We found the house very clean and comfortable. excellent location, central to everything we needed. Nice welcome hamper.

We loved the property. Very spacious and well equipped, especially the kitchen. It was a nice touch having the Christmas tree! We also loved the location and enjoyed the tranquility of where the property is located. Hayley was responsive responding to questions and would love to stay again sometime!

Warm and cosy and great for our family gathering. Well stocked kitchen only missing a masher. Very useful to have such a central parking space in Glasgow. We will return!

We, a family of five, enjoyed wonderful four nights in the lovely House on the Hill which was exactly as described. A great plus was the tennis court, that was very well received by our children. Walking the dog was a great experience. We used the farm cottage to explore Scottish Borders, Northumberland and of course Edinburgh. We would certainly come back and highly recommend this lovely place!

House was perfect just what we needed for a family break away. Great location central to lots of attractions and had everything we needed.

We all thoroughly enjoyed being in the house. It is spacious and extremely well equipped. Perfect location for the golf, shops, restaurants etc. Everything worked well and communication was excellent. Thoroughly recommend and we would all return in a heartbeat.

We were three couples in our 50s /60s away for a long weekend. House was a great entertaining house for sitting in the evening having a drink and listening to music. But great location for a day out to St Andrews, a coastal walk down to Pittenweem or just coming out in Anstruther. House was fab, fantastic rainfall shower in upstairs bathroom, 3 huge bedrooms and plenty socialising space between the two living rooms/ dining area and patio areas. Would definitely recommend this house.

This was a wonderful place to stay during our trip to visit family. A beautiful home which was immaculate and had everything we needed. Little luxuries like the welcome basket and the use of the Lazy Spa made it feel like a real treat. Lovely rural setting with gorgeous views. Host was fantastic. Thank you

Perfect place to stay for a few days on a budget. About 10min walk from bus stops that led to the city, took about an hour to get into the city from here. Owners always got back with us quickly and were so kind. I reccommend staying here if you want more of a cozy stay away from the city!

A very comfortable place to stay with a mixed family group for Christmas. Really close to the city centre and with excellent public transport facilities. The apartment had everything we needed for self-catering, and there was also easy access to local restaurants. Our hosts were very prompt and clear with their instructions.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this beautiful cottage surrounded by acres of woodland. The cottage was very cosy and warm with all the amenities you need. One of my favourite parts of the day was sitting by the kitchen door first thing in the morning watching the red squirrels and deer amongst the trees. Ashley the owner was lovely and very responsive to any queries we had. The cottage is located on the edge of Blairgowrie, given you great access to nearby towns and the beautiful Perthshire countryside. It’s also a perfect location to the south east Cairngorms. Would definitely return here and highly recommend this wonderful cottage.

David and Elaine place was just a nice as the pictures it’s Farley new and well equipped with everything you need and very clean, private , quiet and beautiful views. There is a big Tesco about 7 minute drive if you need anything as well which came in handy for myself. Hot tub is one of the amenities with outstanding views and host was available and to hand for anything if needed.

Really enjoyed our short stay at Fay's place. Good communication throughout and the place is perfect for a quiet retreat with amazing views. Very well furnished and comfortable, everything you need for a few days exploring the local area.

Lovely old house, perfect place for extended family group to stay. The toys and the pool were loved by the children. Great for local rural walks and feels very much in the countryside despite being close to local towns.

Scott was always on hand to answer any queries or resolve any issues we had, we can’t thank him enough for his help. The accommodation was as described and made for a very comfortable stay!

Big thank yous to the host for letting us enjoy a family get together at their fantastic house! We all felt right at home, with loads of little extras available to us, besides the standard, expected amenities (like a trully fully equipped kitchen - pots, pans, loads of glasses, plates, cutlery, utensils, the lot!). The house itself was a fantastic place for our 3 families to get together and chat, eat, drink and socialise - we even brought our mini dachshund, he loved it as well. The location was great for lovely walks into Dunkeld, strolls along the river, a short drive away from Pine Cone point and many others. We enjoyed a swim at the nearby Erigmore Leisure Park (5 minute walk away) and the New Year's Day street parade in Pitlochry. Thanks again for your hospitality, highly recommended to anyone looking for a quaint, peaceful break with their families.

The hosts were fantastic and really helpful. The lodge was one of the best l have ever stayed in over the years. It was clean, well heated and in a very picturesque part of Edinburgh.

Such a fantastic property in such peaceful surroundings, yet only a short walk to the heart of the city. Can certainly highly recommend Hollybush Cottage, was exactly as described and perfect for our family vacation. The views, the wildlife, the space to enjoy, all made it such a memorable trip for us all. Thanks to Clare for being responsive and providing us with the perfect base.

We had a lovely stay at this cottage. It was warm and cosy. The facilities were perfect and the garden very safe for dogs. Very well set up. We would recommend this cottage and would hope to return again one day.

We spend a lovely weekend away at Gills place. The cabin was just as described if not more! We absolutely loved pulling out the sofa bed and setting up the projector to watch movies and enjoy a glass of wine where we ended up crashing out. The area was beautiful and although we didn’t have the best weather as it snowed, it was still lovely to look out the gorgeous views, and of course sheep which our doggies also enjoyed watching. The free run area was great for our pups too as we didn’t have to worry about one of our escape artist running off. The cabin had great kitchen supply which allowed us to cook a lovely meal. Shop was close by too if needed. Gills description provided at the start really helped us find the place with ease. We will certainly be coming back in summer when the weather is better as the additional outdoor furniture and fire place would be great in those summer nights!! ❤️ Thank you gill for having us!

I would like to say from start to finish at cottage we had the most wonderful time and enjoyed our stay .Hilary is a fantastic host couldn’t of got a better place to stay and bonus Hilary recommended a lady who lives in St Andrews who made a cake for my husband’s 60th birthday so thank you Hilary for letting us stay in your beautiful cottage
