We had the most delightful weekend getaway at this charming house. The cozy house provided the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing escape with my husband. The highlight of our stay was definitely the heated pool. We spent hours relaxing in the water, enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The pool area was beautifully maintained and felt like our own private oasis. The accommodations were comfortable, and the decor was warm and inviting. Our hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed every moment and can't recommend this place enough for couples or families looking for a cozy retreat.

My friends and I came for a girls weekend and Rosa’s place felt like home! The house was lovely and spacious! I loved all the decor and the windows were so dreamy. The backyard was great with a pool and seating to hangout in the evening. Next time we come back to Houston, we will definitely book here!

Townhouse is actually as described, provided necessary items when needed, host is very informative and great communicator. Highly recommended!

The house was just as pictured! Only thing happened was and unfamiliar guy came to the house twice on two separate days that freaked us out.. but the house it self was great! And we wish we knew about the outside house too because we we’ve booked that part as well

The home was in a quiet neighborhood and also had great amenities to enjoy. AJ was very responsive and helpful when it came to using the pool as well.

Amazing Hosts and very Hospitable. Walked in to a beautiful note and fresh chocolate chip cookies. The home was immaculate. Response time was never a problem if I had any questions. 💯💯💯all the way around. Definitely will be returning in the future and if anyone is looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay while in Houston definitely recommend staying here.

I had the best time celebrating my birthday with my girlfriends at this gorgeous, newly built home! The location was perfect—just 10 minutes from NRG and super close to all the great restaurants and bars in downtown Houston. The house was beautifully decorated with a fun, boho-chic vibe, and the beds were so comfy. One of the best surprises was the newly remodeled backyard—way better than we expected since the updated photos weren’t even posted yet! We loved sipping wine by the fire pit and relaxing in what felt like our own private oasis. Javier was an amazing host! He went above and beyond with a bottle of rosé, snacks, and the sweetest birthday card waiting for me. I felt so welcomed and taken care of. I’ll definitely be back and can’t wait to recommend this place to friends!

Good vibes was a great place to stay! Very clean, even the towelssmelledamazing! Prime location! No issues. Only quirk was upon arrival finding the correct parking spot/apartment but that wasn't a big deal at all. The 2 reserved covered parking spots was nice! Host was communicative & helpful. Would most definitely stay again if in Houston.

We came to Houston for Rodeo 2025 (Black Heritage Weekend) & was pleasantly pleased with the home and host… The Homes features were amazing & distance to the stadium was enough to be close enough but fair enough away from the NRG stadium traffic giving our experience great balance. It was an amazing stay and I would love to come back! The home was beautiful, the pool area was relaxing and it was a huge kitchen. The media/theater room was a bit difficult to navigate but the smart TV downstairs was a simple and equally as comfortable solution. The host was very responsive to any question or concern I had. Overall was a great stay.

She was very welcoming and responsive from making sure I had a comfortable office chair to work in, to coordinating the AC guys when a thunderstorm knocked the power out. Overall, a very comfortable experience.

This is the second time we stayed at Rhonda’s home. We stayed for a month both last year and this year. It really was perfect both times. Rhonda responded almost immediately to any question we had. The power went out due to a storm rolling through and Rhonda let us know immediately what the power company shared with her. This home is spotless, comfortable and very well maintained. We went for a walk almost daily around the neighborhood and had our coffee outside each morning. We love it here and can’t wait to stay again next year.
