Faithlegg Estate Holiday Lodge

LorineRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Stayed for 2 nights as a family - the location was so spacious, clean and comfortable. Easy to find and very safe, kids could play outside. We used the hotel leisure facilities , went for a walk on the beach, and overall just explored and relaxed. Keira's place was very homely and we ended up having dinner there rather than going to a restaurant as it was so comfortable. Will stay again, thanks Keira !

Narnia Lodge / Annexe at Bellevue House

OmriRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The apartment is filled with decorative items and feels like a museum or an antique shop brimming with unique finds. The bedrooms are wonderful, offering a sensation of sleeping in a castle. The beds are comfortable, and we enjoyed a deep and restful sleep, the best we've had in a long time. One bedroom is cleverly concealed behind a secret door leading from the master bedroom, which was ideal for our ten-year-old son. The wide windowsill, adorned with cushions, provided a lovely spot to sit and read by the window. The kitchen is excellent, equipped with all necessary appliances and thoughtful details. The only minor drawback was the shower, which suffered from low water pressure, although this seems to be a common characteristic in the area. Julian, our host, was pleasant, attentive to all our needs and requests, and readily available for any questions or concerns. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Cobh and highly recommend that anyone visiting Ireland should not miss the opportunity

Bright Spacious Apartment - Resort Location

HanifeRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Everything was great, we had a lovely time. For us, the towels were missing even if it is specified in the advertisement. We traveled with a backpack for and could not provide towels but this is not a reproach because the host says it in their listing. Otherwise, very nice apartment, in a very nice area with a beautiful view and everything nearby. Access was very well indicated, really, we are very happy! Thanks for everything!

Luxury Waterfront House

JanineRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Kylbeg is a beautiful and spacious home overlooking a stunning harbour on one side and a secluded woodland to the rear. We never tired of that view! We were extremely lucky with the weather so were able to enjoy relaxing outside in the sunshine. The house is incredibly well-equipped and furnished to a high standard. Having three bathrooms was perfect for our party of eight. Special touches such as fresh flowers, houseplants and a basket of edible goodies, were especially appreciated. As a family of foodies, we took a trip to the brilliant English Market in Cork to buy seafood, and the kitchen had everything we needed, including a wide variety of condiments, to make it easy for us to rustle up a delicious meal. Robert was very helpful and accommodating, providing restaurant recommendations and trip suggestions, and calling to ensure we had everything we needed. We couldn't have asked for more.

Unique castle in beautiful surroundings

LindaRating, 5 stars5 days ago
This is a love song to Atherlow Castle. Our family of 6(all adults) stayed for a week and didn’t want to leave. We truly felt at home. There’s plenty of space for everyone to have their privacy in the castle but there was still such a comfortable feeling. The grounds are lovely, with the nicest looking herd of cows I’ve ever seen peacefully grazing on impossibly green grass. Freda and Declan were quintessential hosts! Friendly and unobtrusive with adorable bouncy dogs. The area, as described by a local tea shop owner we struck up a conversation with, is real Ireland not tourist Ireland. All of the major sites are within driving distance but the local area has hidden gems. We have stayed in wonderful Airbnbs all over the world but Atherlow Castle won my heart.
