Vacation rentals in Dunlap

Absolutely beautiful location on top of a wooded hill with a tiny view of the Omaha skyline twinkling at night far off between other hills; no other houses in sight and total peace and quiet (depending on who is staying with you). Beautiful kitchen has every appliance you could ever wish for. We enjoyed eating at the table on the back patio overlooking the lawn and forest, sitting in the rocking chairs on the front porch in the evenings, and playing the 1/4(?) grand piano. Communication with Hannah was excellent. Any problem that showed up was immediately remedied. We had a delightful family holiday with 9 adults and 3 very young children. Hannah graciously provided a Pack-n-Play, a high chair, and a baby gate to block off the stairs. It is a wonderful place.

The location and house was perfect. Just as described. I am listing her place with my company as a preferred place to stay for any of my co workers who travel to Atlantic for anything.

This was a large beautiful home with a ton of character. We were in town for a wedding and wanted to stay together as a family instead of at a hotel so we could hang out after putting the kids to bed. This was an awesome house for our situation, having tons of beds/upstairs bedrooms. We were able to fit our entire family and separate the kids from the noise on the main level! We were so grateful to find this place that fit our needs perfectly. It was a very well taken care of place and made our stay work out perfectly!

What an incredible place! They far exceeded our expectations. I felt like royalty with what Jessica provided: dozens of tea options, coffees, snacks and more. No need to worry about forgetting anything- they have your toothbrush, shaving cream, floss sticks, and every other toiletry on Earth available. We enjoyed playing cards (yes, I had forgotten to pack them, but there were a dozen decks available), and cooking and exploring Dunlap. No need to google a thing by the way. Jessica has information available on every business around Dunlap (and I mean EVERYTHING! Every restaurant, their menus, their hours, etc etc). It was actually just fun to read about all of the different resources and hangouts around town. I think we might actually come through here again just to stay at this AirBnB we enjoyed it so much! (But this time we will visit in summer so we can grill out and play all of the cool yard games available in the garage!) Thank you!

Had a wonderful stay at Larkin’s Airbnb! The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Larkin went above and beyond with his kindness and flexibility, even holding extra days for us in case my husband’s work schedule changed. His communication was prompt and thoughtful, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend staying here and would gladly return in the future.

Overall, great experience. 3 MINOR things that I am writing for the purposes of improving… 1. The living room carpet was not vacuumed…dried ramen noodles of some sort in front of the couch. 2. The master bathroom shower has no shelf or anywhere to place soap or shampoo etc. 3. We did arrive early and Messaged to ask if we could get in early and didn’t get a response. The house cleaner let us in tho so it worked out.

Return guest. Karen is always welcoming. Pluses are the garage especially this time of year. The laundry is another big plus. Will stay again.
