Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Dulverton

We had a great family stay at Huccaby Cottage. The location was perfect for days out and the added bonus of the indoor pool and play facilities was excellent! The cottage is great for little ones with everything you might need, stair gates, travel cots, high chair etc. The welcome hamper was very much appreciated after our journey on the motorway was very slow, the biscuits went down a treat! It was our first visit but certainly not our last, we’re already looking to book next year! Thank you for a fab weekend. X

Wow what a place! From the beautiful welcome package to the stunning interiors, The West Wing offered a brilliant stay. Accommodating hosts and relaxing surroundings. Easily the most stylish air BnB we’ve stayed in- from the lighting to the tiling to the bronze fixtures and fittings - you can see a lot of effort went into to curating this home from home. Gorgeous toiletries, soap and cleaning products also very much appreciated. We visited Ilfracombe, Bideford, Instow and Barnstaple. Would highly recommend.

Fairfield House was the perfect house for a Christmas get together for our two families. There was plenty of space for 11 adults. The large dining room table and spacious lounge worked well for dinners and game playing & the generous welcome pack was much appreciated as was the hot tub. A short walk to the shops and pubs in Williton and a 5 minute drive to Watchet. Thanks David & Shruti for a great few days away.

Absolutely wonderful stay. Lovely house, very well equipped and lots of nice little touches, like great coffee, wood burner ready to light and nice bathroom products. Our dogs were immediately at home, the garden is a great size. Great clear instructions for arrival and departure. The location is beautiful, superb views and incredibly quiet and private. Mo is a superb host. We'll definitely be back.

Gill and George made us feel welcome from the start. The property is perfect for the family get together which grew after booking. Gill was extremely accommodating with the changes we made last minute and made our stay at the house really enjoyable. The house was spotless with all the bedrooms set up perfectly and the layout of the property also allows for some quiet time if you have 16 staying! The kids (and adults) had plenty to entertain themselves with from Pool, Table tennis, table football, board games and hot tub. I would highly recommend the house to any family wanting a house to celebrate or holiday together. 3-4 excellent local pubs for great food and a farm shop next door selling the basics and great breakfast sandwiches!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The accommodation was really clean, well equipped and the location stunning. Sheila was really helpful host and although we had no issues it was good to know she was on hand and would have responded if we did need anything. Thoroughly recommend.

Throughout the whole process, Kristin was an excellent host! Helpful and prompt before booking, welcoming and informative when checking in, a beautifully presented property that was worth the costs. Really looking forward to my next stay booked in the coming weeks.

Lovely stay at one of the best Air bnb’s so far. Nice addition with the pool table and log burner, very clean and well equipped. Nice clean hot tub which was up to temperature for our arrival. Enjoyed a nice walk to the pub in Cadeleigh where we were welcomed by Raymond and got a drink on the house! We even took the resident farm Dog, Pippa! She showed us the way there and got us safely back home. 🐶 wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again. Thanks Mark, Jenny and Amelia for a great stay.

We loved our stay, super cosy, relaxing, we had everything we needed, great parking space right outside the door, shop nearby, lovely walk to the beach which was lovely. Would definitely stay again

This holiday home was very clean and welcoming, Tracey &Richard was very welcoming we got there very early, i phone Tracey too ask ifcan leave our car and she said come inside and drop our thing's off , Richard gave us the keys and we walked down to the beach, Came back later to find Tracy have left us, tea,coffee, milk and biscuits 😋. Very lovely. And a big yes we would love to go back again, Mike & Jo

Well located for centre of town and also the hospitals. A really lovely comfortable well equipped and stylish apartment. Anna Lisa was very responsive to any queries responding straight away which was great .

Lovely stay in west bay, great location right on the harbour, flat is well equipped and beautifully decorated, great base for exploring the area!

We also appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including fresh croissants, milk, juice, jam, granola, tea, and sugar. Plus, the robes and high-quality toiletries were a nice touch! Loved, loved, loved this magical place. Lots of interesting furniture, super comfy bed, our own little courtyard and entrance to the park just through the garden gate. Very friendly welcome. Highly recommend.

Cute, cosy and a lovely flat! Everything as described . It was spotless clean, the kitchen had everything one would need. Our favourite feature was the wood burner, it made the atmosphere so romantic, we didn’t want to leave the place! Heated up the whole flat so much too! Sam was very responsive to our queries, provided a lot of information throughout stay. It’s an easy walk down to the town centre, takes about 10 mins - we’re fast walkers. Coming back is up hill, it was fine for us as it was a short walk by beautiful houses. Overall a great stay. Thank you Sam!

We loved the house, so full of character. Right in the heart of Topsham with lovely walks to the estuary and within walking distance of pubs, restaurants and shops. We cycled into Exeter along a very easy cycle path. We would highly recommend this property.

The comms and welcome were perfect. Great position with amazing views across the bay. Walking distance to everything you need. Very clean and tidy. Beds were good enough. Seems a little bit expensive for a fairly old style caravan but we had a great time and knew what we were getting so overall very happy with this booking. Thank you for being so friendly.

A unique set of suites in a very large gorgeous house. There was so much room for our family ranging from 3 to 73! The communal area was used all the time and the bar area was a wonderful bonus. It really became our ‘home’ for the week and we all felt very relaxed. The suites were first rate having everything you could possibly need and provided the ‘bolt hole’ where people had their own space as well. There are so many beaches close by which we visited- Hele, Combe Martin and Woolacombe- great for paddle boarding, kayaking and surfing- we had a busy time! Neil was such a good host providing very quick responses to my many questions in such a friendly way! Would highly recommend this property for a large group. Thank you Neil.

Rose Cottage is a lovely, old fashioned, quirky cottage - with lots of interesting objet d’art to discover throughout your time there. I loved how it is tucked away from the street, making it a really private space. Danielle was really informative about the surrounding areas and was on hand for queries. The living space downstairs is really relaxing (two of us learnt how to play chess in the lounge!) The outdoor space is really valuable as, I should imagine, in Appledore having a big garden is a real treat. The location is amazing - a minute’s stroll down to the quay - with the wonderful local shop, John’s, a stone’s throw away. We had fantastic weather, having lots of hot beach days in Croyde and Saunton Sands, but also loved catching the 5 minute ferry across to Instow village and beach. The attics bedrooms were a little warm (it was a very hot week), but Danielle kindly provided us with a fan which certainly helped on the top floor. Appledore is a magical place with beautiful cottages, great restaurants and Sylvester’s fish and chips are scrumptious - the first time I think I have ever managed to eat a whole battered cod! Thanks Danielle for a truly wonderful week’s holiday with the family.

Had a wonderful time. The place felt very secluded with amazing amenities and stunning sea view. Neil was very friendly and helpful too and even left us chocolates and champagne to help us celebrate a special occasion. Would love to stay here again sometime.

We had the most amazing time away as a family for Christmas. The place was perfect for our youngest member of the family under 1 years old, all the way to our grandparents. Everyone felt at home, with space to relax on their own and together. The walks around the estate were perfect for the mornings and the location was perfect for a short drive to the local towns and beaches. Thank you Emilie and all involved! I have to come clean - I am an enthusiast of Penarth, the architecture of the town, the community feel, and everything about the place. Sarah's place, being among the oldest houses in the town, was a must for all the things I was looking for. Sarah herself is friendly and has clearly put a lot of herself into the house. My journey time to Penarth could have been subject to delays, being more than 500 miles... but we had good communication and met up without difficulty at the house. All in all, the house was cosy and well appointed. It also was a great base for strolling into Penarth Town centre and even, across the barrage, to Butetown and even Cardiff. I would thoroughly recommend Sara's house for your stay.
