I have stayed at a good amount of Airbnbs and the first thing that I must say is that Jay and Anne are top tier hosts! They have great, open communication and any need or problem that we had was attended to ASAP! They even recommended this great restaurant for me to get delicous conch fritters from. Lol Ok, now on to the house. Baby... it did not disappoint at all! It is so much more spacious than it looks in the pics. My family enjoyed our stay and I would most def book with them again. I must say this as well... my mother forgot 2 items that are dear to her at the house when we checked out and she didn't realize until the next day! 🤦🏽‍♀️I reached out highly doubting that my mother would get the items back BUT Jay and Anne informed me that the cleaners found them and they were returned back to my mother. 🥹 They didn't have to do that. Jay and Anne, thank you again! People... book this house!! You will not regret it. ✌🏽🫶🏽

A group of 4 of us came for Miami Music Week, and the experience was great! Bryant was a super easy going, helpful host. The only thing I will say is that the neighborhood doesn’t seem to be the best- but it was the exact location we needed. The only thing “bad” I would say was that the pull out bed was super hard, but other than that we’d def stay again! Thanks much! :)

Staying at Joe s place was simply amazing! My family and I enjoyed spending time in the beautiful backyard. House was super clean and we felt just at home. We strongly recommend his house…you won’t regret it. Joe is also very friendly and responsive. We will stay there again! Thank you Joe!

This Airbnb is a great place for big groups. I stayed three nights and I don’t regret it not one bit. There are pool tables and games in the garage which was a plus. Overall this home was very beautiful and spacious. I’d highly recommend this host, 10/10 . Very friendly and responsive. When I come back I will be booking again. Great experience!!!!

Miriam was a great host. she was in full communication the whole time and helped meet all of our needs. the house was beautiful and fit my family perfectly. nice added touch is the view of the sunset every night. Great quiet getaway spot

The home is nicely decorated, clean and very convenient. It’s a nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors, I walked each day and felt safe. Our family loves the pool and outdoor area. It’s close to shopping and restaurants and in a good location. This is our second time renting. The management is very responsive and accommodating.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Joanne's home. The huge front yard was great and we spent a ton of time playing games in the yard and relaxing in the pool. The 5 full bathrooms was definitely a big plus for a group of 9 guys. Would 100% recommend booking this home!

Hosts were responsive and helpful, the space itself is gorgeous with great amenities. Could have honestly stayed at the house all weekend if not for my plans. Only issue would be the distance to everything else I wanted to do but that isn’t a mark on the hosts but on myself for not realizing how big Miami actually is. I was concerned about the rules, mainly that my guests or would do something to incur a fine but after a while I realized they weren’t that strict. Great place would recommend for someone looking for a quiet, private stay where they want to relax with a few friends

The house is really nice, located in a quiet and green area of Miami Design District, with everything you need for a great stay inside. Jay, the host, is super helpful and always available. Big shoutout to the tropical backyard with its pool and jacuzzi – absolutely amazing !

Location was perfect for us. Quick Uber ride to the bandshell where we were attending shows. Walking distance to bakery and restaurants/bars. House (and yard) was like a private little oasis and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in! Will try to stay here again next time we visit Miami Beach.

BHRE is extremely responsive! We had a couple things come up and they were answered &/or handled ASAP. House has nice space for our group of 11 with all the bedrooms/bathrooms. We would have prefered the backyard be larger so the group playing cornhole/ping pong wasn't separated from the group in or near pool. This home is tucked back in neighborhood so a bit of a drive getting in & out and going around the water inlets. We would have liked to be able to walk to a coffee shop or closer drive to beach. Felt like we were in car more than we like with this location. Would not hesitate to rent a different house from BHRE based on prompt service!

This was a very big house (our kids kept saying mansion) in Miami Springs, with lots of stuff to keep everyone entertained- foosball, billards, cornhole, old style Pac-Man/ Donkey Long video game console, darts, plus a pool and hottub. We had plenty of room to hang out and to sleep. The location is perfectly fine though the house is a bit far from Miami Beach. Rick was a great host and very easy to communicate with.

We had a wonderful stay here. The house is beautiful and well appointed and Larissa was very responsive to any questions or needs we had during our stay. It was perfect for our group! Thank you for hosting us!
