The apartment is stunning, with everything you could want for a cosy, stylish stay in freezing January. The location was great for the University and Arthur's seat, not to mention Hollyrood distillery! Ben was great on communication; highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The flat is clean, comfortable, and well-located in a beautiful neighborhood. Marion is very quick to respond and was extremely helpful when we had questions. We would stay here again if we return to Edinburgh.

Wonderful stay, loads of room with 2 bathroom and cosy beds. Arrival v easy user friendly keysafe entry, fuss free. On the very quiet Stockbridge classy area, walkable to Old Town, but Newtown Leith walkway on doorstep and swimming baths. Great gardens, a dog friendly find. Love to go back anytime!

Had a great stay at Smeaton's View. This may have been the 6th time staying in the flat! As always it was extremely clean and tidy. It is in such a convenient location to enjoy Perth and surrounding countryside. Jamie is a treasure and always very helpful and responsive. We'll be back!

Very responsive to questions. Clean and comfortable beds. Having washer and dryer was great after being on the road for over a week. Short drive to Tesco and Stirling Castle.

Aaron is a top host always responsive and friendly. The house is excellent and on a prime location for everything. Great walks for dogs, and plenty places to have a coffee or dine out. Inside, the house is very homely and comfortable. Large kitchen with everything you need. Bedrooms are all excellent with TV in a couple of them and bathrooms on suit. Back garden with table and chairs to sit outside on the decking weather permitting. There's a Co-op and a U-save just minutes along the main street if you need anything. I enjoy Callander, and spent two lovely quiet nights at Aarons house and I highly recommend it. I will definitely consider returning in future. Thank you Aaron!

Warm and cosy and great for our family gathering. Well stocked kitchen only missing a masher. Very useful to have such a central parking space in Glasgow. We will return!

Would get six stars if they could control the weather. Great place, bus stop across the road for access to Edinburgh city. Great for family, thanks for the coffee.

We had a great couple of days staying at Peter's place. The cottage had all the facilities we needed for our stay. It was warm, clean, and well-maintained. Having a secure garage was extremely convenient. The location is excellent. It's only a couple of minutes' walk to Princes Street, and there are plenty of restaurant choices within walking distance. Peter sent us very clear instructions. He also provided some welcome provisions, which was extremely thoughtful.

The apartment was easy to find, it is not in the city centre but there are bus stops nearby. We needed to take a bus very early in the morning to the airport and it was easy. The apartment is comfortable and large enough for four people. It is well furnished to have meals in the house. We enjoyed the welcome pack in the fridge. The conservatory and the rear garden are lovely. Enjoy your stay there!

Fantastic dwelling, great location and excellent hosts. We will definitely look to return to Edinburgh in the future and seek this residence as well as highly recommending it to our friends and family. Our hosts Mark and Dayna were wonderful especially with their wonderful gesture of allowing us to stay an extra night, free of charge, due to The Hogmanay Festival being cancelled. Thank you again. Nevertheless a wonderful visit to Edinburgh underpinned by an excellent apartment and generous hosts.

Very warm room! The facilities are complete and the heating is hot. There are also many crystals and Musical Instruments in the room to help relax. I want to live here if I ever get the chance to go to Glasgow again!

Awesome flat near enough to all the attractions especially St James Square and lots of cafes, restaurants, coffee shops within walking distance. Would definitely book again.

Absolutely brilliant. Superb location. Great communication and instructions. Very responsive and super helpful. We had 7 adults in our family group and there was loads of space and you literally walk out the door onto the royal mile.

Excellent communication prior to the stay followed by an easy check in etc. The property is as described and in a fantastic location with much to see, do, eat and drink all right outside the front door. Would 100% return and also recommend

Wonderful spot! We loved our stay on Albany Street. The flat was well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Kitchen is well stocked with glassware and utensils and appliances are new. Bedrooms/beds are very comfortable and the flat was extraordinarily clean. New towels were a welcome touch! Fantastic location, quiet yet walkable to many sites and the train station. Local restaurants The Magnum is a real treasure! Don’t miss that. Our hosts were very responsive with answers to our questions; our stay was seamless. Thank you!

We had a lovely time at Margaret's place, which is perfectly situated within walking distance of the main attractions in Edinburgh. The flat was much larger than we anticipated and felt very homey, will definitely stay here again when visiting Edinburgh! Only minor issue was the size of the garage - our car wouldn't fit - but there was visitors parking space that we could use.
