Cela kuca (dva nivoa) sa privatnim dvoristem i parking mestom u samom dvoristu. Na prvom spratu nalaze se dnevni boravak, kuhinja sa trpezarijom i kupatilo. Na drugom spratu su dve odvojene spavace sobe (jedna sa francuskim krevetom, druga dva single kreveta). Ispred ulaza kuce nalazi se prostor za uzivanje i odmor na otvorenom.
