Condo vacation rentals in Downtown, Louisville

Exactly as presented and Laura's recommendations were amazing! The location has very easy access and is central to many tourist attractions. Local restaurants are a 5 minute walk and are very good; Lots of night life if interested.

The location really can't be beat. Walkable to all of the restaurants and many distilleries. Desirable location. The Host even went out of their way to help me with some belongings that I forgot!

Wonderful stay! Beautifully decorated. Perfect location, within walking distance to several attractions and restaurants. Patti and Diane were extremely responsive and accommodating with our every need. I cannot imagine a better condo available in Louisville. If you’re looking for luxury, location, views, outdoor spaces and privacy, look no further. Would absolutely stay here a hundred times over.

Fantastic condo in an historic building. The condo was perfectly located 1.5 blocks away from the conference I was attending. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance. The unit itself was clean and very cozy. The only thing that was a bit of a negative is that there was a faint sewage smell in the smaller closet room and none of the windows of the condo can be opened to ventilate and get fresh air in. I simply closed the doors to that room. It didn't detract from the rest of the condo overall. My guess is the smell comes from the grease trap from the restaurant a couple floors below, so really nothing that can be done other than air fresheners. Overall though, 5 star stay and Kristin is a super attentive host!

Fantastic location and space. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. John was very helpful and accommodating throughout the visit. The property is in a great location to spend time in the downtown area or whiskey row. Saw some other comments about all the codes to get in but for security sake all worth it. Great place all the way around. Much larger than it appears in the pictures.

Amanda is responsive and flexible. She answered in a timely manner and accommodated us. The place was clean and in a great location. It was easy to explore Louisville and make it home without extraneous planning. The complementary items helped those who forgot things, and it was overall clean and add listed.

This location was perfect for my group. Matt's place was very updated and pristine. There are lots of bars/restaurants nearby. Matt provided excellent information on checking in, parking, how to use the tech in the home and tons of local spots to try.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here when I visited NULU. It’s actually the place to stay. Everything is in with walking distance. I love the private parking lot. Her place is in pristine condition. Everything is so neat and comfortable. Great shower pressure. Great kitchen. That is comfortable. I would 100% recommend staying here.

Sia's place was close to the Kentucky Expo Center, where we spent our weekend. We felt right at home. This was a two story condo with other people above our unit. We were able to hear them walking around and also could hear there TV/radio. Otherwise it was perfect for my husband and I.

Great spot located within walking distance of maybe restaurants and distilleries. Very comfortable for a large group with plenty of space for relaxing.

This apartment was very walkable to places in downtown Louisville but still felt off the beaten path and away from the city at night. This was exactly what we were looking for in a weekend trip to Louisville. The flight of stairs is a long one so pack light or be ready to use some muscle to get your bags up to the apartment. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Andrew was very responsive as a host through the app and text as well.

The condo was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Easy checkin and communication with Dan. We were sorry that our stay was short! Hope to stay there again.

Great location for our Bourbon tasting Birthday weekend. Restaurants and tasting rooms very close. We enjoyed a very quiet building! I often won't book a condo or apartment because I'm a light sleeper and hallway noise keeps me from getting good sleep. I didn't hear one peep from inside the building. The building was secure and easy to access. The space was comfortable and lots of great details were appreciated. I especially was grateful for the makeup table. hair turban for the shower, and extra toiletries! The kitchen was shocked well with spices, cooking supplies and dishes. Kristin shared Restaurants to check out with us and was very responsive/proactive! Great stay!

The Airbnb was a beautiful place to stay. Paul is a great host who is responsive and friendly. I highly recommend renting his place when you get a chance.

My stay at the Chateau was amazing. It was a month long work trip, and the central location of the Airbnb was perfect for getting around the city. The apartment itself looked exactly like the pictures and is clearly well taken care of as the home was very clean. Had a pipe issue one early morning which was fixed within an hour, so the owners are very responsive. Overall a great stay and I suggest anyone looking for a weekend or long term lodging to consider this Airbnb!

The place is very nice with enough space for three adults, each with his own room. The neighborhood is lovely. There is a bakery / coffee shop very easy walking distance, and loads of options for restaurants and bars within easy driving distance. Only about 15 minutes from the airport.

Loft apartment located on second floor of a commercial building with parking directly adjoining the unit. Apartment was spacious and relatively quiet while conveniently located near two coffee shops and a large grocery store within walking distance. Location allowed for quick travel between Louisville and Lexington.

This is one of those special Airbnbs. More beautiful in person than the photos. Affordable. Unique. We were a last minute book following an arrival at another high priced location that was horrible. Blessed to have had the opportunity to find this gem. Would book a million times over again. Wished it was my own home. Great hosts. Great location. Super clean.

Nice home in a great location. In and out with no problems and our host communicated with us when necessary. She is a very gracious host. Would not hesitate to stay again during Derby week.

Great location if you want to walk to bars and restaurants in Louisville. Very comfy loft with lots of space, & plenty of room to relax and visit. Parking was very convenient. David responds very quickly if you have questions.
