This is a beautiful property very well maintained, comfortable and in a lovely location just minutes from the town. Old Course golf club 10mins walk so everything is so convenient. No bother checking in and out and all instructions to hand. We had a lovely few days and would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting St. Andrews.

A cosy and very comfortable flat in a great position in Broughty Ferry. On a quiet street with the river a short stroll out of the front door and the town equally at hand in the opposite direction. Gemma was friendly, helpful and communicative and had installed a Christmas tree and some decorations over the festive period which was very thoughtful. This listing is one of the best I've found in the area.

This home is the perfect base for a stay in St. Andrews. The location could not be better and all of village and golf course is within walking distance. The private parking space is a big plus! The condo itself is spacious and well laid out. The bedrooms and living area are very comfortable. We will definitely be repeat guests!

We had a great long weekend as a family of 8 in the caddyshack. The host kept us up to date with communication and the accommodation was well laid out and spacious for 8 adults, with each room enjoying its own en-suite. The apartment is ideally situated in the heart of Gullane but quiet and peaceful inside. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this listing and everything was immaculate.

A wonderfully situated and appointed apartment, right next to the beach and some great coastal walks and a short walk in to the centre of town. Steven was super responsive and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again - highly recommended.

Great location, especially if interested in being near golf. Not quite luxurious, but clean, comfortable, and equipped with all basic necessities. Would stay again.

We had a great stay in Gourdon. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious, and the sea views were spectacular. We enjoyed the coastal walks and the Harbour inn was very cosy with good beer and food. Would recommend a stay here!

Fantastic charming apartment which has clearly been lovingly refitted. Very spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed as a family of four. Exceptionally clean. In a brilliant central location, ideal for exploring the near at hand as well as a base for further afield into Cairngorms, Aberdeenshire and Angus. Local tips would include the excellent coffee ar Pico’s (Spanish deli), old fashioned confectionery and home-made Italian ice-cream at Guilianotti’s, amazing fish and chips at The Bay and local real ale and nibbles at the Marine Hotel on the harbour. We stayed at Ollie's place in February for my birthday. The apartment was clean, well maintained and matched the description. Ollie has been swift in communication and was very helpful! I highly recommend the property for your stay in Edinburgh as it is a beautiful apartment, walkable to the city center and has some quite nice cafes and restaurants within 10-15 mins walking radius! There's an amazing swimming pool and sauna to use and it's the highlight for us, as it is very relaxing after a day of city exploration!! 💯

A wonderful hideaway with beautiful scenic views with lots locally to keep yourself busy. The cottage itself was ideal. Two bed, three bedroom and open plan mezzanine with a balcony. We had beautiful views of Loch Tay. We accessed the pool, sauna and jacuzzi, great with prestige facilities. Whole place is well kept and clean. All the staff we encountered were so friendly and happy to help! Thanks, we'll definitely be back!

I spent nearly four months in Wendy's accommodation. I had a great time there! The apartment itself offers great views, and the room is very comfortable. It is easily accessible by bus and has a good connection to the city centre and main University Campus, as well as being close to a big supermarket and the beach. Being on the outskirts of the city and by the sea, it made it very easy to find peace, walking along the beach or visiting my personal favourite place, Newhailes Estate. For those coming to study here: the bus connection to the University of Edinburgh's King's Buildings is not great, especially on the way back, and if you'll have to be there a lot I'd recommend getting a bicycle, which is about twice as fast. Wendy is a very friendly host, who is usually not home during the day but if you run into her and she has time she will be open for a chat - for example sharing stories or music. She loves baking, and might leave something she made in the fridge for you!

Fantastic location at an affordable price, especially considering the time of year. All very positive with one minor exception. Seating/sofa area is a little dated. Kenmore is a fantastic area and throughly recommend.

Lovely property with all you need for a short break. It’s within walking distance to the city centre and transport links. The local area is great with some nice bars/restaurants. Would definitely stay again or recommend.

We had a great stay, the apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed. The pool was a great added bonus and the location was very handy for the train station - would love to come back!
