House vacation rentals in Downtown Scottsdale

We rented the house for a ASU graduation. The home was about 10 minutes from ASU and downtown Tempe. Shopping and restaurants were close. It was a great location. Other pros - *Host welcomes dogs!!! *Host was very accomadating and fairly quick to respond.(A couple times he said he wasnt getting notifications). *open floor plan for entertaining and family *very nice pool, lots of pool toys and little putting green. *nice covered patio with comfy seating *had baby necessities! We didn't have to bring anything (crib, highchair, bath seating chair, a few toddler games) A few cons *Every faucet has great hot water but be careful it can be scolding and every faucet adjusted in a different direction to get the hot water *I wish there were more plates, silverware and blankets. Had some cold nights in december and thermostat reverted after 4 hours when we were sleeping *mattreses were somwhat uncomfortable. *Mind one neighbor; ) All in all it was perfect for our family!I was ery grateful

Flew into Tempe Az for my daughter’s graduation from ASU. Perfect location to ASU. The space was lovely and accommodating. So much so we decided to hang in both the nights we were there. We enjoyed our stay - highly recommend.

House was in a great location right near old town. The house was very clean and well kept! They were very communicative and quick to respond! We would stay here again.

Great for families! Plenty of space inside and out. There are some baby items and a few older kid family type games. TONS of pool stuff - which I wish we would have known/checked before we went to the store. Great area in Mesa as it is central and close to many attractions. Bedding and baths were all clean, but the floors were a bit dirty and there were many things/crumbs under beds and furniture so you could tell it hadn't been deep cleaned. Overall great stay!

This place was perfect for our stay. In a very convenient, quiet neighborhood. Only complaint is it wasn’t stocked with coffee. The pool was cold, but my fault for not reading if it was heated or not. Would be fun to swim in when warmer. David was very communicative and we never had an issue.

This house is amazing! You feel like you are in the country and have a small private area all to your selves. The pool was wonderful and my kids swam for hours each day. We especially loved how deep it was with the diving board. The kitchen was well stocked and we had all we needed to make meals. We loved eating dinner outside on the back patio every night as well. The mattresses are very soft memory foam and there were plenty of linens. If we ever come back to Phoenix as a family, we will definitely stay here again.

Overall, the house was nice. The pillows, couch, and rug were stained and some of the furniture was broken and we needed to repair (stool at dining table). Also, had to request extra forks even though they knew we had 8 people staying. The location was great - very close to the freeway and of town.

Super awesome accommodations - host/karl is the best! So kind, and easy to communicate with! Thanks for having us!

This Airbnb was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our trip to Mesa. It is next to a very busy road, so it can be a little loud at night. If you are a light sleeper maybe bring some earplugs!

We enjoyed our stay. Brandon, our host was quick to respond when there was a water issue. They ere friendly and always responded quickly with all of our questions. We would definitely stay there again.

Our initial place we had booked for Thanksgiving canceled 3 hours before check-in. Luckily, this home was available and met all the criteria we needed regarding accommodations. It was perfect for our group of 8 people. The layout is comfortable and open and the backyard is spacious. The kitchen is very well stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware to prepare and serve big meals. Our host was responsive when we had problems with the grill and had someone come over to fix it. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Place!!!!! Hopefully going Back!!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. The furnishings and decor are beautiful and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The layout is nice with the kitchen, living area and pool table in the center of the home -creating an ideal hang out /gathering place. We also enjoyed using the outdoor grill. There are great restaurants and shopping nearby (Kierland/Scottsdale Quarter and Desert Ridge) and it is easy to get to the 51 and 101 loop to get around Phoenix/Scottsdale.

This space and experience made my family feel excited. We spent our thanksgiving week here and were able to just relax and enjoy ourselves! We had a couple of challenges with remote to TVs but after that, the whole place was perfect. If available, would 1000% be returning to this space. Not only were they responsive, but they also checked in, followed up consistently, were friendly, and extremely pleasant to communicate with. The pool was nice and warm, the beds were extremely comfortable, the grill and kitchen were nice to work with! The older folks loved the mini golfing experience. Truly a wonderful time and thankful!

We had a wonderful stay! Michael’s house was everything we were looking for and more. Perfect place to cook all weekend and hangout by the pool. Everything was super clean and very well stocked. Michael was quick to answer any questions we had and very friendly. The amenities were fantastic, so much fun using the pizza oven! Huge plus to be able to watch the football games too. 10/10 would stay again. Thanks for the hospitality!

Our family stayed for the holidays and it was the perfect set up. The kids were both contained and entertained in the back yard while the adults could relax and have a great time. We can’t wait to go back!

Dale was great and house was perfect for our families and close to ballpark for spring training games.
