Play Pool at a Sleek Home in 12th South!
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place! The home was perfect for our needs and the neighborhood was really walkable with lots to do. It’s hard to beat this location!

Nashville Escape by Geodis Park close to Downtown!
Alyssa’s place was the perfect home for my family and I over the holidays. Great location - quiet, safe neighborhood but very convenient for restaurants, groceries and getting into downtown. The house was squeaky clean, spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. Alyssa was super responsive in the lead up too. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Modern Elegance | Prime Location | Spacious & Cozy
Our stay here was great! The house was comfortable and just what we needed for our time in Nashville. The team was super responsive to questions too!

Stylish Rooftop Retreat in Nashville
The house is very nicely decorated and furnished. It had all the amenities one could wish for plus more. Very comfortable furniture and a great environment to spend time in. The hosts were very communicative and responded very quickly throughout the stay. The house is located in a transitional area about 12 minute drive from Broadway with a lot of great local places near to eat and/or listen to music. The house is located along a road which you can hear at night.

Beautiful, clean home 3.5 miles from downtown
Mary’s place was perfect for my family of four and two other couples. Each family had their own full bathroom, the location was close to downtown and other restaurants, and stores. The neighborhood at first seemed a little sketchy, but it’s very quiet. The beds were VERY comfortable and we felt right at home

GREAT FOE LARGE GROUPS SLEEPS 12 Close to DOWNTOWN
We loved staying here! The location is no more than 15-20 minutes away from everything which was great. The WiFi kept going out here and there but any time I messaged her to ask a question, she responded quickly and was so kind. Would stay here again, for sure.

*Large Home(s) near Broadway*Nashville's Finest*
House was perfect for our large group. Everyone had their own bedroom. The only thing I didn’t like was I asked to drop bags off at house and Frances wanted to charge me 100$, I thought this was a little too much. I get it’s a business but you’re a host and should want to make your clients happy so if no one is in home and it’s ready then what’s the harm letting someone drop off their bags? But other than that we had a great time!

Chateau de Nashville *4 King Bedrooms and 6 Beds!*
Truly one of our favorite Airbnb stays! The home looked just like the photos—immaculate, stunning, and incredibly serene. Even with a group of 12, there was plenty of room for everyone to feel relaxed and at ease. Lauren and Jen were exceptional hosts… thoughtful, responsive, and full of helpful info. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

Last Rodeo @ East Nashville Luxury Condo
If you’re looking for a quiet, short distance from the hustle and bustle of downtown Nashville, stop your search here and book this property. David’s place is absolutely wonderful. It looked exactly like the pictures on the listing. He is very responsive to messages and helpful with recommendations. Nothing but 5 stars across the board!!!

COZY AND VERY CONVENIENT TO DOWNTOWN!!
River view and wildlife were great!

*Heart of Nashville Retreat* 2 BR | 7 mins to DT
Liz was overall an excellent hostess. She is very responsive and provided clear instructions. Overall the location was great and it was walkable to several areas. We ended up ubering downtown quite a bit but was very close to Germantown and several restaurants. Could potentially walk downtown within ~25 minutes. The condo itself was very clean, maintained well, and the small balcony was a delight. The area itself is pretty industrial and there’s a lot of surrounding construction but that’s my only minor complaint. I’m sure that vibe will improve after they get all finished up. Would definitely recommend!

The Record Room - 2 Blocks to Broadway
This was the perfect spot for 10 of us to explore Nashville! You really can't beat the location, and the set up of the property was perfect for 10 women. The beauty bar got a lot of use. Plenty of bathrooms, towels, etc. the kitchen was fully stocked, and we appreciated the k-cups. :) We were able to get early checkin and late checkout which worked well since we were all flying out at different times. There's some street noise, but that is to be expected with the location. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for everything. :)

Luxury Downtown 2 bed 2 bath corner unit- #304
Great location. Easy walking distance to downtown Nashville, but far enough away from Broadway to offer peace and quiet. The condo is furnished nicely. With two en suites it offered plenty of room and privacy.

Cute Condo + Rooftop, 5 min to Broadway or Airport
This was a perfect size condo for our family of 5. My boys loved the bunk beds and watching out the big garage window. The condo front door was around a corner from the main hallway which I appreciated. It was within walking distance to a nice coffee shop. We felt safe. We noticed the noise from the interstate because we live in quiet neighborhood, but it didn’t keep me up at night. Our host was lovely and helpful!

Next to Belmont & Vandy/2BR2BA Sleeps8/FreeParking
Perfect location for a visit to Vanderbilt or Belmont. Easy walk to Hillsboro for shops and restaurants. Plenty of towels and comfortable beds with extra blankets. Host very responsive and helpful. Great value!

Stay Close to Nashville's Hotspots
Maria’s place was what I wanted. A quiet and relaxing place to stay at, not to far from restaurants and downtown Nashville. The check in and check out procedure Maria provided were excellent. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to go to Nashville.

1950 Brick Rancher Home Near Airport
We loved our stay at this house and our dogs absolutely loved the large back yard. The house was welcoming to our pets and it was also extremely clean and prepped for guests. The house was easy to find and a short distance from everything we wanted to do in Nashville. We would stay here again when we come to visit family in the future.

Serenity on Fitz
Jarrod and Ken's place was a perfect oasis to relax at the end of our very long work days. We thoroughly enjoyed the game room. The beds were comfortable, and the entire home was clean and had everything we needed.

Sunset Lakehouse
Over all we had a great stay at Stuart’s place. We had plenty of space in the house to accommodate our party. Our favorite part was definitely the outdoors, the water front was perfect for my kids to go fishing in the morning and evenings. The little beach down the road was also great, too bad the weather was chilly and we didn’t get a chance to enjoy. The only issue we had was that the house was not ready at check in, we were told by the cleaning staff that the previous guest had left late there for we had to wait until she was done to get in the house, about 35 minutes late.

Nashville Luxury Getaway! 3 miles to downtown
What can I say about Edie's AirBNB? It made for an incredible stay in Nashville for me and my family. It is cozy and warm and inviting - our home away from home. The location is perfect, one literal block from the primary street right to downtown Nashville. As a host, Edie has thought of everything. You will feel right at home at this pristine location.

Private Suite in Historic East Nashville Cottage
Kristin is a great host and the place was wonderful and easy! I would 100% recommend it and I would stay here again

Cozy Casa in East Nashville 1 mi from Downtown!
Came here for my bachelorette and it was amazing!! Super cute and clean and the perfect amount of space. Easy driving distance to downtown and just overall an awesome place to hang. The host was super responsive and flexible which we really appreciated. 100% would recommend!

Spacious Retreat - Great Parking - Convenient
This was our third visit to this home and it has never disappointed. It’s a great place for a large family with plenty of room for all. The host is attentive and communicates often. Looking forward to returning!

3 Blocks to Broadway, Pool, King Bds, FREE Parking
The Luxe Cowgirl is a beautiful apartment close to all the sights of Nashville. The LATCH app to enter the property was a bit tricky to get working but once we sorted that out it was a breeze. Chase was great to deal with and answered every question we had asked. Don’t hesitate to book this cute apartment!

Your guide to Downtown, Nashville
Welcome to Downtown Nashville
For decades, Downtown Nashville has revolved around the lively Honky Tonks, the name bestowed upon the bars and live music venues that pump tunes out into the streets nearly 24/7. Known locally as Lower Broad, or sometimes Honky Tonk Row, the section of Broadway that stretches between 5th Avenue North and the riverfront is the beating heart of the city’s entertainment scene. But even if burning the midnight oil isn’t your thing, Downtown Nashville has plenty more to offer, such as historic Printers Alley — once home to the city’s thriving newspaper and publishing industry — or the galleries of Fifth Avenue of the Arts, which is where many of the famed sit-ins took place during the Civil Rights Movement. The Witness Walls nearby also pay tribute to that period in Nashville’s history. In addition to housing the state Capitol, Downtown Nashville is home to long-time establishments like the Tennessee Performing Arts Center and the city’s main baseball stadium, which also hosts many special events.
The best time to stay in a vacation rental in Downtown, Nashville
Crowds in Downtown Nashville are at their peak in the summer months, particularly every June, when for four days the CMA Music Fest takes over with stages and free concerts throughout downtown. April is beautiful in the city, when the weather is balmy and spring flowers are in bloom. Spring also brings with it a few major events like the annual St. Jude Rock ’n’ Roll Nashville marathon and half-marathon. If you want to slide in between the busy season and the heat of summer, plan your trip for October, when the hottest weather has subsided. Fall is equally desirable and has a few fun events of its own, including the wildly popular Nashville Oktoberfest in Germantown.
Top things to do in Downtown, Nashville
Country Music Hall of Fame
Even the lukewarm country music fan will be impressed by this expansive museum that anchors the downtown scene. The Country Music Hall of Fame pays homage to some of the greats of the early years of country music while rotating in exhibits, costumes, and tour memorabilia from new, up-and-coming artists. Be sure to check out the storied letterpress operation, Hatch Show Print, that’s been around since 1879 and produces its iconic show posters out of the ground level of the Hall of Fame building.
The National Museum of African American Music
This new 56,000-square-foot museum in Downtown Nashville highlights the many genres that were created, inspired, or brought to popular consciousness by African American musicians. In addition to a theater offering immersive experiences, NMAAM’s permanent exhibitions include such galleries as Wade in the Water, chronicling Black religious and spiritual music from the golden age of gospel to R&B and soul.
John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge
This iconic 1909 truss bridge links Downtown to East Nashville, allowing you to cross the Cumberland River on foot for that perfect photo opp. On the other side of the bridge is Cumberland Park, with its well-maintained playground and water features running in warmer months.
