Condo vacation rentals in Downtown, Louisville

Trisha’s place was excellent! Not only was it clean and beautifully decorated, but close to Rabbit Hole, Whiskey Thief, and great food. She responded very quickly and was accommodating to our earlier than expected arrival time.

Fantastic condo in an historic building. The condo was perfectly located 1.5 blocks away from the conference I was attending. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance. The unit itself was clean and very cozy. The only thing that was a bit of a negative is that there was a faint sewage smell in the smaller closet room and none of the windows of the condo can be opened to ventilate and get fresh air in. I simply closed the doors to that room. It didn't detract from the rest of the condo overall. My guess is the smell comes from the grease trap from the restaurant a couple floors below, so really nothing that can be done other than air fresheners. Overall though, 5 star stay and Kristin is a super attentive host!

Not far away to walk from the convention center. Really nice place to rent! :)

My family had a wonderful time staying at this condo! Everything you need is on hand and if you forget something, Matt is very responsive! We will be back!

This place is in an interesting building, very chic, and has glass shops on the first floor. There is a lot of security to the building. The residence has more in it that I feel some normal ones have. Washer/ dryer was nice, shower gets hot quick, there are board games and coffee and plenty of towels. Perfect for a simple walk to convention center

We really enjoyed our stay at Mollie's! Very convenient location and access to downtown bars/restaurants. The directions on how to access the building were very clear and made for a smooth check in. We had an issue with parking and it was taken care of immediately by Mollie's co-host, Jessica. We hope to be back next year : )

Had a great stay while attending the Steel Conference at the KIIC. Apartment has these huge hallways and feels bigger than the photos. Was able to fit a few inflatable mattresses around so we didn't have to share beds (one in the main space and one in the bedroom with the attached bathroom). Good amenities, everything was stocked, and everything felt fairly new. If I had to complain about something, the rug was a bit dusty with hair, but they included a small handheld vacuum so it didn't really matter. I had a great time overall and would certainly stay again if I ever come to Louisville for another work-related event!

Easy 5 stars. Plenty of restaurants very close. Louisville across the river. Very smooth trip!

Nathan’s place met all of our needs, great space right in downtown. He was very responsive with a couple of questions we had and made sure we had what we needed. Space was exactly as advertised and was really helped make the weekend experience more enjoyable.

Airbnb was great. Clean. Comfortable and centrally located. All amenities provided. Would definitely come back.

Brooke was very accommodating. She was quick to respond to any questions we had about our stay. The location was a short drive to Bardstown Road and a shorter walk to Cherokee Park. The place is very cozy but offers enough room to be comfortable. Would highly recommend a stay at Brooke's place!

Beautiful, clean well kept place to stay in the heart of Highlands. Raffi is super responsive and easy to get a hold of. I would 100% stay here again!!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made settling in so much easier. Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant experience, and I would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for an stress-free stay.

The condo was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Easy checkin and communication with Dan. We were sorry that our stay was short! Hope to stay there again.

I absolutely loved staying at this place! The hosts were incredibly kind and understanding, accommodating all our needs and travel plans. The space was well-stocked with everything we needed, including a generous supply of bottled water (we left some to pay it forward). The view was breathtaking, and they even let us check out a bit later to make packing up easier. My girls and I felt pretty safe and comfortable !! If I had one tiny note for a future upgrade lol (A larger TV in the Master bedroom since it’s so far from the bed that’s just a small thing we would have enjoyed better). We didn’t get a chance to swim but hopefully next time !!Thank you so much for an exceptional stay!

We stayed at Toni’s place while we were house hunting in the area. The place was beautiful and had everything you needed! We traveled with our 1.5 yr old and there was a great playground a short walk away!

Only stayed for one night wish i could have stayed longer! The pictures don't do this place justice! it's beautiful, very private in a gated community! Brenda was very welcoming, toured us thru the house.. All the beds were super clean and comfy.. All around was just a super peaceful lovely place.. We will definitely be back when we visit Louisville again! Thanks for being the best Brenda!! Crystal 💕

Perfect! We initially picked this listing because we thought the pictures looked interesting, and it did not disappoint. It was so, so beautiful! There is a complicated check-in process, but the host was so gracious and basically walked us through every single step. If we're in Louisville again we will definitely be staying here, and you should too!
