Vacation rentals in Dunlap

Have stayed for several weeks with a coworker and we both loved it. We'll definitely be back when we are back in town for work.

We had a great, low-key, family New Year's Eve. This is a very cool and unique home and our youngest really enjoyed the cozy, "log cabin" room.

Great place to stay! Very comfortable at home feel. Close to a lot of major city activities.

Amazing home! Loved the pool and hot tub. The rooms were very spacious and the house in general had plenty of space for my big crew! Highly recommend this home!

The fenced in yard was a huge help with our dog. The guest book was fun to read; we discovered some of our friends have stayed there before. Would highly recommend Kathy and her property.

Very comfortable stay for our family of 5 adults. We enjoyed the outdoor patio and furniture, as well as the charcoal grill. Kitchen was well stocked. Only thing we missed was a dining table to sit together to eat. Also could have used a couple of mirrors. Beds were comfortable.

Back for the second time! My friends and family love coming here for a long weekend getaway. Brian has a great place with a big hangout space. Exactly what we were looking for. We will be back next year!

The house was very clean, organized, and as described. Easy for two separate guests to have privacy with an upstairs and downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms. Only minor discrepancy is the listing states "fully fenced back yard". Although technically true, it is more so the neighbors all have fencing and this property has "Jerry rigged" fencing to fill the gaps. Although not an issue for our dogs, I would not leave a dog unsupervised in the yard. Also the area is very small and minimally maintained with dirt/mulch ground covering, not grass. It is okay for an off leash "potty area" but not a play/exercise area. There is nice larger unfenced grassy areas in the front of the home.
