Condo vacation rentals in Downtown, Louisville

Location is perfect for everything downtown Louisville has to offer! Less than a block from Bourbon Row, and short walk to 4th street entertainment district make this location ideal.

We enjoyed staying at this spacious condo in downtown Louisville. It is in an older building, but once inside everything was modern, updated, and clean. I wish we could have stayed longer. We definitely plan to come back! Kathy V. from San Diego, CA

This location was perfect for my group. Matt's place was very updated and pristine. There are lots of bars/restaurants nearby. Matt provided excellent information on checking in, parking, how to use the tech in the home and tons of local spots to try.

This place was amazing! Directly located next to the palace theater we were right where all the action happens in Louisville with lots of stuff in walking distance. The place was as described and a great value. Would recommends highly!

Great Host !! The place looks exactly like the photos and was very clean. Great area to just park and walk to many restaurants and etc. also just a quick to drive across the bridge to Louisville for other festivities and etc. i would definitely stay again and recommend Marshall’s place !!!

Great space but a little tricky at first to navigate access. We stayed during a cold spell and it was still quite noisy. I highly recommend earplugs & a sleep mask if you are not used to city noise and only light filtering blinds (in the en-suite). Close to lots of places. We would consider staying here in the future if we wanted to be downtown.

This place was my home away from home during my college lab immersions. It is very private and safe. Hosts are super welcoming and very attentive to your needs. I couldn’t have found a better place to stay. ♥️

The place was well worth the price! Easily walkable to just about anywhere downtown. The condo itself was spacious and provided a great common area for people the hangout. Definitely recommend for any larger groups traveling to Louisville

Our visit to Louisville was terrific and this condo is the ideal place to stay. The location is 5-10 minutes from everything Louisville has to offer. Rabbit Hole Distillery right across the street, great restaurants and bars just steps away! La Bodegita de Mima has the best Cuban food anywhere outside of Miami! Sophia was a great host and worked with us when our plans changed due to the weather. The condo was immaculate, the bed was comfy, everything was easy as can be. We highly recommend this place when your travels bring you to this great town!

Great condo and great location. The unit was very clean and equipped. The secured parking area was very nice to have. Communication was great as well. Would stay again if we ever return to Louisville!

This apartment was very walkable to places in downtown Louisville but still felt off the beaten path and away from the city at night. This was exactly what we were looking for in a weekend trip to Louisville. The flight of stairs is a long one so pack light or be ready to use some muscle to get your bags up to the apartment. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Andrew was very responsive as a host through the app and text as well.

We were in town visiting my brother's family who just welcomed a new baby. Dan's place was the perfect location for visiting family, grabbing groceries, and getting into downtown. It was super clean and had everything we needed. It was especially appreciated that there were toys available for our toddler!

We loved Hollyhock and Louisville in general. Wonderful space right in the heart of town!! Tons of space, modern and clean also! Comfy beds and great showers. Thanks again.

This is the place to be if you are staying in downtown Louisville! It was the perfect place for our family while attending an event at the convention center. Corey and Michael are fantastic hosts - so easy to work with and great with communication!

I absolutely loved staying at this place! The hosts were incredibly kind and understanding, accommodating all our needs and travel plans. The space was well-stocked with everything we needed, including a generous supply of bottled water (we left some to pay it forward). The view was breathtaking, and they even let us check out a bit later to make packing up easier. My girls and I felt pretty safe and comfortable !! If I had one tiny note for a future upgrade lol (A larger TV in the Master bedroom since it’s so far from the bed that’s just a small thing we would have enjoyed better). We didn’t get a chance to swim but hopefully next time !!Thank you so much for an exceptional stay!

After stressful travels, Derek’s place was an oasis of peace, quiet, cleanliness, comfort, and appealing decor. The clear check-in instructions Derek provided made getting into the condo a breeze. The unit is in an area near hotels and restaurants that seems fairly safe, but it was still nice to have the bonus of staying in a security building with gated parking. The condo is spacious and well insulated for sound; we never heard any footsteps or a peep from outside the unit. Everything was IMMACULATELY CLEAN! The beds and linens are particularly comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with anything you may need to prepare meals, and there are two full bathrooms plus a washer and dryer. There were even little extras like high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and hand cream. We liked sitting on the balcony and enjoying the spectacular view of the Ohio River and the Louisville skyline. We are so very thankful that we chose to stay at Derek’s place!

My wife and I loved our trip to Louisville. We came to Louisville for a show and it ended up being one of the many great things we discovered in Louisville! This place was great, I’d live here if we had the option!
