Vacation rentals with a patio in Downtown, Salt Lake City

I loved my stay here, it was very close to downtown SLC. Larry was very kind and welcoming, he answered all of my questions and made sure that I was comfortable with my stay. This is a great place and a very reasonable price.

Nanou was an exceptional host from start to finish. The unit is easy to access, clean, and has everything needed for a short or long stay. Nanou responded quickly to all messages throughout our stay and was very sweet in checking in when she noticed we hadn't been there for a couple of days (we booked for 3 weeks but took a few days away, leaving some of our things there while we were away). The location is great - close to a main road but without any noise. We will definitely stay here again.

There was a small mixup at check in but Adam and Landon were extremely helpful and prompt in getting it resolved. Overall my stay was great. The perfect home base for a quick business trip to SLC.

Amazing, chill space, the hammocks are prime! Nicely designed and creative space. Cozy, and everything is so close by. Very pretty views, it would be dynamite in the summer to open the garage door. There are a couple clubs nearby with a bass till about 1 am on weekends but that’s just city life. I would definitely recommend and come stay again!

This cozy studio apartment is a great option for anyone looking to stay downtown. It offers the convenience of a hotel stay with a spacious refrigerator and a fully equipped kitchenette.

What can I not say about this place. First off, the location is amazing. Very peaceful area considering it being right off the highway! Gas station is across the street and there’s amazing breakfast spots less than a mile away. The house was amazing. Very clean, the central heat was amazing for the 30 degree Salt Lake Weather! I will absolutely stay here again. Thank you for making my home away from home, perfect!

My stay was great! Anthony was very quick to answer my questions that the location was perfect for my concert at the complex, it was nice to not have to walk very far or wait for a ride! It was very clean and in a great location to walk to local businesses!

Jake was super responsive!! Place was perfect for the four of us - definitely could have held more . Great tv for relaxing after skiing !! Super close to the resorts would so stay there next year !! Highly recommend it just don’t book it when I want to go 😜😂

we were able to have 22 social and skiinv guests durung our stay ... with very little noise or confusion ...

They’ve done a fantastic job of maintaining a historic house and are very thoughtful about every piece of furniture and decor. They even have motion sensor lights that turn on at night since the bathroom is downstairs. Everything has been very carefully curated. Loved our stay and can’t wait to come back.

Close to ski canyons. Lovely view of the mountains. Close to shopping/restaurants.

Our stay was wonderful. Lisa was always very responsive when I had a question and super helpful, and very sweet. The house is very clean and perfect size for us. Some of our group didn’t make it but we still had a very nice time! Very cozy home!! And such a great host!!!

Britney’s home was just as described. In a wonderful neighborhood to walk my dog, very quiet and peaceful. The bed and pillows were comfy and the living room was perfect for relaxing! The tenants do reside in the basement, and you can hear them but it didn’t bother us at all. The garage door does open when they come and go, but it didn’t happen during the quiet hours so it didn’t bother us. As mentioned in a previous review their neighboring dog is a barker and it did start at about 5ish AM. I just turned on my sound machine and fell right back asleep! Overall a great stay

Fantastic place for a group of people looking to stay in Salt Lake City! The house is around 30 minutes driving to most of the ski resort in the area which we absolutely loved it. It's also close enough to downtown if you are looking for some nice food etc. The house itself is very clean, spacious and with everything you need. I have to say the beds and all bedding stuffs are very comfortable! Oh the backyard is beautiful and huge, I wish we can be there at summer time so we can have some drink in the backyard. Highly recommend!

This was a great place. we were staying here for a four week stay for its access to Alta for skiing and it worked out great. At one point we had my wife and I and two kids and we were skiing and working from home and there was plenty of space with four bedrooms two baths three living rooms and a large well equipped kitchen. In other words you would expect the space to work for multiple people to work and play in an area known for its outdoor activities. I also spent time on my own there and it also worked well with two bedrooms (small but empty). We were thirty minutes from Alta staying in a very nice neighborhood with good access to all our needs. the place was clean and well maintained and had access to a very good yard (which we did not use because of our focus on skiing). I would be happy to rent here again.

Christie's place was perfect for our one night stay! It was clean, private, and the perfect size for me and my partner. Christie was super responsive and sweet. The listing does mention it's on-street parking but we didn't have any issues with that at all and were able to park super close. Would stay here again!

Amaria’s home was perfect for our getaway weekend. The location was in an area that was walkable and near many stores and restaurants. She had all we needed to cook meals at home and made sure we were well taken care of.

We really enjoyed our stay at Andrew’s place. We were here for a few days for a ski trip. The location is super convenient - pretty close to the mountains as well as grocery, restaurants. Great view of the mountain from the back porch. The place was cozy and clean, thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. We’d definitely consider staying Andrew’s place again in the future!

Ben's condo was perfect for our 4-night ski trip! It is super close to the restaurants at Solitude, and had very comfy furniture and beds. There were also plenty of towels, and a pretty well-stocked kitchen. There were a few small items that needed fixing, (toilet paper holder, door latch, etc) and Ben responded right away offering to come take care of them, but we opted to let him fix things after our short stay instead. We hope to be able to stay again next time we come to Solitude!

Updated very nicely. Regular coffee maker and toaster in kitchen. In center of resort with hot tub just down the hall. Ground floor is premium after long day of skiing. Lots of room for our family of four adults. AND 22inches of snow in 24 hours. It did not stop snowing the whole time!

A great stay overall. We had a minor issue regarding the shower, but was remedied within an hour or so. Very quick to act to make sure our stay was 5/5. The grill worked great as well as the hot tub, we enjoyed the private patio after long ski days.

Austin and his brother were awesome. Austin met us to make sure we knew about all of the amenities and showed us around Solitude (I'd been many times before but happy to make sure I knew how everything worked in the 2025 season). Right down the hall from the pool, sauna, and extra showers which we used with our big group, super convenient! There was an in-condo washer-dryer which was awesome and will help with packing next year (I'll bring far fewer base layers since I can wash my stuff). Super convenient to be able to put ski stuff on the porch instead of having to deal with the lockers. Will stay again!

The hosts were responsive and they actively replied to all of our inquiries. The house was great... Perfect for a big group/ family. Very comfortable! Having multiple washers/dryers was very helpful and the location was ideal for access to many ski resorts, the city, and shopping, too! Also, the book with recommendations of local restaurants was useful and the big screen TV was fun and everyone enjoyed the jacuzzi, too! We all loved the 2c garage with the boot warmer - never had to clear snow in the mornings!
