Lovely 'home' right on the coast. Everything you would want in a place to stay and everything on your doorstep when you are out and about. I am sure we will be back.

This is the second time that we have stayed at this property and it was a great homely place for work purposes. Jamie responded to all queries and was helpful. Would recommend staying here and stay here again should we be working in the area. Thank you Jamie.

What an amazing property! The house was set far enough from neighbors on all sides to provide lots of privacy. The yard around the house was very big. The space inside was immaculate and exactly as depicted. James and Mel were wonderful hosts. We had everything we needed. We stayed just after Christmas and they even put up a Christmas tree for us. The bedrooms were large with plenty of storage and hanging space. The house itself was very large and spacious. There was a game room for the kids, a place for dad to work and the sofa in the living room was very comfortable. It’s about a 6 min walk into Morpeth high street that has loads of great restaurants and shopping. There is ample parking on site. We absolutely loved it!

Loved staying here! Homely, warm and had everything we needed! Comfy bed too! Tons of dvds, games for kids if needed. WiFi fast! Good heating, easy to turn up and down, on/off!, instructions from Ellen were very helpful! Nice location, close to beach which was a big bonus as we are massive fans of hunting for seaglass! I came with my husband for my 40th birthday but will be back with the kids in the future if available. Thanks again to Ellen, you were a LOVELY host! ❤️

We enjoyed our stay in this property, it was decorated to a high standard and had a good amount of space for our needs. It had almost all the facilities we needed to celebrate Christmas (we needed to buy a few more trays for the oven but that was about it). One thing to be aware of that we missed when booking is that the bathroom is downstairs at the back of the house, behind the kitchen, which was a bit of a surprise as we didn't remember seeing that noted before booking, however didn't cause us too many issues during the visit. The only other thing to note is there were a few minor maintenance issues (missing/dead light bulbs for example) that should be fixed, however again this didn't cause any problems during the stay, just something that could be improved to fully bring out the potential of the space.

Lovely flat in great area for exploring Newcastle

First of all, Jacinta is the best Abnb host we have ever encountered. 💜 This is an historic building full of character. It was welcoming and warm with everything we needed. Jacinta kept in touch to check out if things were ok which was so helpful. The house was cosy, beds comfy, great warm shower and a thoughtful welcome pack and fresh flowers. Thank you Jacinta.

I couldn't recommend Will & Dawn's place more. The place was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The instructions on how to find the place were detailed and Will was proactive in communication, ensuring we knew how to get there. We received a warm welcome on arrival. The place was done out to a very high spec. The pool was also a big draw which our four year old boy particularly enjoyed. The location was a great base for exploring Northumberland. We'll definitely be back

Having stayed here a number of times before it felt like coming home. Benjamin's place is so comfortable and well equiped, you need for nothing. Benjamin replies quickly and is very helpful. We wouldn't stay anywhere else if coming to this area

Absolutely great place to stay with 2 12 year old boys. Brilliant location and so much to do - Caroline gave us some fab recommendations. The flat was in a perfect location - close to the beach and loads of places to eat. The boys loved the bunk beds and I was impressed with the size of the rooms. Kitchen well equipped if you wanted to cook but we ate out for most meals. The bathroom is a wet room - so take crocs for using the toilet after a shower to avoid wet feet - this was not a problem for us at all and the shower was lovely and warm. Lots of little touches were great, biscuits and tea and coffee, toilet roll, cleaning products so if you arrived late no problem - also a shop over the road. Highly recommend as a lovely downstairs flat with parking near the sea - perfect.

A perfect place for our stay: was 5 minute drive to our daughter’s university accommodation, a 5 minute walk to Jesmond Dene for our dog walks, a 10 minute drive to Newcastle (we did not try out public transport as there were 4 of us plus a dog), 5 minute drive to Arlo, (one of our favourite places to eat), and added bonus of a hot tub. Kitchen was well stocked - we had a great take away from Jakki’s Chinese Takeaway. We will definitely book to stay again

First class . Superbly presented apartment, clean and tidy with stunning views overlooking the marina. Thanks for making our stay a special one , we couldn't fault it. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone, 100% . We will hopefully be returning soon .

Perfect little place within walking distance of the beach. We stayed with 2 small children and the size was just right for us. All the little handy extras like toilet roll, towels, laundry airer and more made the trip that much simpler too. Also appreciated the reasonable price range. Would definitely stay again.

Our second stay in Cat’s apartment. Great location in Gosforth and very near local shops and good restaurants. Apartment is warm and comfortable, use of a parking permit very helpful. Would highly recommend.
