Nashville Escape by Geodis Park close to Downtown!
Alyssa’s place was the perfect home for my family and I over the holidays. Great location - quiet, safe neighborhood but very convenient for restaurants, groceries and getting into downtown. The house was squeaky clean, spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. Alyssa was super responsive in the lead up too. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Downtown Dream - Extra Bedding - Mins To Broadway
Fantastic stay. Will definitely return. Great location.

Historic! Walk East Nashville. 6 Mins to Downtown
Great quiet house, perfect for our big family. Neighborhood was walkable with grocery and restaurants close by. Host was available to answer questions promptly.

The Johnny: Decadent Haven With Rooftop Views
The property was perfect for our group of 5 adults. Lots of stairs, so note that for guests with mobility issues. Isabeau And Shaun couldn't have been nicer and we're very helpful and accommodating. We'd stay here again for sure!!!

Beautiful, clean home 3.5 miles from downtown
Great home, very classy design. Great use of the amount of space inside and out. Plenty of room and met all of our needs. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Huge Home Close to Downtown w/ Hot Tub!
Wonderful Stay at Craig’s Home in Nashville We recently stayed at Craig’s home in Nashville for four nights as a group of eight adults and three babies, and it was a perfect fit for our needs. The house was clean, well-equipped, and in an excellent location—conveniently close to both the airport and downtown. Everything in the house worked flawlessly, and we truly enjoyed our stay. This home is particularly well-suited for families with children, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Nashville. Thank you, Craig, for a great experience!

Sunset Lakehouse
Over all we had a great stay at Stuart’s place. We had plenty of space in the house to accommodate our party. Our favorite part was definitely the outdoors, the water front was perfect for my kids to go fishing in the morning and evenings. The little beach down the road was also great, too bad the weather was chilly and we didn’t get a chance to enjoy. The only issue we had was that the house was not ready at check in, we were told by the cleaning staff that the previous guest had left late there for we had to wait until she was done to get in the house, about 35 minutes late.

PEACEful & Elegant W/14ft Ceilings & AMAZINg View
Great location. 15 min walk to all the action. Easy check in. Quiet. Super comfortable beds. Only issue is it’s a studio apartment made into a one bedroom so no place to sit and relax at a nice table for a meal. Second bed is where a sitting area would be and a very short futon in front of tv. No real relaxing sitting area but great for walkable and sleepable just not really lounging over dinner if that is your plan.

Nashville Luxury Getaway! 3 miles to downtown
This is a great place to stay and a very flexible and responsive host! Thank you, we would stay again!

Goodwin Oasis
I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

NEW! Cozy home with massive backyard!
We enjoyed our stay at this AirBnB. We were visiting for our sister’s 21st birthday, and the space was plenty big for our whole family. We had a problem with the front door on check in, but the host was very responsive about getting it resolved. The one bathroom was a little tough, but they have the shower and toilet separated from the sinks, so we managed well even with 7 people. The visitors before us didn’t treat the space very well, but the host went above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable. I would recommend staying here if you want a quiet space that is still less than 20 minutes from downtown.

Victorian W. Nashville apartment. great location!
The location was great and was exactly what we needed for our stay in Nashville.

Luxurious Large 2 bed 2 bath Downtown Condo- #402
Terrific location that was an easy walk to Broadway. The unit was spotless, clean, and quiet. Secure parking garage was easy to access. Host provided lots of detailed information which made check-in and our overall stay easy. Would highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Super Cute 4 bed/2 bath home with Hot Tub/Fire Pit

Your guide to Downtown, Nashville
Welcome to Downtown Nashville
For decades, Downtown Nashville has revolved around the lively Honky Tonks, the name bestowed upon the bars and live music venues that pump tunes out into the streets nearly 24/7. Known locally as Lower Broad, or sometimes Honky Tonk Row, the section of Broadway that stretches between 5th Avenue North and the riverfront is the beating heart of the city’s entertainment scene. But even if burning the midnight oil isn’t your thing, Downtown Nashville has plenty more to offer, such as historic Printers Alley — once home to the city’s thriving newspaper and publishing industry — or the galleries of Fifth Avenue of the Arts, which is where many of the famed sit-ins took place during the Civil Rights Movement. The Witness Walls nearby also pay tribute to that period in Nashville’s history. In addition to housing the state Capitol, Downtown Nashville is home to long-time establishments like the Tennessee Performing Arts Center and the city’s main baseball stadium, which also hosts many special events.
The best time to stay in a vacation rental in Downtown, Nashville
Crowds in Downtown Nashville are at their peak in the summer months, particularly every June, when for four days the CMA Music Fest takes over with stages and free concerts throughout downtown. April is beautiful in the city, when the weather is balmy and spring flowers are in bloom. Spring also brings with it a few major events like the annual St. Jude Rock ’n’ Roll Nashville marathon and half-marathon. If you want to slide in between the busy season and the heat of summer, plan your trip for October, when the hottest weather has subsided. Fall is equally desirable and has a few fun events of its own, including the wildly popular Nashville Oktoberfest in Germantown.
Top things to do in Downtown, Nashville
Country Music Hall of Fame
Even the lukewarm country music fan will be impressed by this expansive museum that anchors the downtown scene. The Country Music Hall of Fame pays homage to some of the greats of the early years of country music while rotating in exhibits, costumes, and tour memorabilia from new, up-and-coming artists. Be sure to check out the storied letterpress operation, Hatch Show Print, that’s been around since 1879 and produces its iconic show posters out of the ground level of the Hall of Fame building.
The National Museum of African American Music
This new 56,000-square-foot museum in Downtown Nashville highlights the many genres that were created, inspired, or brought to popular consciousness by African American musicians. In addition to a theater offering immersive experiences, NMAAM’s permanent exhibitions include such galleries as Wade in the Water, chronicling Black religious and spiritual music from the golden age of gospel to R&B and soul.
John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge
This iconic 1909 truss bridge links Downtown to East Nashville, allowing you to cross the Cumberland River on foot for that perfect photo opp. On the other side of the bridge is Cumberland Park, with its well-maintained playground and water features running in warmer months.
