch Cul de Sac

Our stay was nothing short of amazing!! Easily the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The views (especially at sunset) are gorgeous, the house is very well maintained and comfortable, and Hugh/Tess were quick to respond to any questions we had. Like everyone else says, we were so sad to leave at the end.

Exactly as listed and about a 10 min walk to maho beach. The upstairs balcony is HUGE and has great views!

Mariana and Manoj were great hosts. Communication was very effective and they were flexible with our check out time.

Harlie’s home was stunning! As soon as you walked in the view was breathtaking. We stopped by the supermarket on the way to the villa to grab a few things, but when we got there the home was completely stocked. It was more than enough room for the four us. The neighborhood was quiet and safe! We just had one minor issue with the microwave which Harlie addressed right away. I believe the breaker may have triggered but it was no big issue at all. My guests and I would most definitely book this Airbnb again the next time we visit St. Maarten again!

Wonderful Stay in Saint Martin! We had an amazing time at this villa! The space was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, with a beautiful pool offering breathtaking views. And lots of outdoor seating . The location was perfect—peaceful yet close to beaches and restaurants. Olivier was very responsive and helpful, making our stay seamless. Highly recommend and would love to return!

The villa was beautiful, spotless with stunning views. Kevin met us upon arrival and showed us around and made wonderful suggestions for places to eat and visit during our stay. We did have trouble with our global cell service while there and had an issue finding the place but Kevin waited even though it took us longer to find the place. They had wonderful coffee and a large bowl with a variety of snacks which was really nice. We really enjoyed taking the kayaks out daily. We kayaked over to the nearby islands and Yellow Beach on Pinel Island. We went to so many beautiful nearby beach's. We visited Parotte Ville Bird sanctuary and highly recommend you visit if you're a bird nerd like us. We had a wonderful vacation and really appreciated all the helpful guidance and suggestions by Kevin.

There's a reason Fleur de Mar has a near perfect rating. Their villa was one of the nicest we've ever stayed in. The view is incredible and the villa has everything you could possibly need. It also was close to everything. They were quick to respond to any questions I had. I'd also like to give a big thank you to Donald their house manager. Talk about responsive, he literally showed up within minutes when we had an issue with the air conditioning. He was super friendly and called to wish us a safe journey home. I can't wait to go back!

Wow! All expectations were met! My family of nine booked both the Beach House and the Upper deck. It was plenty big enough. We were pleasantly surprised that this home has the PERFECt sunset location. Pool(9 was nicely sized. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the beds and linens are comfortable. Location is great, it's between everything but not in the mix of hectic busy areas. I would encourage all to explore Pinel Island and Marigot, both easy drives. Phillip, the house manager, is an EXCELLENT chef. We hired him to prepare our Christmas dinner, and we will remember this meal for a lifetime. Truly exceptional in every way. Nine well-traveled 'foodies' will be reminiscing the meal for years.

Great place to stay. Walkable to most restaurants and bars … rooftop has beautiful views and a nice place to relax and take in the sun!

Great location! Easy walk for groceries, restaurants, beaches! Apartment has everything you need! Bed is comfy, nice to have coffee or cocktails on the balcony! Also nice to have laundry in building. Yolanda is an amazing host, she went above and beyond to help us - from letting us drop-off luggage a week early, rescuing us when our flight was cancelled! A wonderful person! We Will be back!

Lovely location, stunning view, very modern style, and very comfortable! Shameeka was highly responsive, attending to my needs on every occasion, and always reachable no matter the time. I truly recommend this location.

Just home from a wonderful 2 week stay at Alex’s apartment in Simpson Bay. Alex met us upon arrival and explained everything we needed to know. He was available anytime . The apartment was exactly how the pictures described it. The terrace was spectacular. The sunsets, the waves, the beautiful boats….miss it already. We walked to many restaurants and took the bus to Philipsburg and Mullet Bay beach. All in all, a great vacation. Thanks Alex

One of the best Airbnb's we have stayed in. Super nice apartment with a great view. Close to supermarket, restaurants, beaches etc. Jolanda and Maarten were very informative before arrival. We had a minor issue in the apartment and it was dealt with immediately. We highly recommend both the apartment and Jolanda and Maarten.

Nada ´s place is really nice , quiet , amazing view , with everything you need for cooking , right in front of a popular walking path next to the ocean . Nada is so nice she even gave us a few lift to town . Thanks to Nada and her husband for their great hospitality.

Tracy place was absolutely amazing—so comfortable, beautifully maintained, and in such a great location, especially the amazing views. St. Maarten is truly a paradise, and staying at her place made the experience even more special. We loved every moment, from relaxing having a coffee looking at the amazing views to relax in the pool with the family, and exploring the stunning surroundings. It was an absolute pleasure, and we’re so grateful for the opportunity to share in the beauty of Tracy wonderful space. We hope to return one day and create even more amazing memories! Note: First impressions of the road to the villa was surprisingly steep but after a few drives , you get used to it. I would say, it prep you for all the adventures on the island.

We loved staying with Leanne! She and Danielle accommodated our family at the last minute and everything was perfect. The place is beautiful, clean and comfortable, with everything you might need to for an amazing stay.

We loved our stay at sea la vie. The place was just as described and in the perfect location. After looking at many different places and knowing the area better now, I think we picked the best place! The pool and view are incredible and it had everything we needed to escape the harsh northern winter. We wish we could have stayed longer and hope to be back.

Simona was the best host! Super helpful throughout our stay. She gave us lots of great recommendations and was very responsive. We’re already missing this piece of paradise. The place has an amazing private beech that few people know about it.

We had a fantastic time at Andrea’s apartment. She was extremely helpful, friendly and responsive from the very beginning, going out of her way to even check and source items for our infant and toddler before our arrival. The apartment was clean and very well laid out for a group of 5 adults and two little ones. There were a ton of sand toys which helped keep our toddler busy and entertained, as well as many beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers etc for the adults to keep us comfy on the beach. You can’t beat the fact that you are a 1min walk from jumping into the beautiful clear ocean, and the evenings spent listening to the sounds of the waves (and the airplanes!!) from the balcony we’re all wonderful. Thank you so much for everything you did to make our stay so great Andrea!
