A sparkling clean, modern apartment with an amazing view from the 2 bedrooms and the big balcony. The building is on the main pedestrian street full of cafes and restaurants, and just a minute from the beach. The apartment is equipped with all necessary things. We had a perfect stay, the host was extremely helpful all the time answering any questions and made our stay easier and more enjoyable! We would definitely visit again and I highly recommend the apartment! Our sincerest thanks!

Everything was really excellent! Spotless, with everything they need and more! In a very good and quiet spot, all within walking distance! Enough space for parking Very beautiful apartment you feel very warm and welcoming at a very good price. Exceptional hosts, kind in a good mood, and helped us with questions about the city! We had great time at the suites. The hosts were super friendly and kind, the suites were clean and nice. I recommend it.

What can I say. the apartment was great. Truly an incredible view to wake up to. Friendly and responsive host. great for our family. Easy to find, easy street parking. Food in the area was great. greek vanilla pastry is the best.. we would rate the place very highly. The only thing is the carrying of luggage up the stairs, but it's worth it. thank you for the great stay.

The house was very clean, the supplies in the kitchen and the bathroom were equipped for the need, our host recommended very nice places, he was very sweet and kind, and this was a great advantage in the fact that the house had parking.

George and Calypso were very polite from the beginning and during the whole stay. Always responsive within minutes and flexible to our demands for check in and check out. The apartment is not exactly in the center but next to it which is really helpful so as to be close but not getting blocked by traffic. You can walk down to the center easily. The apartment itself was very clean, well prepared and with all necessary amenities. Practically you don’t need to bring any amenities since you will find coffee capsules, water, towels, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer etc. In general, a value for money choice which I recommend without hesitation!

Nice apartment with huge terrace. There is everything you need inside. One minute of walk to Nea Iraklitsa main promenade and marina. 5 minutes to walk to the main beach and 2 minutes - to the smaller beach, which is located near small Agia Marina church. It was very easy to find the apartment and to enter it - Kristy provided us with precise instructions how to do this. No problems with parking in the street near the apartment - we stayed in the middle of September. If we go again to this area - we will definitely stay here. Highly recommended!

Very clean house, comfortable and fully functional. The only thing that pushed me was the many steps, but I knew that beforehand.

Super apartment, everything you need is available. Everything is clean, as you wish. Aggeliki is a super host who is always available. She always asks if everything is good and if you need help. Value for money is more than just great! It was fantastic. Will definitely come here again!

Cynthia is a great hostess. Great communication and always there to help. The studio is super clean and spacious. The spot is located on the hill of Kavala and offers great view. The only thing that was weird was the smell of the heating system on the day we arrived. Not so disturbing but it was present. I would totally recommend this place!

Wonderful place and amazing panorama.

Nice, cozy flat, with a great view towards the Old Town with the Med in the background. The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood and everything's in walking distance. There's a dedicated parking spot in front of the building, so one can leave their car there and explore Kavala on foot. Panaretos, the host, is very friendly and responsive, and will guide you to make the best of the city. We enjoyed our stay and we'll definitely check it out again in the future.

Smaranda is wonderful! I'm glad we were the host this vacation! Smaragda and her husband, Stelios were a discreet presence, but always careful to feel at home, proactive, they gave us very valuable recommendations. The house is exactly as in the description, impeccably clean, with all the amenities that and the most discerning tourist would need. The lovely yard was our dear place where we enjoyed our morning coffee between flowers! I recommend Smaragda with all the heat!

If I could give 10 stars for Sofia’s apartment I would. Place was probably the cleanest AirBnB I’ve ever been to, it was so clean even the silverware was polished. Apartment was private and in a quiet area. Many restaurants nearby, shops and activities for kids. Sofia was extremely nice and responsive host. We had an amazing stay and we definitely will be returning.
