Very good stay! The studio near the lake was spotless and Gerd is a very responsive host. I would recommend it without a second thought!

Very good stay, the accommodation is very well located next to the lake, large, comfortable, clean. The concierge is great with good communication and the little touches make the arrival super comfortable (tea, coffee, sweets). The terrace overlooking Mont Veyrier is a treat!

Baptiste welcomed us into a lively house (not a showroom), nice and quiet, with room for everyone! Functional equipment, large area and small shops not far away, minutes from the center. We'll be happy to come back for an upcoming cousinade! Thank you 🙏

There were difficulties with check-in, since in the place where the case with the keys was located, my cell operator did not catch and had to go out to get further instructions. Regarding the apartment, there were two of us, I was with a small child and absolutely everything suited me! First and foremost a bed that my child had no way to fall from. There was also a great balcony. I didn't plan to, but I used the garage, which was included in the price and it turned out to be very convenient! Despite the fact that it seems that the apartment is far from the center - this is not the case at all! Great promenade and center within walking distance. We walked a lot with a sidecar. There is a passage for it everywhere - very convenient. The apartment is also equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook your own food. No TV but we didn't need it. The appliances are in working condition, there are detergents to remove yourself. I would recommend leaving more garbage bags, as we lived for more than a week and two of us were not enough. Great apartment!

Easy access apartment by car with free private parking,Super garage by bike with power outlet ( e-bike😉) The accommodation offers a bedroom separate from the kitchen and bathroom with🚾. Clean, comfortable apartment with small touches (cold drink, cake...) on your arrival.

The place was great! The key handover would be better with a key box, so that you are flexible in the arrival/departure.

The access to the apartment is very easy, through an electronic key. Melissa was always in touch and gave useful recommendations on where to go and what to see in Chambéry. An absolutely perfect stay! The accommodation with 10 beds for our volleyball team was impeccable, as described and well located, 10 minutes from Annecy. Our host Fabienne was very responsive. I would recommend it in a second and would definitely stay again!

The accommodation is spacious, functional and well-equipped. The terrace is very large with beautiful views, the jacuzzi is great. The surroundings are pleasant for walking with strolls along rivers, waterfalls etc. We recommend this listing.

good stay, nice apartment, private parking, everything went well, just a small downside: access to the shower is not easy to occupy for all people (disabled, speakers , or having a few rounds.).

Very good stay. The station at 1000m was closed due to lack of snow, but 1400 was very good. The accommodation was as described :)

We had a lovely weekend at this property, the city is very soothing and next to Annecy. The Airbnb was very well and well maintained, very good Airbnb for couples trips near Annecy. The host was able to answer any questions I had and refer me to restaurants/activities nearby. I recommend it!

Listing is as described. The equipment is very complete: large screen TV, efficient wifi, many kitchen accessories, etc. It is decorated with great care: it feels really good there. It is conveniently located for walks and hikes and very close to Annecy and very quiet. The parking space is welcome. Marilyne is an attentive, super friendly and very responsive host. Recommended!
